I Called Fraizer plumbing to come to my house due to a leak in my yard from a pipe near my water meter.  I telephoned on a Thursday and left a message.  On Friday, I got a call saying all of the plumbers were out and that I would get a call from one of them to schedule an appointment in a couple of hours.  On the following Tuesday I called back and said I still did not get a call...I got the same response.  I never received a call. Not pleased with the company or customer service for that matter.

Called them around 1:00 pm. Plumber was here in 2 hours. Fixed the water valve to the refrigerator in about an hour. If I could give 6 stars I would. Well done Aaron's!

Narciso was very responsive and scheduled the work for the next day. Got my toilet replaced. Work was done neatly. Would love to work with him again in the future.

I found this guy, James, on facebook, desperately needing a pressure test to get a gas meter at a rental property I own. He had no company name and I googled his phone number now  to find it.

He was going to do the test the following morning and come by that evening to get an advance. I told him that I'd want to see a license or something, since I didn't know anything beyond his first name. He agreed.

I waited for him and cancelled some plans, but by 6.30 he hadn't shown and I called and he said that he'd have to come by at 8am in the morning. I agreed to be there.

At 8.05 I called to get confirmation that he was still coming and he said that he had sent me a text. I had checked right before I called and he had not. I asked him what the text said and he told me to just read it and hung up.

There was no text and this completely unprofessional behavior is a huge red flag and I would not consider working with him in any capacity.

They've done three jobs for us the past few months and they all went smoothly.  Quick response time and the quote is provided up front when scheduling so there are no surprises. Their plumbers get the job done and leave no mess behind. Reasonable price for high quality work. I trust them to do the job start to finish without problems. Would highly reccomend!

Plumbing Express installed my new  kitchen faucet. I complained about reduced water pressure. I was told nothing could be done because of smaller intake lines mandated  by the government. I hared another plumber and he took the lines off and found several rubber and plastic restrictions inside. He removed the restrictive devices and the result was much better water pressure.

Beware!  Watch Out!  A plumber from this company gave me an estimate of $850.00 to install 2 bathroom sink faucets.  This estimate did not include the faucet fixtures since I had already purchased them.  It would have been a very easy installation with no complicating factors.  Of course I questioned him about the quote, but he said it was correct.  I was absolutely shocked.  I felt I was being taken advantage of since I am an older person.  Thank goodness I did not fall for this astronomical, absurd estimate.  One reason I contacted this company for an estimate was because I had heard good things about it.  Sadly, this was not my experience.  I found another plumber who will install the 2 faucet sets for a total of $150.00 which I consider to be a fair price.  This is a difference of $700.00 to do the work.

$89 for them to come? My time is valuable too and if a company can't swallow a few bucks for gas for the investment in maybe replumbing my entire home for thousands of dollars from copper to PEX then they aren't very smart. Dumb people probably won't do a good job.

Businesses these days do NOT care about customer service or client retention. I use T & G Plumbing based off of a recommendation.  The job consisted of unclogging one toilet, checking the slow flush/drain of another toilet, and fixing a shower head drip. Worker had to turn off my water, which when it was turned back on caused several of my faucets, including in my tub water to flow out with a stutter.  This issue finally resolved in my faucets, but not my tub.  When I called the owner and explained my problem he just said that it wasn't his problem, it was mine...and that his worker did not cause this.  He refused to send someone out to look at the problem. Original job cost me $225...very expensive, but not worth the customer service. I would not recommended using this business!!!!
