I've used Paul at ASAP plumbing twice. He was prompt and honest. The first time he worked with me to figure out the cheapest, easiest solution instead of charging me just to charge me. I called him back to work with him again and he was communicative about not being to make it the day he said he would and did not charge me for an extra part to make up for it. Friendly and fair.

Paul is awesome.   He solved my drain problem on a Saturday.   Very knowledgeable.  Prompt and courteous. He has a written price book and he explains each charge before he does the work. I would recommend him.

We had an issue which needed to be resolved in a timely manner. We reached out to several places expecting a delay due to it being the weekend but they were the first to reply. We had various questions before we made a formal appointment and they addressed all of our questions. The serviceman was very polite, precise, and provided solutions in a very rapid manner. Overall a great job and we will be using them in the future.

New Years Day, 2020...... walk out to my garage to head to get some coffee... I see water on the ground and hear what sounds like a rainstorm in my garage.  Water heater spewing water all over the place.  Call ASAP Plumbing who I got off of Yelp, without even reading 1 review.  Paul answered listened to my problem, and asked to send a picture.  He sent a picture back to show me which valve to use to turn off the water to house.  He called back immediately, told me he can come out later this afternoon.  He also gave me instructions to stop the water from leaking all over my garage.  He came, explained what I needed, and commence to putting in a new water heater a SUPER price, all on New Years Day!  I would recommend this plumber to anyone and everyone!!  SERVICE and EXPERTISE is world class!!  Won't be using anyone else ever again as long as i'm in the area.

I will never use another plumber again. I had a toilet overflow and wasn't sure if it was a main line clog or a septic issue. I called Paul on a Monday morning. He listened to my problem and suggested I open the cleanout pipe outside to relieve the pressure. He offered to come to my house at 8pm that day to take a look. Needing someone sooner, I had another plumber come out that afternoon. I was not impressed with their customer service and did not have them work on the problem. I called Paul again the following morning and he said he could be there by 6pm. He called at 5 asking if it was okay if he showed up 30 mins early. He arrived promptly at 5:30 and greeted me with a smile. We discussed the problem and he showed me prices on a price sheet. He gave me a verbal estimate, then realized the price for the service on his price sheet was higher than what he said, but he honored his first number. What an honest guy. He went through options with me and fixed the problem promptly. He spent time making sure the problem was actually fixed and gave me great maintenance and prevention advice. He referred me to a septic company for septic maintenance. He tested my water pressure and even checked out my water heater for me on his way out.

It's awesome when someone is great at their service but exceptional to be around. Paul was just a solid, genuine dude and fun to hang out with. Paul, you've got a customer for life!

Very happy with Paul's work.  He responded quickly, was efficient, and communicative.  He fixed our filter, taught my husband to do it next time, caught a mistake the last plumber made, and also fixed a toilet.  We'd hire Paul again without question.

Paul at ASAP Plumming and Drain was a life saver. I used him for an emergency that involved a clogged drain . I called on a Saturday morning. I called this guy at 11:30pm because there was a leak in my toilet that got all over the bathroom. He picked up that late at night and was at my house by 7:45am the next morning. Talk about efficient! Within about he had everything fixed. Would definitely recommend!

Paul was outstanding!  Nasty water leak from upstairs master bath to downstairs ceiling that was sudden. He was so flexible and was at our home within an hour - from an evening call!  I was not expecting that. They live up to their name - ASAP!
Paul immediately diagnosed the issue before removing the toilet and he was right!  He was thorough, explained things along the way, friendly and finished with great quality.  We were so grateful for his help!

Paul is a true professional.  He quoted us a very reseasonable price for work to be completed on our master bath faucet and also for purchasing and installing a garbage disposal.  When the master bath repair didn't go as easily as planned (he spent about 2 hours on a what should have been a 30 minute repair),  he worked very hard to make it work so it would be cost effective for us.  When he was finished with the work, he was going to stick to the original quoted price.  Since he spent so much extra time on the bath faucet repair, we paid him for an extra hour just because he worked very hard on it, and was not going to charge us an additional charge for the additional time.  I would not hesitate to recommend ASAP Plumbing and Drain to everyone.  My dad is a retired plumber, and he couldn't believe that Paul would not try to charge us for the extra time.  He told me that we found an honest and hard-working plumber!

On Saturday I noticed a significant water leak in my front yard.  I called my normal plumbing company but they could not send anyone out until the following week.  With water now shut off to the house I needed water restored as quickly as possible. I called ASAP Plumbing and Paul answered listen to my problem and said he would be at my house within 2 hours.  Upon his arrival he quickly identified the problem, a tree root had created the leak in the main water line.  Within a relatively short time he had water restored to the home. Paul was extremely responsive, performed a profession repair and charged a very reasonable price especially considering it was a week end.  I highly recommend ASAP Pluming to anyone needing a highly qualified Master Plumber.  Thank you Paul!
