My home warranty company sent this company out and after reading the reviews I was a little worried but they were great. I sent in my service request on a Sunday and was contacted the next day which was a holiday, Labor Day, and was scheduled for two days later. Jessie and Red came out and fixed the problem in no time. They were friendly and efficient.

I rate them a Zero! They came out to my home to fix a running toilet. They've been to my home 3 times. Guess what my toilet is still running. Isn't a running toilet one of the most basic plumbing problem? If you can fix something that simple how could I trust you with a more serious plumbing issue? I can't! Don't waste your time or money.

I tried to contact Jeff Foster several times and sent a message without a return from 7/4/23. Only after I contacted HSA again, HSA advised me that if this vendor will not contact me by 5 pm on Thursday, 7/6/23, to call HSA back, and they will escalate the issue. Finally, this vendor contacted me at 6 pm on 7/6/23 with a plan to come at 8 am on the next day. While inspecting my house on 7/7/23, the vendor identified the leak and stated that it was going to be easy to fix. I spoke with the technician and explained to him that the issue was noted recently based on July bills from LGE, and LGE evaluated and found gas leaks, so they asked to get a plumber to fix the pipe. Also, I expressed my concerns to the technician that if I ignored how much different we used gas from last month and undiscovered immediately this problem, in the long run, this issue could possibly affect my and my son's health in the future. After evaluation, the technician hasn't notified or clarify his finding with my son or me but went back to his truck and called his companies and HSA. He falsified my conversation and finding at my house by reporting to his company and HSA that this was a preexisting issue. Also, he made up the conversation that wasn't discussed with him by me by reporting to HSA that I told him that I was aware of the gas leak when I bought the house and that was an ongoing issue with previous owners as well (in meantime prior I bought the house I had an inspection and no gas leak noted on the report). That is pure lies by professional vendors. Before he left, he notified me and my son that based on his inspection and after he spoke to his company and HSA, the result was preexisted issue, and HSA would not going covered to fixing the gas leak. He also stated to complete this job, he needs more people to fix it. He recommended contacting a different company that would handle such a job because his company couldn't fix this kind of problem (unclear why it can't be fixed when at the beginning of the evaluation, he states that is easy to fix). Even though I tried to hold of HSA and clarify the inspection result and ask him to participate in the conversation, the technician refused to talk to HSA (saying that he does not get paid to argue with people) and walked away.  I never will recommend such an unprofessional vendor who is not just hard to reach or get an appointment scheduled but also who is unable to fix the issue that is assigned to them, who provided a falsification report to HSA, and who lies about conversations that are not discussed by a member of the house. Completely unsatisfied (if I could give zero stars, I would). Stay away from this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Jeff Foster Plumbing cleared a clog in our main sewer line in June 2017. Everything was fine until April 2018 when the sewer line backed up again. When we had MSD come out and look at the sewer line and they pulled a 30 foot plumbing snake out! Apparently, Jeff Foster had left some equipment behind, causing a new clog. Water backed up into our laundry room and damaged our floor. We tried to get in contact with Jeff Foster to talk to him about the issue and, even after multiple phone calls, we have never been able to get him on the telephone. Poor quality work, poor customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. My warranty company assigned them to my house for a non working garbage disposal. I get a call from the tech saying he was on my way to my house at 1:30 pm. By 2:30 pm he still had not shown up and I get a text from Jeff Fosters saying my work order had been transferred at the warranty company. So I tried calling and texting Jeff Foster back as well as the tech that called me. No response. When I called my warranty company they were told the tech went to my house but were told by a lady at the house that they didnt have time and shut the door. So even the tech lied or he went to the wrong address because nobody showed up at my house. We even checked cameras to prove it. But Jeff Fosters has never responded to my many calls and texts for an answer. Zero customer service. Stay away from them!

If I could give a ZERO star I would. These guys start off all nice friendly and helpful. Then they come out. Tell you they can't help and report to Homeshield that it's customers fault and not defective part like they told me to my face. What a joke this company is and will never use them or recommend them to anyone. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

Zero stars award goes to Jeff Foster Plumbing! Very poor Customer service experience! No people skills what so ever. Complete con artists!

We have a concern with our sump pump coming on often and draining strong sewage smelling water in to our back yard. Also a smaller concern, with a slow draining faucet, in the bathroom. I had my brother, who is a licensed union plumber, come look at the situation. He explained, we likely had a cracked pipe on the exterior, causing the sewage to drain back toward the house, in to the basement sump pump and then the back yard. My brother knew we had a home warranty and suggested we call to start a claim.  

Jeff Foster plumbing was dispatched from the warranty company. I was not present for this visit. On arrival my girlfriend informed the technician Phillip of our concerns listed above. He did no investigation to try and diagnose the drainage concern. He recommended that we try cleaning the sump pump out and attach a PVC pipe extension to the sump outlet on the exterior. We had already tried this prior to them coming out. Water is still draining back in to the basement sump pump and sewage smell is still present.

The technician Phillip, then turned his efforts at attempting to fix the slow draining bathroom sink. He disassembled the trap from under our sink in an attempted to diagnose our slow drain concern. He spent about 45 minutes attempting to improve the drainage. Then made a call to what he said was his supervisor and warranty company. He returned from his call and stated to my girlfriend the the existing plumbing, that he removed, was not properly installed and that the warranty company would not cover the repair. He then proceeded to charge us $75.00 for the warranty call and left.

On my arrival to the house that evening, I inspected the work conducted in my absence. The sump pump was not fixed and the bathroom sink was now, gushing water on to the bathroom floor. Our plumbing was in better shape before Jeff Foster plumbing arrived. Had the technician Philip been so concerned with the existing plumbing, he should have refused to disassemble said plumbing. When he disassembled the trap he and Jeff Foster plumbing company assumed responsibility to return my drain to good working order.

I called to discuss my concerns the next morning. My phone call was taken by Keith, who said he was in charge of the company. I asked to speak to the owner, I was informed that he was not available. I then informed Keith of our our leaking sink. He expressed that there was no way his technician could have caused said problem. While I was furious with this answer he gave me, I did not use foul language. I only requested  that he himself meet me at the house, to address the concern. He refused to meet me and hung up the phone. I tried calling him back but got no answer. I left voice messages with no return calls. Do not use this company!

I wish that I could give 0 Stars!  This outfit said that we needed ALL water lines to our condo replaced because of low water pressure in the shower.  After paying $1,166 to have the lines replaced, the water pressure in the shower was the same!  No change!  They then said that it must be the line in the wall behind the tub.  But, instead of wanting to fix that, they suggested that they first replace the main water line (the actual condo building feed line to the unit).  They offered no apology, no discount, nothing.

I have a leak in my water heater. They came out and rather than replacing what is needed - they provided a fraudulent statement to my Home warranty company and tried to screw me with items I don't need. I don't need a new expansion tank and construction work - I need a water heater. Nothing worse than a liar and their pants are on fire.

I had never heard of this company until I was scheduled with them through my home warranty company. I am very pleased. Sometimes home warranty partners can be sketchy. This is not the case with Jeff Foster Plumbing. The technician was prompt, professional, knowledgable, and courteous. I had a weird problem that he had never encountered before, but he was still able to quickly solve the problem. The entire thing was quick and painless. It took less than 15 minutes. The entire time, I was comfortable and wasn't concerned. He knew what he was doing. I recommend them.

DO NOT USE JEFF FOSTER PLUMBING!
We had an issue with a leak in our crawl space coming from the shower in the master bath. I called home warranty and they sent this company out. They were supposed to contact me within 48 hours and did not. When I finally got a hold of them they were not very friendly on the phone. They were late to the appointment. I was told they couldn't fix the problem because of spray foam being under the crawl space from the previous owners and that we would need to remove that before they can fix the leak. So we take the spray foam out and call them back to come fix it. They were not friendly calling to make that appointment either. They said they would be at my house at 9am Tuesday. I call them at 10am because no one had arrived. I get hung up on. I tried to call back twice with no response. He finally calls me back and I was furious at this point. I told him how unprofessional it is to say you are going to be at someone's home to fix the problem then not even show up. He said I don't know what you want me to do about it. I don't know when we will be out there today. I will get ahold of the guys and they will call you.
So I received no phone call. They show up at my home at 1 in the afternoon. They start to fix the problem then say they have to run up to the hardware store to get a part. They are gone over an hour. When they come back they bring someone else with them. They just walked right in the door and into our bedroom. Didn't tell us what they were doing or anything. They then get in their truck and leave without telling us they were leaving or that the job was completed. Horrible company to work with. No organization. Poor customer service and very very unprofessional.

DO NOT USE this company.  They  were assigned by my home warranty company .  They came out for initial estimate and found non covered items in addition to the replacement.  I have questions and have tried for 3 days to contact them by both phone and text.  No reply.  I do not trust the info I was given nor that the work will be completed. DO NOT USE THEM!
