I recently used Shawn Frye Plumbing for my bathroom remodel. They were so nice to deal with from my first call. Shawn and his guys are polite, on time, do good work at a reasonable price. Also very considerate of your home, taking off their shoes when entering.  
When we'd have to wait for me to have something else installed before they could finish the plumbing work, they always came back promptly. Didn't leave me waiting for weeks. When there was a little problem, Shawn came back and fixed it the next day!! The ladies on the phone are awesome too, always kept me informed what time they would be here.
They all made what can be a very stressful process much easier.
Shawn Frye will be my go to plumber from now on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I called with a plumbing problem that I (not a plumber) thought was huge that turned out to be small and the amazing gentleman that I spoke to told me how to fix it over the phone instead of him having to come out here to fix it and there was no charge. I will definitely be using Hornback plumbing again.

For years we have had an issue with the outside basement drain by exterior door.  Have had many plumbers out to work on drain and it would be fine a month or two, and issues would start again.  Called Backup and he immediately knew the solution.  Works great now! Will definitely use again!!

Waddell's always does a fine job when I need them to clean out the septic tank. They are clean and very responsive. So if you need your septic tank or any other plumbing needs give them a call. I am sure they can solve you plumbing issues.

They came out the same day I called and cleared a drain that the kids over at Austin Bryan Plumbing charged me $240 to clear and couldn't. I highly recommend for drain cleaning.

We have used BC plumbing for years. They are reliable, and usually get out to fix the problem the same day. Their prices are reasonable and I think they're fair and honest. I would highly recommend them.

Onsite was the original installer on my new home in 2013.   The install was just ok.  The fun came later when the defrost board failed on the 3 year old system and I ended up forking out seven hundred buck to have it diagnosed and repaired. After 3 visits and. Multiple coil freeze ups in the dead of winter on my heat pump, I called someone else to repair it and it was promptly fixed.   Onsite threw parts at the problem and there tech was less skilled at electronics trouble shooting then me.    They never resolved the issue and I gave up hope and no longer wanted them messing with my equipment and putting in will fit non factory parts.

If I could give a ZERO star I would. These guys start off all nice friendly and helpful. Then they come out. Tell you they can't help and report to Homeshield that it's customers fault and not defective part like they told me to my face. What a joke this company is and will never use them or recommend them to anyone. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

Our warranty company contracted assigned PlumbRight to our water heater service request. Three days after the install the wiring on the unit caught fire leaving us with no hot water and damaging the wiring to the shut of. An electric company came and inspected the damage and determined the fire was caused as the result of a loose connection from the installation. This company was notified on the day of the failure. We did not hear from them again until we escalated the matter with our warranty company. A week and a half after the incident the installer showed up after their scheduled appointment time and without a new water heater. The installer and the person I spoke with at the company proceeded to blame the manufacturer of the water heater and us stating that it was an issue with our wiring. We were never informed of a wiring issue at the time of install but conveniently there was on now that there was a fire and our house could have burned down. They also told us this happens all the time as if that makes it okay or better. They install these daily as they claim but the installer didn't even put the electrical compartment cover on the correct direction... the burn is on the top of the cover where if properly closed would have been on the inside. Seems a simple thing if they install these all the time. Last night our electrician replaced the wiring damaged by the fire, removed the damaged wire from the water heater and reconnected the water heater. After almost two weeks we have hot water so this issue is not the water heater as PlumbRight has suggested. It is not a manufacturing issue it is an installation issue. If you choose this company for your repair, make sure no electrical work is involved or be prepared to have it inspected.  If something happens following the install they will wash their hands of you as they don't make mistakes and almost burn your house down.

I hoped this business relationship would be a great long term investment and asked them if they could take on bigger projects for me, after doing some small plumbing tasks and handyman fixes that were acceptable.
The final proposed project was replacing cellar doors.
My first mistake was paying for materials to be ordered that they ordered. It took 2 MONTHS to learn that the shipping of the doors has issues when the company they told me they ordered from's website stated 3-5 day delivery with SAIA delivery. Not Amazon. Then they told me that Amazon's driver lost/stole the parts and was fired because of it and they would be getting a refund and then refund me when they got it. I waited for that for 2 MONTHS MORE and then got nasty speech from the owner's wife when asked about the refund of my money. I hired someone in the mean time to fabricate and build the same cellar doors for a similar price and had it done before they ever got back to me about not giving me a refund.
I am very disappointed that I was spoken to like I was stealing from them and causing all kinds of problems when they owed me the money to make it right months ago. I will not use nor refer this company to anyone anymore.
