Ready Sewer Service

These guys have the contract for my condo complex, and I've needed them a couple of times.  Always quick to show up, courteous, and neat.

I've had several experiences with Ready Sewer.  The first 2 were fine.  They came right away and performed the job.  No problems.  But then when it came to the really big job of jackhammering my floor to repair a leak, they not only didn't do it, they would not even communicate with me.  My repeated calls fell on deaf's ear.  No one ever called me back.  After waiting more than a couple of weeks, I brought in another company.  They're ok for the quick jobs I guess, but when a company won't even schedule a job, then I have no use for that company.

Very poor follow up.  Can't get them to return calls or come out and fix what they diagnosed

They came out the same day I called and cleared a drain that the kids over at Austin Bryan Plumbing charged me $240 to clear and couldn't. I highly recommend for drain cleaning.
