Small company (fast growing) with impeccable quality and ethics. I have been utilizing this service since it was a two man operation plus the lovely Bonnie fielding all calls and scheduling.
Great quality
Great service
Great attitudes.
Each plumber I have met from this company represents the owner, Ian, perfectly with their friendliness and informative nature.
He has grown considerably since I found the company but the service and quality have remained the same.

Top notch experience with Summers heating and cooling technician Eric Hentz. Highly recommend.

We found out about this company at a local Builders event in Kingsport. They gave us the normal we are good and get the job done speech and so we decided to give them a chance. WELL....let me tell you its not a speech. They delivered product and service over and above what was expected. We had 2 bedrooms and a Jack and Jill Bathroom painted caulked and carpet taken out with Vinyl flooring put in. It took 3 days, They were here on time, cleaned up, extremely polite and the job was absolutely amazing. Never before have we had a job done with no revisions no complaints no do overs. What a great feeling to have it done right the first time and the cost was reasonable. it was much less than other quotes and it took less time. A company that understands that homeowners don't want to have workers come in work for 4 hours and leave until the next day and leave the construction chaos in their home for days. They came in and got it done. That's good business. Forget about shopping around this is a one stop home improvement place!

Just a few months after buying a new home I discovered water coming through the bottom of my commode. I feared the worst when doing some internet searching on my problem. After receiving a recommendation from a friend, I called Klein Plumbing to come diagnose and fix my issue. Jay (the owner) came and gave me an honest diagnosis and fixed my problem at a more than fair price and right on time! I would recommend them to ANYONE that needs any plumbing service. A+ service is hard to come by these days, but Kelin Plumbing went above and beyond to make my service experience as pleasant as possible!

Great Service! I had a gas line to my grill that I disconnected to powerwash around it. When I went to put it back together I found a few pieces to the disconnect that I didn't know how to put back together, tried a few times and got scared that I was going to blow up my deck! Found Gas Tight and they came right over and installed the line for me and tested the seals and had it done in minutes. They did a great job, were very professional, and answered all of my questions. I know my family is safe from any problems from that gas line. Would definitely use them again!

Best husband and wife team ever! I had closest doors to install.
Pleasant, good at trouble shooting, clean up immediately and fair pricing. I highly recommend their services.

My basement flooded and I was referred a company by my insurance company. This company was trash. Sick Homes Solutions was the absolute remedy and am glad I found them. Jason and his team was super helpful in aiding me in combating the insurance company with pure policy. This helped me tremendously. I hired Sick Himes immediately and the mitigation, cleaning, repairs they did were not notch. I appreciate their selflessness and professionalism.

This review is long overdue. I actually found Tim on Yelp and connected with him there last summer. We had just moved into our current house and he installed outlets in the garage. I was scheduled in a reasonable amount of time, he did the work in a reasonable amount of time, and he charged what I thought to be a reasonable price. Like he states he's straightforward and I appreciated that. The outlets work great and I'm glad I had them installed!

Really like Glanz-Buffat. I've used them to replace a house full of copper pipes and to install a new water heater. I've also used them for plumbing emergencies and they charge on the quarter hour instead of fixed rate or hourly which is really fantastic! I highly recommend them and they are expedient with estimates too.

Shane was super fast (20 mins), reasonable on his price ($100 clogged drain), courteous and neat. I'd recommend him for your stopped up kitchen sink, like mine was!

I would NOT recommend Dauenhauer Plumbing. They sent out inexperienced workers who not only didn't do the job correctly, they knicked our electrical service line while digging up our yard. DESTROYED our landscaping. They didn't stop the work at the time as they should have and a month later, the electricity went out at our house. $880 later and they have refused to acknowledge their mistake. Their customer service has been poor in responding to our concerns as well. Now, we have another water leak! Not calling Dauenhauer again.

Great experience with Graham's. They gave me a lower quote on a backup sump pump than the two most reviewed plumbers on Yelp in Louisville, and it is working great. They were flexible with scheduling and finished the job less than a week after I first contacted them. Highly recommend.

I have 2 properties and have used these guys multiple times for HVAC and plumbing needs. They always do a good job!

Tim took care of my plumbing issues. Fast efficient and at reasonable price. He also knows what he is doing.I will defiantly use him in the future.

I would give zero stars if I could. Me and my husband had a bath installed a few months ago, they were supposed to come back and put on the shower fixtures as it was included in the price. It has all been paid for already. Me and my husband have left a message nearly every other day for over a month to have them come back and finish the job and put on the fixtures as promised. We have not received a single call back or response. We have gotten the runaround from three different receptionists everytime we call and they will not provide us with a direct email or number to call to speak with anyone else. We have called a dozen times and have gotten no where. This company is unreliable and will not complete their work. I will be voicing my experience to other sites to help prevent others from experiencing what we are going through.

In 2019 we had a water line break during the winter. I called a few companies, and daughtery's was quick to respond.
Their website offered free quotes, and I had questioned that over the phone. They were quick to send someone out to assess the situation.
Upon arrival, the job seemed harder then expected too quote, so I was told they would gather the correct personnel and be back out to the site.
Upon second arrival, they had assessed the area for roughly an hour. Gave me my options of either trying to find the leak, or just replace the entire line. I asked for a quote for both options.
A few days passed and I received a detailed quote of what I had asked for. Its been a few years now but i believe we were quoted $120 an hour for labor.I agreed we would just replace the entire line, rather then go through the hassle of trying to find the leak.
I was not home the day they had broken ground. Upon breaking ground at 9am. They found the leak immediately, rather then letting me know they patched the leak and cleaned the area and left.
I received a call around 11am saying the job was finished. I was surprised, they said they just went ahead and patched the line which we didn't agree too, however I was glad the job was finished. Until we got the bill of over $800.
The bill was not itemized and had a very quick due date. We don't let bills go unpaid, so we mailed a check when we got it. I did the math of the 2 hours at the labor rate they quoted us. And couldn't figure out how it was that high of a bill. At that pricing I would have rather had the line replaced as we talked about just to be on the safe side.
After paying the bill, I emailed the guy who got me the quote was generous enough to give me an itemized bill. There I saw where we had paid for the quote and the time it took to send the guys out. Their quote was not even close to what we were charged.
I wrote back confused, and got a response that was less then sub par. Somewhat along the lines of we are a Christian company, we've been in business for over x amount of years. We value our customers. That was the last I ever heard from them.
Just wanted to post this. I will say they did do good work, just didn't stay true to their quote and didn't communicate as I expected them to do. This was also a project done 2 years ago.
