ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER
David Joseph, licensed master plumber, has been installing and working on plumbing for over 20 years. He learned the trade as an apprentice in the union and received exceptional teaching and plenty of hands on exerience during this time. He went on to found HIS Plumber, a Christian based plumbing company in Newnan Ga, in 1997 and has been serving the needs of his customer's ever since.

Took off of work for appointment. No one showed. Called and was told they had tried to call me but voicemail was not set up. NOT TRUE ... voicemail is set up and not full of messages and no missed calls!!! Not reliable.
Our Hot water heater was needing to be upgraded so I called David of His Plumber. Knowing it was going to be a tight fit, I called and conveyed the space issue with Hannah in the office. She had David call me directly. I sent him photos, we discussed the time involved, and he sent me an accurate quote. Caleb came out just a couple days later and installed the new hot water heater. He also went above and beyond by updating the supports with new two by fours to ensure everything was perfectly level and supported. Quality and customer service have always been top notch. When you find a plumber in the area who does excellent work at a reasonable price with people who are trustworthy; it's a great assurance and such a great peace of mind to know that you have this service you can depend on.
I truly recommend their service and such down to earth people. I have nothing negative to say about them... they are very helpful and informative.
We had a bathroom pipe break on a Friday afternoon and HIS Plumber was able to fix the problem and get our water back on in just a couple hours once called. Excellent professional service.
We had a blocked sewer main - suspected roots? Caleb came out the same day, took special care with my home, and had great customer service while sharing his expertise - and he had things working within a couple of hours. Caleb and HIS Plumber were great!
Fantastic and trustworthy.. had a sewage line leak, came out the same day. Although they were unable to clear the clog (more on that later) they advised us to contact the city as it might be their responsibility.
Turns out, they were correct. The sewage line had actually collapsed and the city has agreed to replace the pipe. They saved us a few thousand dollars by being honest and trustworthy. I will definitely use them again is for all of our plumbing needs.

His plumber is the only plumber I use and highly recommend. They are locally owned and have been in business many years. That tells you something. I've watched this business grow from a one man operation to a whole team of folks.
The plumber that came recently was very prompt, neat, and cleaned up after his repair. You couldn't even tell he was there. I will always use His Plumber.
Most recently had these guys replace our water heater w/tankless. We've found this is def. the best contractor to use for newer technology & making the venting & appearance of the system look top notch, besides. Esp. happy w/how they improved shutoffs & other finishing details. Office consistently good to work with, too. (have lived here 30+ yrs, so we have strong grounds for comparison)

My husband & I recently had His Plumber come to our home to do work on our Hot water heater and replace the water line in the front yard of our home. They were very professional, dependable, hard working & a pleasure to work with! We would highly recommend them to anyone in need of this type of service at their home or business. We will always call them in future if we are in need of this type of work at our home!

While I was away from the house on Sunday 11/20/16, one of my neighbors saw water running over the sidewalk and into the street, near where my water meter is located. The utility was summoned and found and marked where a small leak was occurring on the main supply line to my house, just about 2 feet from the meter. They turned off the water and left me a notice and marked the leak with a little flag.
I chose this plumber owing to the fact that they were local and that the one existing reviewer on Yelp gave them high praise.
I was not disappointed.
I left a message on Sunday and spoke to someone named Adam on Monday. Adam apologetically informed me that, because of prior commitments, the soonest they could dispatch a plumber would be Tuesday between 11 AM and 2 PM.
When the plumber (David) arrived on time on Tuesday he set to work immediately. I stepped away for a few moments to assist a neighbor whose house alarm was going off.
When I came back, David had dug out around the leaking pipe and explained to me why it was leaking. It was mainly because of a the kind of cement used on the PVC tubing combined with the fact that the original plumber built a series of bends around a piece of wooden stake left in the ground instead of removing the debris and building more of a straight run. Over the years, because of settling and shifting the pipe was pressed against the stake and caused two of the pipe joints to work free and leak.
David replaced the whole rube goldberg section of pipe fittings and short lengths with one continuous piece of flexible tubing and also replaced the piece that couples the brass pipe from the meter to the PVC that runs to the house.
It took him just about an hour, including backfilling the hole and replacing the divots of sod.
I am pleased with the level of service provided by this company. I believe that their rate was reasonable and fair and the plumber was very personable and professional.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this business.

I bought an ice machine for $420 off Amazon that I needed installed. I called HIS plumbing to install this ice machine and they ended up charging me $539 for the installation. The ice machine itself cost me $429. This transaction was totally upside down, I resent companies portraying themselves as Christian and then doing this.

Had a major leak in my yard, Caleb and his partner (didn't catch his name) showed on time, diagnosed the problem right away and were nothing but helpful and courteous from then on. Good to know this business is around to reach out to.
So nice when you call a business that they promptly schedule and resolve your issues. I have used HIS plumbing twice and have been completely satisfied with their services. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

SUPER helpful. Just called to get a quote as we need our entire system replaced in our new house and David was prompt in calling back, informative, and upfront about pricing. As a fellow business owner I was very impressed and we will be using them for our plumbing needs going forward.
