From the receptionist to the responding plumber I was pleased! Everyone was kind and thoughtful and listened and worked to fix the issue till it was 100% resolved! I 100% recommend this business for plumbing issues.

My wife and I had my Grandson from Thanksgiving though MLK day.  While potty training one holiday weekend, my grandson flushed his diaper in the toilet.  Needless to say, not a good thing for the plumbing.  I called Inman and within 30 minutes was on my roof with the snake.  I really thought my holiday weekend was shot.  Fantastic customer service and results.

On 5/12/2018 i called lightning plumbling because my kitchen faucet was leaking.  A technician called me to inquire about my leak. He inquired about the type of faucet I had. When I told him I had a pull out faucet, he asked a few more questions about the leak. Within our conversation he made a suggestion that may solve my problem. He suggested that i try to tighten the plull out cord to see if that would stop the leak. Later I discovered that there was a defective part that the manufacturer was responsible for replacing.  The purpose for this review is to let others know that Lightning Plumbing Services have an A+ Rating because they could have just come out and charged for a service. They made suggestions without charging me. It appears they will try to help you before they charge you.

As new home owners there doesn't seem to an end of projects to tackle!  When our toilet broke the day before our washer flooded the laundry room we knew we were in over our heads.  Dell and Scott were able to come out the very next day and help get everything back to ship shape.  They were professional and personable, while giving me a whirlwind education in our new houses plumbing needs.

Very honest company.  I called about a water backing up in my condo.  They could have easily come out and charged me for their services and i would not have been the wiser ; they told me from what I was telling them they my association would be responsible.  I then called my association and they sent a plumber out and I was not charged.  Hard to find honest companies like this.  I highly recommend.  They normally charge $90 for first hour and can resolve most issues in under one hour.

I could really say that they are so much nicer in here than in other stores. They also know their stuff and every question will be answered.

These guys really saved me from a lot of water damage. Old pipe broke in the ceiling and they fixed it. my son stepped on it. Minimal damage they were great.

They were an time and fixed the problem.  Did exactly what we hired them to do.  We had a stopped up toilet on Sunday evening.  Requested service and scheduled on Sunday.  They were there 1st thing Monday morning.

I called at 9:30AM and they were at my door by 1:30pm - for non-critical part replacements.
Both Steve and Bill were very professional and took care of the job timely and efficiently.

Good call on my part, sticking with a name I trust.

The problem with Ray Duncan is that they charge $59 for coming out . That's not so bad because they apply the fee to the price of the job...if you take the job. That's OK but they charge a job fee rather than an hourly fee. For a dope like me that has no idea of how long a job should take, well, I think I got hosed. $100 to fix a particular faucet--took him about 10 minutes...this after the plumber told me how much work it would be, and showed me in his book that the job should be $176...but he only charged $100. An inside job took him about 30 minutes--charged $202.

Tried to sell me a new kitchen faucet for only $500. And pushed until I was firm that I didn't have the money.

The work was just fine. But these guys are more skilled at separating you from your money than the  best Las Vegas casino.

We could not have been more disappointed. The one thing they got right is that they showed up. They installed a new water heater. The cost was over $4,000 and worse, it did not work. They said that the unit (a brand name I never hear of) was wired wrong at the factory and they eventually returned to rewire after they called an electrician. When I asked for some price relief, they said go to the manufacturer. I said you just installed it. Why would I go to the manufacturer? It does not work--means no hot water.
The men who came out came out were prompt but it was a very aggravating  experience. My advice, do not listen their commercials on television. Call a service who stands by their product. A waste of money and time.

I was told they would give a free estimate to check out my water heater, and then the fee would be $109 plus parts.  Instead, they charged $125 for a service call, hit a thermostat reset and did not check the heater.  One day later, no hot water.  I called to ask about the quote discrepancy- they said they would come out again.  I asked if there would be another charge and why the difference between 109 and 125.   They basically said the additional charge would be parts, no answer on the 109 vs 125 discrepancy, or that they would give me our $125 check back.  I opted for getting the check back as this does not appear to be a trustworthy company, and I plan to report back to the appliance repair place that recommended them to me.
