Great quick service even during weekends. A technician was really professional and friendly.

Took a little longer than expected to complete the job and he charged more, but it got done and Mike is a nice and respectful guy who kept me informed along the way. I would use him again!

Got connected to Nick at 9:30 am via a third party staffing site. He said he'd be at my home at 10:30 am but he arrived at 10:15 am. Completed the work promptly - drain cleaning and fixing pipe plumbing and so far, it's been completed correctly. I'd recommend Nick for your plumbing needs.

Plumb Cheap was contracted by Lowe's to deliver and install a dryer. Lowe's had been giving me problems with the delivery and install. When things were set (three months later) with Lowe's, their contractor Plumb Cheap had called to make the appointment for the delivery and install. What a great experience I had with Shawn after such a terrible experience with Lowe's.
After three months of being disgruntled with Lowes, one might expect that I was quite frustrated with the whole process, and I'm sure when I talked to Shawn to make the deliver appointment my frustration showed.
Regardless of my attitude, Shawn has given me an absolutely exceptional customer experience. Shawn had taken me from being totally frustrated to feeling elated as she had taken control, contacted Lowe's and made sure the delivery and install went smooth. It was a pleasure working with Plumb Cheap and I truly feel lucky that they were the contracted plumber.
The important piece about this whole situation was, the washer was to be installed by Lowes, but they did not do the install by the time Plumb Cheap came out to install the dryer. Plumb Cheap, rather than keeping the tenant inconvenienced any longer with no washer/dryer went ahead and installed the washer.
It can't get any better than this. This is a remarkable company, great service, great customer focus. Definitely recommending this company for your plumbing needs.

Ty is beyond awesome. He is courteous, efficient, knowledgable and above all HONEST! He replaced our water heater that was leaking all over our entry-level floor. His attention to detail ensures that the task is done thoroughly. He responds promptly to your inquiries and is extremely fair and transparent about what needs to be done and the cost. My family and I have called on Ty to help with multiple projects, and we are glad to see him each and every time :)

Very happy with the guys!
Being a new family-owned company, these guys are hungry for new business and it shows. Responsive, professional, and with a price that blew the bigger guys away. The two guys (owner and his brother) were out the next day after I decided on them, timing which was critical with water all over the basement floor and carpet.
When we ripped up the carpet and found out there was an easier less costly solution, they had no problem going with the MUCH cheaper solution, which shows their honesty and honor.
Big thumbs up. I recommend them without hesitation.

I have used Best Mechanical, but never again. They are not reasonable in terms of price, parts have been faulty and I question their workmanship. On the last job, when I called them to fix a leak in a sewer ejector that they installed about 3 years ago, they charged me $275 for about 1/2 hour's time. I wasn't happy that the apparatus was already leaking, but to charge what equates to $550/hour is outrageous. I contacted an owner to complain about the bill, but was never able to reach him. I left 3-4 voice messages and I sent an email. I would not recommend using them.

Installation team arrived early in their time frame and worked around all the quirks of our basement without a problem. Water heater (purchased via Home Depot) installed, checked, everything in less than two hours. Fantastic work, friendly experts.

BEWARE! STILLWELL PLUMBING LEADERSHIP DOES NOT GIVE ONE DAMN about their customers! Don't take a chance; heed the negative reviews and pick another service. (Joe, Brant and office staff are great though:)
To start, I have no hot water...been playing Little House on the Prairie by boiling water for baths every day... Soooo, I was assigned to Stillwell through my home warranty company. I got an auto-reply that someone would connect with me by X day (I don't want to lie; I don't remember). I never got a call so a few days beyond that I called them. The woman I spoke with didn't apologize, but no worries, she was very pleasant and immediately started looking for an appointment. The next available was like a week out on a Tuesday...follow me from here... Concerned that would be cutting it close, I initially declined the appointment and said I'd need to find another company who could come sooner - I was going on vacation that Saturday and didn't want to take the chance that after assessing the issue, having the actual work done would push me into the following week when I'd be gone. She assured me they could diagnose and get it fixed the same day. I asked if she was sure - told her everything I knew that needed to be done. She was wonderfully confident...told me they had the license on file (or something to that affect), the parts accessible, and the time. I was all in! Tuesday comes and Joe, the tech (who was great) calls, gives me the diagnosis and price beyond the heater itself, and takes my credit card information. WHOO-HOO! ...but then he calls back and tells me he can't do the job today because he has to leave for another job. WHAT?!? I call Stillwell and someone tells me its because my warranty declined the job. Nope; not true. He would not have taken my credit card information if that was the case, and most importantly, I had just talked to my warranty company. The warranty company calls Stillwell and gets the real answer - they can't do it that day because I have a power vent heater they have to order....they can do it Friday:( So I'm stuck at this point - can't call another company, so I accept the appointment hopeful nothing else could go wrong. Wrong. Wrong. Wrong.
On Friday, after being here several hours, Brant (who is sooo hardworking and all around AWESOME) tells me he doesn't have a part...and can't get it until tomorrow - the day I leave for holiday at 6am. He's tried and tried and he can't make it happen. I'm livid, but repeatedly tell Brant I know its not his fault. He understands. I ask him why they can't send one of their emergency techs out this evening. This wonderful guy calls the office and asks for me. He's told they can get someone out about 9 or 10 the next day - totally disregarding what he's told them about my vacation. When he tries again, Chrissy Stillwell (presumably of the Stillwell Plumbing family) asks to speak to me and immediately starts in...loudly advises its not her fault I'm going on vacation. What?W? Oh so now its on, lady. I told her I couldn't believe her tone and callous attitude about the situation...that I was going to blow them up on social media. She screams she's done with the conversation and tells me to make sure I call out her name in my review (My name is Chrissy; make sure you put that in there!) I'm going to let that digest...
No way she knew what had led to my frustration...and she didn't care to....and that's just sad and customer-unfriendly. What's true is that it is what it is and I'm pretty easy. A calm, understanding and apologetic tone wouldn't have the hot water on for my kids when they get home from camp after 7 weeks, but it would have made me feel like they cared. Pretend to scramble...treat me like I worked hard for the $800 you have for a job that remains unfinished. Act like you care about a household with kids and no hot water.

Response time was good. Two other plumbers were giving next day as a response time.
Cost was ridiculous at $800 to come out and run a snake for a 90 minute job.
Usually go to Home Depot and do it myself for under $100. Circumstances at the time didn't warrant that.
Although they got the job done effectively would not use again.

Was in process of getting estimates for plumbing work when problem started while Catons was giving estimate. Said they could take care of problem right away. I had to do it (main water valve). Earlier estimates came in after work done that were SUBSTANTIALLY less. Catons had to come back to fix leak in original repair. My caution to others is get estimates, in my case would have saved hundreds. Felt like I was taken advantage of during bad situation. Left numerous voice messages with Catons general manager, never heard back. Just be cautious.

This company is a big scam. I should not have trusted Jeffrey Muncey and the owner. I paid for a project that was not completed.
Jeff Muncey locked my property and ran away with the keys without completing the project. I had to buy a new lock and pay a locksmith for a new installation. I paid upfront $750 to Valley View Handyman Services for nothing. They are not responding to phone calls or texts. This was a total nightmare but I'll make sure that justice will be served.
I have more details but hope this summary warns others so they can avoid similar cons.
