Mcgraw Plumbing Plumbing Service
Moved to the area and had some issues first day in new house.  Called McGraw Plumbing and he seemed legitimately concerned and said he could be there that same day.  I was floored.  Not only did he some and fix the cracked pipe that I had but he hooked up my washer and dryer that I wasn't able to do.  Fast, friendly and very reasonable.

Misko Plumbing LLC Plumbing Service
Keith and Jimmy executed an excellent replacement of 20' of our existing crock pipe sewer in Royal Oak with 6 PVC including an exterior clean out. The job began a day early and was completed in about 24 hours even with extra unexpected digging. (In Royal Oak you have to wait for city inspector to approve before hole can be closed) Lots of skill and experience (and patience) with this team. We were very impressed and satisfied. They put a camera in the line several times at our request to ensure that everything was clear and undamaged. Would highly this recommend this company for sewer issues in Royal Oak.

A & M's Plumbing Plumbing Service
Great service. Atheer Siba (aka Art) was my plumber and he was extremely friendly, polite, efficient and affordable ($85). He even taught me some DIY solutions if the problem happened again, openly recognizing that he was potentially costing himself business! Oh and he said after 9pm I could call him as a consultant if I had an issue but didn't want to spend the money on a plumber. What a guy!

Levine & Sons Plumbing Heating & Cooling Plumbing Service
I had a day off and decided to address the issue of the a small amount of clean water that would come up from the drain tile when washing a load of laundry.  Called Levine to clear the line.  Tech came out and got cable stuck in main sewer line.  He called his supervisor, Ron, so that he could talk to us.  He called Ron (supervisor) but Ron was too busy to talk to us at that time. Tech said Ron would call and come out the next day to explain the $1200-2000 broken trap repair.  As soon as he left, when we used the toilet dirt and sewage started spewing from the drain tile.  No call from Ron the next morning, as promised.  No call from Ron that day either.  Waited until evening and I called and got the called answering service.  She said he'd call the next day, which would be day 3 without water.  Next day Ron called, saying he was  too busy to call back, but that he'd come the next day. He came out, quoting $3700 to remove the trap.  He said the tech should never have quoted us $1200-2000 and that he wouldn't honor that quote.  I told him I would have someone else do it at that point because of that reason.  Suddenly, he said we didn't have a broken trap and that our problem was a collapsed pipe 45 feet out in the yard.  No proof, going by experience.  And then the sales pitch to pipe burst the sewer starting coming...thousands of dollars, but financing was available! I told him I wanted to get more estimates.  Before leaving, he said that he had gotten a second cable/cutter stuck 45 out.   Off he went, leaving two pieces of equipment in my main sewer line.  Three estimates and hundreds of dollars spent on those estimates later, three plumbers concluded the following: the trap was broken by the first Levine tech and that is why the dirt spewed out after he left; there is no collapsed pipe, but rather a root ball 45 feet out; the two inch cable 45 feet out used by Levine was too small to break up anything other than a kitchen drain clog and that is why it got stuck (one suggested they had to have know that and it was a possible sales tactic to pipe burst the line); no reputable company should leave a customer with equipment in the sewer that enables them from running water; Levine works on commission and drives their techs to sell the pipe bursting.
Day 5:  I paid one plumber to get out the smaller cable; the larger still exists.  No running water.  Basement floor removed by another company revealed a broken trap.  Camera revealed a root ball 45 feet out. No collapsed pipe.  New sewer unnecessary.  Levine refuses to dig it out but he wants it back when someone else does. Only because we threatened to sue him did he say he would send someone else to try again.  I am still waiting for that to happen.
A nightmare. I have spent $2000 to remove a broken trap, tearing out my basement floor, and I'm not finished yet.  Hundreds in estimates to confirm the damages.  Simply put, this company is unscrupulous.

Mr Poronga Sewer & Drain Cleaning Plumbing Service
Needed an underground gutter pipe snaked &  unclogged. Two men came in a branded van, very professional. Didn't try to upsell any other services - Unclogged the pipe for $75 where as other companies were charging $150+, then left.
Highly recommended.

John's Plumbing & Heating Plumbing Service
I found John trough thumbtack and he was able to come out immediately for my plumbing issue. He took care of the issue and more! He also made recommendations on a few preventative maintenance ideas that I could do to prevent long term damage not only for my plumbing but nonplumbing aspects as well. John was extremely knowledgable with plumbing and home improvement in general. I would highly recommend him as he is honest, trustworthy and very reasonably priced

Stadler Plumbing & Heating Plumbing Service
My basement has been flooding repeatedly for the last 6 days. The builder of the house has come out several times and we both couldn't get it under control. Finally the builder had Tony Stadler (owner) come out earlier today and he brought along an employee. They both thoroughly reviewed the basement, sump well & sump pump and they walked the yard to look for any issues. Tony recommended Ron Roncelli (Roncelli & Son's Plumbing) and went so far as to call Ron himself. Tony was honest in telling the builder and I that the issue looked like red algae but that he would defer to Roncelli. Tony proved to be right! I can't thank Tony enough for coming to my home without charging me for his time & for the recommendation. It worked out well because Ron jetted the lines & the algae was flushed out which had caused considerable blockage. Tony & his team are mostly brand new construction but he went out of his way to help & that's something I believe is outstanding. Thanks again to the Stadler team!

Warning!  Before you let any plumber dig into your floor - get a second opinion.
Clean water leaks usually don't require digging into floor to repair.

Iron Pipe Sewer & Drain Plumbing Service
Ronald Brosseau has 2 companies listed and 2 websites for the same thing - he's listed as Ron's plumbing & heating
ronsplumbingandheating.c… and also Iron Pipe Plumbing
ironpipeplumbingdetroit.…
Don't be fooled by his low prices and the promise that he won't charge if he can't do anything.  He charged me $40 and claimed he opened the sewer 'half-way'.  I was too sick to double-check.  The truth is, he left the back door to my house unlocked, the cap is missing from the clean-out drain, and the clean-out drain has been moved to the center of the room.  I can no longer use any part of my plumbing.  IT'S MUCH WORSE!
Oh, and he was very, very rude.

Reliance Home Comfort Plumbing Service
Never rent any equipment from RELIANCE. They will install it one day, but good luck with removing. They never want to remove it. I have water heater which was used by the previous landlord. Its old and its not economical. I wanted to remove it, I was given the option to drop of. Other options are very expensive. I was given an account number and when I went there to drop off, they didn't accept it saying that the account is not in my name. ACCORDING TO THEM, IT NEEDS TO BE TRANSFERRED TO MY NAME SO THAT I CAN REMOVE IT. $35 FOR NEW ACCOUNT. I SAID ITS FINE. PLEASE GO AHEAD AND CHANGE IT IN MY NAME. This happened on may 17th-2022 since then i have been talking to customer service, billing department, removal department and every department with reliance. They will ask all the information like address, first name, last name, post code and once they realise that you want to remove the water tank, they will keep on transferring the call to one department to another department. Every day, i have to spend at least 2 hours on phone over them. It is not yet rectified even now. My suggestion to users who rent the equipment from reliance is IF  YOU HAVE DECIDED TO MOVE OUT FROM THEM, PLEASE RESIGN YOUR JOB FIRST, SO THAT YOU CAN AT LEAST SPEND 2-3 HOURS TALKING WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE, EXPLAINING YOUR SITUATION TO EACH AND EVERY AGENT AND SPELLING YOUR FIRST NAME AND LAST NAME TO EACH AND EVERY ONE. THEN GOOD LUCK!
