Best Plumbing Services in Atlanta, GA
They were very responsive and quick to get back to me with all my questions. They went out of their way to get my plumbing fixed in a timely manner. I will be using them if I need help again.

We have requested for quote from different handyman/remodeling folks and they gave us the most reasonable estimate. Emerson and Gaby responds to all texts/queries very quickly, even during Christmas/New Year holidays and started working on items based on whatever item was available on appointment day. Emerson is very detail oriented and thorough with his work. We started with few items and kept on customizing (adding/adjusting) our requests but he helped us out happily without any complaints. They are the best handyman folks we have ever worked with and definitely planning to call them for all our future works.

I've used this company twice for two separate issues. Leak in my sprayer hose and a clogged toilet. Each time has been a pleasure. They took the time to explain each of the issues, [and for the leak] explained options for the repair. They ended up installing a faucet for the leak and I couldn't be happier with it. Prices for both visits were fair.

You can't ask for a better plumber. Ernest Smith, of S&S Plumbing, is the only plumber I will use from now on. He is very responsive to being contacted and shows up on time. He is very knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time taking care of my faucet problems and was still very reasonable with what he charged. I highly recommend him and his business.

Pipes burst due to freezing on Christmas Eve. No one but Bobby Amos was interested in coming out.
Finished basement was flooding. Saved us tens of thousands of dollars.
And, he was a gentleman. He knew what to do and did it with courtesy.
Merry Christmas to us for Bobby Amos.

I will never use another plumber again. I had a toilet overflow and wasn't sure if it was a main line clog or a septic issue. I called Paul on a Monday morning. He listened to my problem and suggested I open the cleanout pipe outside to relieve the pressure. He offered to come to my house at 8pm that day to take a look. Needing someone sooner, I had another plumber come out that afternoon. I was not impressed with their customer service and did not have them work on the problem. I called Paul again the following morning and he said he could be there by 6pm. He called at 5 asking if it was okay if he showed up 30 mins early. He arrived promptly at 5:30 and greeted me with a smile. We discussed the problem and he showed me prices on a price sheet. He gave me a verbal estimate, then realized the price for the service on his price sheet was higher than what he said, but he honored his first number. What an honest guy. He went through options with me and fixed the problem promptly. He spent time making sure the problem was actually fixed and gave me great maintenance and prevention advice. He referred me to a septic company for septic maintenance. He tested my water pressure and even checked out my water heater for me on his way out.
It's awesome when someone is great at their service but exceptional to be around. Paul was just a solid, genuine dude and fun to hang out with. Paul, you've got a customer for life!

Thank you, David for coming through for us! The hot water heater at my daughter's house went out on Friday night, two techs from valu-rite were there by 10:30AM Saturday, the 'boss', David arrived a little while later and they had a new water heater installed by Monday at noon.
The techs took the time to really figure out the issue to decide if we should replace parts or the entire thing. We ended up with a whole new unit... but, we had a different company out who barely looked at it and just priced out a couple of options and moved on with their $49 service fee.
The whole team was kind and professional. We even got follow up calls to make sure things were ok.

Our Hot water heater was needing to be upgraded so I called David of His Plumber. Knowing it was going to be a tight fit, I called and conveyed the space issue with Hannah in the office. She had David call me directly. I sent him photos, we discussed the time involved, and he sent me an accurate quote. Caleb came out just a couple days later and installed the new hot water heater. He also went above and beyond by updating the supports with new two by fours to ensure everything was perfectly level and supported. Quality and customer service have always been top notch. We've used His Plumber for at least 15 years. -Sharon in Peacthree City.

Chris and his team are fast, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. We had just bought a house knowing the water heater needed to be replaced. Chris came and gave us a great overview of what he would do, and what our options were. He didn't try to oversell us. The actual installation was smooth and his team was fast, efficient, and careful. When I reached out a week later for advice on an unrelated and home-warranty-covered issue Chris was super responsive even knowing he wouldn't make a sale. We are very grateful to Chris and his awesome team!!

OMG! I wish I could leave a lower rating. So bad...
I called Tex to schedule some minor repairs on a loft we are selling, and liked the positive reviews left here on Yelp. This was without a doubt, the absolute WORST handyman experience I have ever had.
I should have known from the start when he kept juggling the start date, and couldn't keep up with who he was talking to. After canceling two confirmed appointments, he showed up not knowing how to do much of anything that I requested. These were not major repairs (ie: sealing a toilet, caulking some patio doors, light fixtures type stuff.)
I don't know where to begin. I had to end up telling him how to fix the door after he was completely at a loss as to why a door might have a leak. He actually made a dishwasher door worse after his tampering, and was instructed to just put it back to it's original broken condition. (We have since contacted a real professional.) The toilet seal around the floor? The work was so sloppy that I would have been embarrassed to say I had done it. In the end, we just told him to leave.
The one useful outcome was that he did actually fix two broken light fixtures.
Does that justify an outrageous bill? Not even close. In fact, I just broke down and finished the repairs myself, to MUCH better results than this so called licensed professional.
Do yourself a favor and save yourself a lot of money, certain headaches, and unprofessional conduct. Do not use this vendor.

Called them last Tuesday night for a quote to replace my PVC main water line with copper and received a call back telling me that they would stop by the house in the morning and take a look. I didn't hear back at all on Wednesday and finally got a voicemail around noon on Thursday giving me a quote of $1700! They sound very courteous but that quote is more than double of what Ridgeway gave me. I had no idea quotes for the same job could vary that much so make sure you call around, even if it seems at first like it's not worth the extra time and effort to get second and third opinions.

I called these guys for a faucet install. ZKen came out and took out my old one and installed the new one. I love my new faucet bcuz it has a soap dispenser. Ken did a great job he was friendly to me and my little hound dog..
6 months later while I was watering my lawn, my well shut down. I was scared to death that my pump had died. Well since I had a good experience with Fair Trade, I called them again. en came out and looked at it and he could have told me anything and I would have paid anything to get my water back. (no showers no flushing a total nightmare) Well he told me that was a switch and would be a simple low cost repair. My heart started beating again. Long story short Ken fixed it quickly and at a good price. Fair Trade is now in my contact list..THANKS GUYS
ps. I noticed the flag in the other review IT WAS THE GEORGIA STATE FLAG!! Not even the old one but the newer one. Grow up poster

The plumber arrived late but he did call to let me know he was running slightly behind. He looked at the toilet that was constantly running water and stated that he couldn't fix the existing ball thingy that shuts off the water flow when the tank fills. He needed to replace the guts inside the tank and he didn't have one to fit my stool and had to run to Home Depot and get it. He did get it and fixed the problem and we haven't had any more trouble with it so he fixed it right apparently. Good service for value! Would use again.

I recently called this company to check a leak, they sent someone inexperienced that tried to get me to spend $1500 on things that had nothing to do with the actual problem and most importantly would not fix the leak I asked for. He couldn't find what was causing the problem and made up other things to try to fix . He was very unprofessional on the phone and clearly did not know what he was talking about. I immediately got another plumber who fixed the problem immediately for $200. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will send inexperienced people to your home that will try to scam you and I can't imagine what their work looks like. I have never posted on yelp before but this company is the biggest joke and I feel the need to warn people.
