Mike the plumber was introduced to me by one of the other workers at my new property in Saint Clair Shores.  Mike helped install my new water heater in my basement and then assisted with a few other projects around my house.  Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful so I had him come back and do pretty much all teh plumbing work throughout the whole house.  I save a ton of money by using Mike's Pipes and the workmanship is as good as it gets.

We had a major blockage in our basement drain that prevented the use of our washer and the Kitchen sink. I could NOT believe it when they said they could fix it in 2 days. They came exactly when the appointment started and were very respectful of our home. They did the work very efficiently. I expected more cement removal but was happy they kept it to only what was needed. The pipes were replaced the first day in less than 6 hours. They then returned the next day to refill and repour concrete. They were out by about noon on a Saturday. We got our laundry room back and our sink. Support local businesses that care. Call these guys with any Heating, Cooling or Plumbing issue. We won't use anyone else.

I worked with Brian to schedule the appointment to have a line snaked.  In the process of selling a my duplex, the home inspector had inaccurately stated there was a sewer back up with the home.  Since it is an older home that has the traps built in - when the buyer hired a company to send a camera down - they couldn't get pass the trap.  I hired Best Plumbing to snake it to make sure all was in good working order.  There was a little bit of confusion about what I had said and what Brian had heard.  When his guys went out, they snaked the line in the kitchen of one of the units, because it was clogged.  I was going off the information the inspector had given me and thought they had done the wrong line.  Brian and I spoke on the phone and he agreed to go back out the next day to double check, because I wanted to make sure this issue was resolved.  That buyer backed out, but at least now I know everything is in good order for the next buyer.  When I wasn't happy, Brian offered to refund the $150 for the work they did.  I didn't want him to refund it, I just wanted to make sure everything was working in good order.  He is very concerned about his customers satisfaction and their prices are competitive.  I would recommend working with them again.

Reliable, experienced, trustworthy and client education. I'm never gonna look at plumbing the same way. We had National Drain referred to us by a friend, for exactly what I said, they trusted them and I would be educated on what my money was being spent on. We had great guys come by respectful and hard workers. After 2 other companies took our money I felt I didnt get the service I would feel safe with, I felt the problem would come back again and sure enough my theory was proven correct when roots were pulled out and not just dirt as the other companies did, and may I add the other companies made such a mess that I was in tears of horror. I called National and the young lady on the phone reassured me after i broke down on her and explained you guys are my last hope. Please. And she was a sweet heart to listen and promptly got the head plumber to call us right away and come by. Thank you for helping my family to get that reassurance.

Had them order and install a new water efficient toilet, it was done quickly and for a good price. I definitely will call them again when i'm ready to do work on remodeling my shower.

I recently installed a new toilet on my own and found it was leaking (sporadically) at the base. Called Gary and loved that I got through to a human answering service (not a VM).  I was able to set up time, one week out, for him to check it out. He arrived when stated and understood the problem immediately. He shared the price quote to fix it (VERY reasonable) and within 30 minutes he remove the toilet, fixed the issue, and replaced the toilet.

Gary was patient in explaining why the problem occurred and didn't make me feel like an idiot for my original installation.

Efficient, competitive pricing, personable, and trustworthy!  Will continue to use him again for ANY plumbing needs and I recommend him highly.

Side note: He was not phased at all by my small, yippy dog!

We had water and other things coming up through the floor drain in our basement, so we called Paradigm around noon on a Thursday.  They said they wouldn't be able to have someone help us until the next morning.  But, they called me and said that one of their customers canceled.  They sent a  gentleman out to our home and he fixed everything quickly.  He also gave great customer service.  He was patient and kind when it came to the ridiculous questions our kids were asking him.  Great business-give them a call!

Very unhappy with the service and quality of work. I called with a plumbing issue in my main drain. A late night call to them they said they could come out the next morning. They did just that. I explained the issue with water coming up in the floor drain. They brought in the snake. Snake the drain from the floor drain. (After calling another plumbing company found out this is not the correct way to access the main drain). They did not camera the main drain to see if it was clear of blockage. But they did inform me that my main pipe is gonna collapse and to have them come out next month to take the floor out in the basement to repair the collapsed pipe. Two days go by and the water comes back through the floor drain. Called them to see if they guarantee there work. They said no. It would be another charge to have them come out and snake it again and pushed the floor being removed and new main line installed. Had another company come out to verify the collapsed pipe and to fix the issue once and for all. Brought the camera to look at the drain. The other plumber company told me my pipe is fine and the pipe would be good for another 30years. They gave me a one year warranty on outside pipes from clog and 30day warranty on pipes clog free for in the home. All and all done use these guys. They will try and get you to add work not needed to your issue and my not even fix the issue at all. Pick another company if you need plumbing service.

It's funny the a man of professional standards, would come at me with such hostile feed back, truth is I don't drink, and the cans in the yard were left by your staff. We waited for you to be done with the job ( which to this date still ain't done). As for the camper I was living in well we where waiting for you to finish the job so we can move into the house. So as much as you wish to come cross at me let's just say all mine are facts and just like you said when the property was stolen, your not liable for your guys. Well I know in my business I'm responsible for anything that happens during my services on the property this includes my staff. So say what you will you started this job mid summer and here we are in the winter and still no bathroom. We have had to move into other arrangements till spring because of your abilities to leave a job unfinished, as for you claiming to spend more time with my spouse while you sir are married, well look out guys he doesn't care about vows. Some people just don't know what doing good business is.

Will continue to use. Very reliable and hard working group. Always respectful of your home. My advice - use this group of people, may cost. little more but definitely worth the money. Woman on the phone is amazing - very kind and polite.

Pricing is outrageously high and unfair!! Had a technician come out to my house to unfreeze my kitchen sink pipes. He told me it would be $585 for the first 2 hours of work, and $350 for every additional hour.. I agreed to the terms, however the tech was only there for 30 minutes as he resolved the issue. He then asked me how I was going to pay for the $585. I asked why it was still the full amount if he was only there for 30 minutes?? He wasn't budging and said that the price is set per job, not by the hour, so that I save money. Well, I can tell you that I certainly didn't save any money. By that math, they charged me over $1,100/hr. This is completely unethical of this company to charge that way. There should be a proration if the technician did not take the full 2 hours to complete the job. I can understand if the tech took the full 2 hours, but he didn't. I then called the company to explain why I feel this was unfair for the amount of work/effort that was completed. They told me that a supervisor would call me back that same day to try and resolve my concern. I never heard back that day. I called back the next day to follow up and they said the supervisor was on the phone and he'd call me back. It's now been 4 days and I have yet to hear back from them.. I will never use this company again and urge all consumers to stay away!

We had Brain and Daniel our to the house today from Paul C Scott plumbing, to install and second water meter as well as a siphon backstop for our sump pump. As expected, they called ahead, were on time, neat, and very thorough with the work. Their estimate was spot on and they did the job very well. We are very happy with the workmanship.

But in addition to the quality work, Brian was very good at listening to me try to explain our needs in the future. His approach to finishing the job set us up so we can add features to our system in the future. Brian was very thoughtful and patient with me as he listened and explained everything. We will surely call Paul C Scott plumbing for our needs in the future.

Worse service ever they never answer, they never call you back. They came to my house wait for 2 mins I opened the door and they left, they did not call me saying they were outside or something. I called like 20 times they never answer at any time.
