Plumbright has visited my home three times for warranty repairs. One success and two failures. This past experience with Adam left me with a busted pipe and out of a 100 dollar deductible. Adam was has to say my warranty didn't cover the copper pipe but he would fix it for 275.00. Adam was not rude or off putting but was clearly interested in collecting the deductible and categorizing my repairs as an act of god....and not covered. This is the second time the company has been sent to my home for show and tell with no service provided. 2 -10 warranty is not doing well by sending this company. As an active duty service member I'm very disappointed and now have to contract a company willing to provide service to its customers.

Wonderful service! I have nothing but good things to say about PlumbRight Services! Amanda scheduled my appointment and Jamie was the plumber. They were both very professional. I would recommend PlumbRight Services to anyone who has a plumbing issue.

Connected with PlumbRight via my home warranty service. I will applaud them for responsiveness as they were in touch right away and visited shortly thereafter. Our issue was simple and they didn't try to over complicate and tack on a bunch of useless repairs. To date, their minor tweaks to a finicky sink faucet have held up and would probably call them again in a pinch.

I have used these guys several times and they are great! I have worked with Josh mostly and he is very knowledgeable. They work quickly and cut you breaks in cost when they can. I have never felt like they have taken advantage of me. Their prices are fair. I will continue to use them and recommend them.

Mitch from PlumbRight has been sent to my house for two different plumbing issues covered under my home warranty. I have nothing but good things to say! He is very professional, honest, and a great service tech.

He made sure to explain all of the work that was done and answered all of my questions regarding the issue (for me, both issues are related to bathroom sink faucets).I have no hesitation in recommending him to friends!

I guess they need help because I cannot seem to get service. I made an appointment for Thurs and the goofy girl kept saying Tues then, I would correct her and she would say Thurs. Said she made it for Thur morning. Come Tues morning, got a call saying he was on his way. I told him the appointment was for thurs morning that there was a mixup with the girl making appointments. I waited Thurs morning, no show. Called about 10am and the girl apologize a lot saying I wasn't scheduled. She put me on for the same day and even called me back saying they would be here by 4pm. 5:30 now and haven't heard a peep. Going to call another company at this point.

Where do I begin?

Scheduling with them is a nightmare. Get used to them telling you the earliest appointment they have available is a week away. Then when you do manage to get an appointment, there's no telling just how many hours the plumber will be late. Better hope you don't have any burst or leaking pipes (like we had) because you'll be stuck with them for a very long time. Invest in buckets, I guess.

Then they show up - no masks, no notice about vaccination status, no little plastic booties over their work boots. I know it sounds petty, but when it's raining outside I'd rather you didn't track mud over our floor. I'd rather not expose my nine-month-old baby to a deadly global pandemic. They don't even greet you and wait to be invited in - they literally just barged into our house each time.

We initially brought them in to just fix the kitchen sink drain, which was completely blocked. After cutting holes in walls and ceilings, replacing multiple pipes, and a lot of banging around for three weeks, we have nothing. No diagnosis, no plan. How does a plumber not know how to fix a kitchen sink drain?

Let me be clear - do not ever hire this company.

I just moved to Elizabethtown, KY from California. I got into town on a Thursday night to our new home and found the water heater leaking into the garage and the basement. Thankfully I had a home warranty. The warranty people had contacted PlumbRight and they were able to replace the water heater. The dispatch woman, Leslie was very polite, courteous and helpful. I can't say enough good things about her. She was awesome. Drew, the plumber was also very polite, courteous and professional. He also served our country. I can't say enough good things about him as well. Both of them were awesome!!! Thank you both for your dedication to your job and customers.

Entire situation with them was very unprofessional. Took them 3 days to even call to schedule. Then 30 minutes before they were supposed to be there they called to tell me they weren't going to make it and could come tomorrow. I agreed to that and because I couldn't take a second day off work my elderly father was going to meet them there. They said they would call before they were on the way, of course nobody ever called and the first call I received was them telling me that they were there and nobody was home. I insisted nobody called me and the lady on the phone rudely said that they record all of they're calls so of course I said well lets pull those calls then because NOBODY called me! Why wouldn't I not answer the phone when my water heater is leaking all over the floor!!! That doesn't even make sense! When I posted the review on Facebook they're responses from numerous employees were disgustingly immature and made themselves look all the more unprofessional!

PlumbRight Services & Rooter came out to my home via my home warranty company. I had them out to look at a clogged garbage disposal. Patrick called before he arrived. He wore protective shoe covers and was very polite and professional. He explained everything and told me about my options for getting rid of the disposal in the future. I recommend him and this company.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! They didn't listen to what I was telling them was wrong and tried to fix what THEY wanted to tinker with. And of course the next day I was having the same problem and the refused to come back out until I pain ANOTHER service fee. They never fixed what I told them was wrong!! Horrible horrible horrible. They don't answer the phones or return calls. I'd recommended Jefferson Plumbing or Drexler

Our warranty company contracted assigned PlumbRight to our water heater service request. Three days after the install the wiring on the unit caught fire leaving us with no hot water and damaging the wiring to the shut of. An electric company came and inspected the damage and determined the fire was caused as the result of a loose connection from the installation. This company was notified on the day of the failure. We did not hear from them again until we escalated the matter with our warranty company. A week and a half after the incident the installer showed up after their scheduled appointment time and without a new water heater. The installer and the person I spoke with at the company proceeded to blame the manufacturer of the water heater and us stating that it was an issue with our wiring. We were never informed of a wiring issue at the time of install but conveniently there was on now that there was a fire and our house could have burned down. They also told us this happens all the time as if that makes it okay or better. They install these daily as they claim but the installer didn't even put the electrical compartment cover on the correct direction... the burn is on the top of the cover where if properly closed would have been on the inside. Seems a simple thing if they install these all the time. Last night our electrician replaced the wiring damaged by the fire, removed the damaged wire from the water heater and reconnected the water heater. After almost two weeks we have hot water so this issue is not the water heater as PlumbRight has suggested. It is not a manufacturing issue it is an installation issue. If you choose this company for your repair, make sure no electrical work is involved or be prepared to have it inspected.  If something happens following the install they will wash their hands of you as they don't make mistakes and almost burn your house down.

On May 14, 2018, PlumbRight repaired 12 water line leaks in two of our empty rental houses.  The water lines had not been properly winterized.  All the leaks were easy to find and repair and it took slightly less than 5 hours.  PlumbRight charged $996.50 for 5 hours of work, including $201.50 for parts which I believe were marked up with a large margin.  This was the first time I have used PlumbRight, but I have used other plumbers who charged much less.  I appealed to the owner to reduce the charge, but he refused.  While their work was satisfactory, I will not use them again because they are overpriced and I will not recommend them to anyone else.

My warranty company which is the worst hited this company to look aat my constantly running toilets. Two men came out lifted the lidd and said it's fine. The toilets continue to run and I have found Google sites that show how to check for you the components They are the worst ever and did not send out trained plumbers. Worst EVER.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR PLUMBING NEEDS. Unfortunately, we were faced with sink clog issues as soon as moved into our newly remodeled house. A technician from Plumbright came out and could not resolve the issue. He was stating that the clog problem was relatively close to the sink but could not reach with the 50 feet cable he had. It sounded counter-intuitive to me. He then demanded that I pay the $100 deductible even though the problem was not resolved. The service was reassigned by the home warranty company for the following week. Regards to scheduling, Plumbright never got in touch with me. It was not until I called the home warranty that I found that the reassignment had been placed on the initial service. I specifically called Plumbright to make certain that they were coming out on this day. I took off work to have this problem taken care of. The service time frame was from 9am until 12pm. I called around 1030 to Plumbing to get ETA. They told me my house was next on the service queue and that someone should be calling me shortly. I called again at 12:20pm when noone showed up to my house. A lady told me the service had been cancelled last week. Within 2 hours, 2 different people told me completely different stories. They immediately put the blame on the home warranty company, stating that warranty folks are the ones that have cancelled the service. I called the home warranty company immediately, and they reported that they themselves have never cancelled the service. The service was still in active , unresolved status. When home warranty company  tried to reach them twice, they refused to answer their phone calls. I have wasted over 8 days, and I still have a non-functioning sink. I'm extremely displeased with Plumbright and their lack of professionalism, punctuality, and organization. From technician skill-set to general scheduling, no one seems to be trained adequately. My service has been reassigned to a different company needless to say. I'll be working on getting my deductible refunded from them.

Professional staff and excellent customer service.   I had several estimates and this was by far the best deal! Not to mention the job was explained in great detail prior to work

I used PlumbRight for the first time through a home warranty. Both times when I called them they where very knowledgable and professional. Just recently I called them for a sump  pump issue and Ernie arrived at the time promised. Ernie was very polite and personable. I will continue to use PlumbRight for all of my plumbing needs. They gave me a window of time between 9 and noon to be here. I took the morning off work to be here.  The did not show up. They did not call. I called them at 1:00 pm. They said they were stuck at another job.  At 1:30 p.m. I called my home warranty company.  She put me on hold and called Plumb Right. Without my knowledge or my consent, they cancelled service.  They said they were overbooked.
So here I am, with no gas service to the house, afternoon on a Friday, searching around for a plumber to do the work. These people are unprofessional.

This company literally killed our front yard grass and removed a big chunk of concrete. We called them to find out if they were gonna fix that issue. The person just hang up the phone on me. We paid $1,950 to fix a leaking pipe now we need to hire a constrution worker and a gardener to fix the mess this company left behind.
