ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Dominic is a general manager and group leader for
Metro-Rooter. Born and raised in the plumbing industry, He has been on job sites since the age of 13. After school he would assist his grandfather, father and uncles who were also plumbers and have their own company.
By the age of 21, he had accomplished becoming a master plumber, and has certification in water and gas line installation, as well as a water damage extraction license . Since 2002, Dom worked for Metro-Rooter as a service technician, that’s when his hard work, love, and obvious dedication to Metro-Rooter began to shine. With his excellent customer service skills, wonderful work ethic, and perfect plumbing skills, he began to climb the ladder here at Metro. He is now the General Manager, and soon to be District manager. We are currently expanding; by summer 2019, Metro-Rooter will have 2 brand new locations opening. Our east side branch located in downtown Detroit and our north side branch in Flint Michigan.

In my case, same-day service. On-time, respectful and responsive. Can pay via debit/credit cards. Wants to beat the competition! I needed a diagnosis before they started work. Estimate price was lowest given through Yelp!

I called on Sunday nite, Micheal pick up took my info and said there is diagnostic
/service fee of $39.95. He said the person doing the estimate will call between 10a-12p for the next day. I was waiting for the call but I never receive one by noon so called again. Michael said he would call me back since he needed to contact the plumber on his eta. A few minutes pass by then I get a call saying he is running late by 30 minutes. I rush home to get thing ready. Just to find out that it was later then expected and the plumber called saying on what street he was on. The van was not marked and Brandon politely introduce himself. I showed him where the rusted out sewage pipe is leaking from that need replacing. He wanted to see the upstairs bathroom and attic space to figure out an accurate estimate to give. I had to remove a couple stuff in the attic since he wanted to see and he offered to help.He wasn't able to see still because the paneling in the attic. Through out this Brandon was very talkative. 15 minutes to look over plumbing. Took about 45 min to get it written out since he gave three estimates and said he would give me a deal. All in all it was informative but the pipe I need replace was in a tight spot and he mention that they weren't responsible if something else gets damaged. I was like mmm. So I paid the diagnostic fee.

I messaged them on yelp got a reply and a next day appointment within 20 minutes. Incredible customer service. When they came out and determined that my issue wouldn't require their services they gave me some advice and insisted I didn't owe them anything for coming out. If I ever need the services they provide in the future they'll be my first phone call. Highly recommend them.
