Great quick service even during weekends. A technician was really professional and friendly.

Took a little longer than expected to complete the job and he charged more, but it got done and Mike is a nice and respectful guy who kept me informed along the way.  I would use him again!

Got connected to Nick at 9:30 am via a third party staffing site. He said he'd be at my home at 10:30 am but he arrived at 10:15 am. Completed the work promptly - drain cleaning and fixing pipe plumbing and so far, it's been completed correctly. I'd recommend Nick for your plumbing needs.

Plumb Cheap was contracted by Lowe's to deliver and install a dryer.  Lowe's had been giving me problems with the delivery and install.  When things were set (three months later) with Lowe's, their contractor Plumb Cheap had called to make the appointment for the delivery and install.   What a great experience I had with Shawn after such a terrible experience with Lowe's.  

After three months of being disgruntled with Lowes, one might expect that I was quite frustrated with the whole process, and I'm sure when I talked to Shawn to make the deliver appointment my frustration showed.    

Regardless of my attitude, Shawn has given me an absolutely exceptional customer experience.  Shawn had taken me from being totally frustrated to feeling elated as she had taken control, contacted Lowe's and made sure the delivery and install went smooth.  It was a pleasure working with Plumb Cheap and I truly feel lucky that they were the contracted plumber.  

The important piece about this whole situation was, the washer was to be installed by Lowes, but they did not do the install by the time Plumb Cheap came out to install the dryer.  Plumb Cheap, rather than keeping the tenant inconvenienced any longer with no washer/dryer went ahead and installed the washer.

It can't get any better than this.  This is a remarkable company, great service, great customer focus.  Definitely recommending this company for your plumbing needs.

Discovered Forster Plumbing through Bolton Hill site. During my 25 years in my 1850 Federal row house with a mix of old and modern plumbing, this company has provided the most prompt and excellent work at the best price. Jobs include repair to old tub fixtures for which they found an old freebee piece, saving the cost of a complete replacement, the replacement of an old gas line to my stove, and repair of a leaking iron pipe in the cellar.

We were referred to TL Back Plumbing after our main sewer line backed up into our basement. We have had a number of plumbing issues and dealt with a number of plumbers in the past year. TL Back Plumbing has by far been the best! He came out the next day, worked overtime to help us solve our issue, and came in below all the other bidders when we needed to completely replace the main sewer line in our front yard and was able to complete it 3 days earlier than anyone else! We never saw him do anything but work his hardest and not even sure if he took any breaks either! He worked extremely hard and was very polite and professional. We have since had a separate plumbing issue and we did not hesitate to call him. Again, he came straight over and fixed our problem fast and correctly. That's 3 different extensive jobs we had him for, should be three 5-star rating reviews for him!

I had a plumbing emergency and this company literally saved the day. Justin was beyond professional and courteous. They were in and out in matter of hours and most of all the pricing was reasonable. I would highly recommend this Plummer for any and all of your plumbing needs.

Best mechanical lives up to their name; they really are the best.  After years of dumping money into my house and dealing with terrible contractors and plumbers, Best Mechanical has been the answer to my prayers. Here's why:

1.  This is a small, local, family owned business, which I always prefer to support.

2.  Service is FAST.  Even with the heat wave I was warned they were slammed and might have to wait a week for someone to come out, but someone made time to come in a day later.

3.  Customer service is key.  Brenda and Josh were a joy to speak with, always kept me updated on what was going on, and genuinely made me feel like they cared about what was going on at my house. Being in the military and trying to manage this property from the other side of the country is stressful, but they gave me piece of mind and I felt like they were worthy of my trust.

4.  The price.  I'm all about weighing cost vs worth.  For me, what I paid to have my AC replaced was worth every penny.  I trust best mechanical to advise me properly on the state of the unit and didn't feel they were trying to convince to buy a bunch if things I didn't need. I have gone back to them every time I needed something, from duct work to AC services and I have been 150% satisfied every time.

I called on a Friday to make an appointment about a water heater with a leak. They said they would call me back. No call back. Tuesday morning I called again. No call back. Tuesday night the water heater has a big leak and I had water all over my basement. I called that night for emergency service. No call back. Called back 30 minutes later. No call back. I called back and hour and 30 minutes later. They said they wouldn't be coming out that night and that they would call me at 7 am the next morning. No call back. I called at 7:30. They said they might be able to come in two days.  I practically had to beg them to replace my water heater that day.

That's a one star experience.

I call them out through American home shield ! The young man came out , I knew that my door bell was covered under my contract ! The guy came took my old doorbell down , and when u told him I only needed him to put the ring doorbell on the cement wall ! He said it was not  covered ? But I knew it was covered ! He kept telling me he was trying to reach America home shield and could not get through,  so I asked him how much would he charge, he told me 225$ I had already paid 100 dollars for him to come out , now he left  and told the company that my other doorbell worked , but he lied , so they took my money for work this company did not do !

Response time was good. Two other plumbers were giving next day as a response time.
Cost was ridiculous at $800 to come out and run a snake for a 90 minute job.
Usually go to Home Depot and do it myself for under $100. Circumstances at the time didn't warrant that.
Although they got the job done effectively would not use again.

I love working with Caton's, not the situations that arise that bring me to work with them, but I love working with them. I use them at work for any plumbing needs we may have, but I have also used them at my own home when we had a water line crack. They are always extremely quick to respond and get the job done quickly. They even had their own restoration team come out to help me clean up all the water at my house. Great company to work with.

This company is a big scam. I should not have trusted Jeffrey Muncey and the owner. I paid for a project that was not completed.

Jeff  Muncey locked my property and ran away with the keys without completing the project. I had to buy a new lock and pay a locksmith for a new installation.  I paid upfront $750 to Valley View Handyman Services for nothing. They are not responding to phone calls or texts. This was a total nightmare but I'll make sure that justice will be served.

I have more details but hope this summary warns others so they can avoid similar cons.
