Dan has been great. He's very straightforward. He has been very accessible and has always taken the time to answer all my questions. We got a new system installed, and I got a good product at a reasonable price. He laid out all of my options and I never felt like I was getting upsold. This was a great experience.  Would highly recommend.

John came out due to a leak in the ceiling of my basement bathroom on a Sunday on Memorial Day weekend with only an hours notice! I bought this rental property less than two years prior. When he arrived he tightened one pipe joint which seemed to work temporarily. He showed me an old,  poorly executed patch job that had been done previously. He said he would send me an estimate to repair it on Tuesday and did not charge me at all for the visit! Such an honorable plumber - rare these days!

We used our home warranty to try and fix a drainage problem. One toilet would back up every 3-4 flushes. Home warranty would not do anything since there was not a leak. They sent 2 plumbers and no fix.

Arrowhead Plumbing came in. Checked all drainage lines just to find out that the problem was A. Old iron pipes, B.  Re plumbing from a previous remodel was not plum and where a toilet was years ago had not been capped off properly. In 5 hours, they came in and cut out the remaining iron pipes and re piped all the drain lines from both bathrooms. They were careful and left the area cleaner than it was. Arrowhead Plumbers will be the only plumber we will use going forward.

Demetrious & his guys are great plumbers. They really know what they are doing & their pricing is more than fair. I called them for service, & they were in front of my house in less than two hours.

Very disappointing experience with Atlanta Star Plumbing.   In short,  a new garbage disposal and EXACTLY 75 minutes of plumbing work ended up costing me $902.   Their price model is fixed price by the job, they refer to a book and the book spits out a price based on worst possible scenarios.    $558 for a new 1/2 HP Badger disposal and $325 to reconfigure the plumbing (which was really just shortening two or three pipes) and a $69 Service Charge.   There weren't even any additional parts required, just shortened a few pipes.  I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a plumber,  this was a $500 job tops.

Absolutely terrible work and incompetent owner, can't control or tell employees how to act. I can't recommend enough that you stay far far away from this fraud of a business. Terrible work, terrible professionalism,  awful pricing, and even worse time frame estimates.  DO BUSINESS WITH THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY
