Best Plumbing Services in Maryland

I've called on Catonsville Professional Services to do a number of things over the last ten years or so, and they have done all of them well.  They've built a deck, installed and repaired windows, added handrails to front and rear entrances, installed a generator, done a variety of electrical work, and probably many other things that I've forgotten.  They have experienced people to handle all these tasks.  I've trusted all their workers and have always been satisfied with their results.  I recently moved out of state.  They made sure everything was in order.  I will miss them.

I was experiencing minor water in my basement and didn't know way to proceed. I had Stop Leak come out and they were very professional. After a conversation, he actually suggested that instead of talking with him that I should be talking to a landscape drainage specialist.

I can really appreciate someone not preying on my ignorance and pointing me in the right direction. So I'm moving forward with a French drain on the side of my house and will continue to monitor how my basement fairs over the coming months.

Yates Plumbing has done several projects for me including fixing the dishwasher, kitchen faucet, and installing new appliances for my second kitchen and second laundry room.

We had a great experience with Corbin Plumbing. I messaged Omar through Yelp and asked him to install a new kitchen faucet for us and also to track down a small leak under our sink. He was very easy-going and flexible during the scheduling process, showed up on time for his appointment, and offered a variety of different ways to pay. His quote for installing the kitchen faucet was on the lower end of the quotes we received, and he ended up doing a fantastic job. He also installed it pretty quickly, and took some time at the end to show me how the faucet worked (it is motion activated). He tracked down the leak- it ended up just being a loose nut- and only charged us a few bucks to find and fix it. Also, for those worried about COVID- he proactively wore a mask during the visit and socially distanced as well. He was a pleasure to deal with, and we will definitely be calling him in the future if we have more plumbing projects!

I was getting estimates for a new project. They sent a great technician who took the time to explain everything to me, was there on time and was respectful.

I received superb service from Nicky at Ben Plumbing - a very nice guy.  I called him on late Sunday night and he was there early at 7:30a on Monday morning, though he had appointments later that day in DC and Baltimore. His repair job was excellent.  I would highly recommend him to everyone for residential and commercial needs!

Cant say enough good things about our experience with Butler Plumbing! Wes came out the day after we called and installed a new water heater at a fair price. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to friends!

I have been using Air, Plumbing and Heating Solutions for many years and am very happy with their service. Charlie provided excellent maintenance checkup on my heat pump.

This company made my whole year! After everything that has happened this year my main line gets clogged and ruins half my house! They came on time, found out the true problem, gave me the best quote, finished the work ahead of schedule and even helped me with some minor odds and ends in my home that I had issues with!! They have my business forever! They were very professional and very knowledgeable, I wouldn't trust anyone else now! Thanks again!!

The technician that came out, Alfonso, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He had a chip on his shoulder from the moment he got out of the car, he talked over me the whole time, and he was hostile. I'm in complete shock that this is how I was treated because the two women I spoke to on the phone were extremely nice. I spoke to a manager, Bill?, afterwards and although he did his best to remedy the situation and have another tech come out, I just don't trust that I won't have another Alfonso aggressively showing up at my door.

Gordon and his son have fixed a few issues at my house over the years. I've always found them to be honest, reputable, forthright, trusty, and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone in the Baltimore Metro region!!

I don't recommend this place at all.  HVAC wasn't working, and decided to call them.  The service tech couldn't figure out what was wrong with it exactly, but gave me verbal quote $900 to fix it.  So if you don't know what's wrong with it, how did you come up with that estimate? So I called his office and requested an itemized hard copy quote that broke down the estimate.   They refused to provide me my information requested despite paying the $90 diagnostic fee.

The guys came and knew exactly what needed to be done.  They were courteous and professional and cleaned up everything when they left. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs that you may have.  Thank you Brandon and Dee!

Steer clear of them if you are using for Home Warranty Service.  They have come to my home twice to fulfill a service request through my home warranty plan and neither time did they fix the problem, but still charged the $75 fee.  The first time I was told by another plumbing company the incoming water pressure was too high and was causing a valve to leak that was failing also. When Advanced came the next day they said the pressure and the valve were fine and they were paid $75 to do nothing.  The second time involved another valve that the plumber applied a band-aid fix to momentarily stop the active leak (quarter turn of a wrench) and quoted me a price to truly fix it, then charged $75.  As of this morning, I have a flooded basement as the valve was in fact bad as reported by the original plumber.  I tried to contact Advanced to rectify the situation and they said they could be out tomorrow, meanwhile I have a flooded basement and a wife and kids with no hot water due to their negligence.  They should be removed from the Home Warranty service list as they are giving a bad name to the home warranty service company and ripping the customers off, or in my case causing thousands in damage for not doing the job they were contracted to do.  I have requested to the Home Warranty Service, they never service my home in the future.

This plumber advertises on their website that they can clear clogged roof vents. I called for service and spoke with the owner who at first said they will try to clear it from the bathroom and then go to the roof. He called back, after I had someone go to my home to meet them, and said they would not go on the roof but could clear it from below. The came and snaked the sink and said sorry we can't do it but you owe us $265 (for 30 minutes of service).

This is a big scam! Not to be trusted!
PS. They did not reconnect the sink drain correctly after and I had to fix it.
