Hornback Plumbing

As a property manager I am constantly using services such as this. Hornback Plumbing usually responds that day without delay, which is a huge bonus. But, when I had them come out to the same property three or four times the problem kept returning. Instead of actually finding the root of the problem they put a bandaid on it. Problem returns and they get to charge us again. When I asked why none of their technicians checked the actual drain pipes below the building they gave a run around answer, we work on rentals all the time and it's rarely more than a stopped up toilet.  Two stars purely for response time.

Excellent!! I was referred to Hornbeck. And was super impressed. They answered their phone. Listened to what was going on. And said they would someone over soon. 30 min later the technicians were here. They evacuated the situation. Offered a solution. This was at 4 pm. Said they needed to get parts. If they were able to get tonight they would fix otherwise it would be next day. They were back and fixed everything by 6 pm. Quick, efficient, polite and professional.

He promptly called with the estimate and sent a technician out the same afternoon.  Noah replaced our water heater, kitchen faucet and repaired the shower head. I called with a plumbing problem that I (not a plumber) thought was huge that turned out to be small and the amazing gentleman that I spoke to told me how to fix it over the phone instead of him having to come out here to fix it and there was no charge. I will definitely be using Hornback plumbing again.

Hornback has done a lot of plumbing work for us including our remodel, new master bath and some toilet and sink replacements. My water heater went recently but not before flooding the crawlspace. They sent a guy out right at closing who made a temporary fix and then returned a couple days later to replace the water heater. All in all their work has been great, they've always responded to any issues, and their costs are reasonable. If you need plumbing work, give these folks a call!

Honest and knowledgeable folks who solved my plumbing problems.  They showed up when they said they would for an estimate and though weather delayed their work a couple of times, they did exactly what they said they would, for the quoted price, to my desired specs.

I needed a repair done on my hot water heater.  Adam came out with his apprentice Austin and performed the repair.  I observed Adam teaching Austin how to diagnose the issue and they quickly went to work fixing the hot water heater.  In the process of draining the hot water heater, Adam identified that we did not have a water shut off valve above the water heater and that our sump pump was no longer working.  He took the initiative to get another team member to bring him what he needed to complete all the repairs without wasting time.  I am so impressed with Adam's professionalism, attention to detail and willingness to make sure the job was done right.  I am very happy with the quality of work done and the manner in which it was completed.  I believe had I called another plumbing service that the water shut off valve may not have been done and my sump pump would have been pushed to another day in an effort to drag out the repair.  I definitely recommend Hornback Plumbing!

We have used another company for years but haven't been happy with them. Decided to  try this one. Fantastic! Shower leaking. The office girl Wendy was pleasant, called to let me know the plumber was on his way. They came same day. Plumber was professional, answered ALL my questions (there were a lot), and over all was just great. Took about 2 hours. Can't speak highly enough. Will definitely pass word along and will use again. I have used this company twice since moving to the area. Both times the experience was great. They came out on time , did the requested work and didn't make a mess. The price seemed very fair to me and the work looks great and functions well.

These guys are fantastic.  I had a water line break between the water meter and my house.  Joe came out walked the entire 6 acre property with me.  He then recommended the least expensive option.  Super customer service, prompt assistance, and a quick fix.  Thanks Hornback!

We were desperate! Our bathroom drains totally backing up! Hornback was the second plumber we had called in days. It never got back to us. Made appt with Hornback for 2pm. Waited, and waited...both my husband and I calling to find out if someone would be coming. Yes, yes shortly, but no! Until finally, 6 or 7 pm on a Friday night here comes our plumber. He spent a while working but solved all the issues with clearing our drains and never had trouble since. We anticipated his charge on overtime having been used to paying expensive plumbers in Louisville all my life, but no, total charge for all that work and cleaning up the mess too, was under $200!! Shocking!! If not for that, the business would have only gotten 3 stars. But this man was off duty and called in to do our job. Evidently,  the previous plumber couldn't get to us earlier in the day or call us to say why.

Responded within one day to fix toilet supply line leak at the cpvc connector and replace br sink valves to cpvc supply lines and br sink faucet. Some water displacement captured with towels. This is a reliable crew in E town.

They arrived and found leak in a reasonable amount of time. They completed the work in a timely manner. The guys were courteous. We received a military discount, very much appreciated. They left the area near and clean. We will use this company again.

All our plumbing work has been done by Hornback and have always been professional and have done a great job each time we have used them. Jessie fixed my under the sink problem fast and efficiently.
