Customer service: I believe that I was talking to Reggie, but I wasn't sure if it was a secretary or something. They respond really quickly, so that was comforting. I requested a quote, and they gave a quote on the lower end and higher end. The appointment was confirmed with a 12-2 range. That was fair. However, I ended up receiving a more specified time of 1pm later. That's the time I made sure to be home for the appointment.
I received a text at around 10am asking if they could come earlier, but I responded saying I wasn't there. I raced in traffic to get home at 1pm for the appointment, and after 15 minutes after the confirmed time, I texted them asking if they were still coming. They told me that they went to another client since they couldn't come to me earlier and that they'd be there closer to 2. Very unprofessional. If you provide a range, and then send an actual time, don't try to rely on the range later because it's more convenient for you. If you do, at least inform the customer. Had I not had anything else to do, I wouldn't have cared, but I fit this appointment into my work schedule, so I was pretty perturbed. Since they were already late without notice, I couldn't trust that they'd make it at 2pm. I ended up telling them not to come and made an appointment with another company that has amazing reviews.
Would I recommend? No. But I do recommend Plumbing Express. They're very reliable!
Will I use them again? No.
