I went through Home Depot to get my flooring and during the project they needed to seal my concrete slab because of some moisture. They did a horrible job then tried to say it was my fault because there is a leak in my pipes which I didn't believe. I knew they just did a bad job.
Dave the Leak Guy came by and did a thorough job testing my pipe system and discovered I had zero leak issues. This guy was knowledgeable and experienced as well as friendly and respectful. He knew his stuff and it sure showed. If you have any leak concerns call this company and get Dave the Leak Guy out there to figure it out. You won't be disappointed.

Andy and his guys are just wonderful!!  I bought an older Mobile Home as a Winter Getaway.  Little did I know all of the plumbing issues I would have. Andy jack-hammered the concrete, replaced a clogged clean-out from 50 years ago, installed new plumbing and re-concreted the area.  After that he replaced some flooring as he installed new toilets.  We had a new kitchen installed and he will be back today to hook up the kitchen plumbing.

Excellent customer service. Worked with me to get the brand that I wanted. Were able to fit me in same week, other we're giving me weeks out to just come and give me an estimate first.

I am a renter, and my landlord has some rules I have to follow.  My bathroom sink started to leak, and according to the lease, I needed someone to come and identify the problem and repair it.   I went to Yelp to find who was recommended and put out a request for a quote.  The company I expected to provide a quote never got back to me - but Prendi Plumbing was quick with a quote, I provided photos, and they updated the quote.  They managed to come into my house and make the repair while I was at work - and managed to fix everything so that it was better than when I first signed my lease a year ago.

I would gladly recommend Prendi Plumbing and would hire them again if I needed more plumbing repairs around the house.

Well, what more can I say than 'five star service'? I called Tim at 9:00 am with an emergency request at one of my rental properties. Broken bathtub faucet handle and tenant unable to shut off the water. Within minutes he had one of his plumbers, Mark, scheduled to drive out. Mark coordinated via text and cell with both me and my tenant, arrived on-site at 11:00 AM-ish. Ten minutes later, the problem is fixed. Everyone's happy.

I recently called another plumbing company to come out for a problem with refill valve in bathroom.  I was told that they would be out on Tuesday (03/06/2018) between the hours of 12pm--3pm.  When no one showed up after 3pm I called and asked if they were still coming.  I was told they got hung up on another job and wouldn't be able to come out as promised.  We made another appointment for Wednesday (03/07/2018) between the hours of 8am--12pm.  Again, no one showed up and we didn't get a phone call that no one was coming.  This morning Thursday (03/08/2018) I put in a quote for Bay area plumbing.  Someone called back around 10:30am and said that someone would be here between the hours of 12pm and 2pm.  At 12:20 two young men from Bay area plumbing showed up introduced themselves and went to work.  It took all of about 15 minutes to fix the problem and they were out the door.  The price was very reasonable and done in a professional manner.  They cleaned up behind themselves and left.  This is the type of service I look forward too.  I definitely recommend Bay Area Plumbing because of their promptness, neatness, price and courteous plumbers.  I will never waste my time again with other Plumbing companies.

Exceptional plumbing services!  Thomas and James replaced my very old sewer lines and even corrected the configuration to the way it should have been done in the first place.  This was a big project, and they worked diligently until the job was done.  Very professional, honest, fairly priced, and very knowledgeable.  I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Clayton and Michael from Bella plumbing built a new sewer for my residence a day before the threatening hurricane Ian  .  They promised me they would finish it in a-day and they delivered. Their work ethics are superb as well as their workmanship.   Problems with fencing?  They come up with a plan & solution on how to get onto your property and get the work done. They are fair to the client and they're fair to themselves . Will not gouge you like other companies.   I highly recommend them. I asked them if they were sure about the price,  I wanted to pay them more!

I did it again.  Too much food down the garbage disposal.  Ended up blocking the main drain at the washing machine.  Cody Wallace is a nice guy with fair pricing. He jumped on the roof and handled the problem in just minutes.  Very comfortable having him in the house and I've found my new plumber.

Will helped us arrange an appointment in our beach condo and Christian took care of us in a timely and efficient AND he cleaned up the mess.  Another company plumber told us it would take 3 or 4 hours and he would have to break our several tiles.   Christian took maybe two hours and removed only 2 tiles.  Given this condo was built in the 1950s, we were expecting huge problems but in fact, Denny's took care of it in a most professional way.  If you have any problems, give them a call.

Terrible. Let's start from the beginning, they sent a plumber to clear my kitchen drain and after two hours they were unable to do so. The plumber said the pipe was broken at the 90° elbow and therefore cannot help me, but charged me $229. The next day the company called and said they wanted to double check so they sent another guy out. This guy came to the conclusion the pipe was definitely broke (after about 10 minutes of work). He said he could tell right away because the auger bit came up shiny which indicates there is sand in the pipe. I remembered the guy the previous day telling me almost right away his bit was coming up shiny. At the time I didn't say anything, I just let him continue to work, because I didn't know anything about plumbing. Nonetheless he continued to work for two hours and now knowing what the second guy told me the first guy should've realized the pipe was broken very shortly after starting and not continue to work for two hours. They charged me $229. After several phone calls to the business and secretaries telling me the boss would return my phone call I have yet to hear from them.

They made the issue worse. Was charged for three hours of work for a 30 minute job which resulted in the plumbing leaking. Then ignored me for a day while my plumbing was continuing to leak. I had to go elsewhere to fix their incompetence. They also cracked my tile flooring during the job.

I wouldn't recommend them, they charge $69 just to come out and give an estimate, when everyone else will do it for free. I never understand why companies still do this...if you want our business just earn it.  

They're pricing and service problems I've seen on reviews is pretty much what I would expect from a company that charges a service fee just to come give you an estimate.  They try and take advantage of the fact that you have $70 invested no matter what you decide.

I rarely post reviews, but these guys were incredible. we had two different plumbers over 6 months try to fix our issue. in 5 minutes these guys fixed our issue and explained everything. the whole experience was unbelievable; from the scheduling, to the service, communication, RESULTS. Highly recommend them for any plumbing need.

Three years ago I had a water heater installed for the total cost of approximately $1300 by Dunedin Plumbing.  I just discovered it's leaking and had them out today - and although the water heater itself is covered by warranty, they want to charge me another $600 plus to replace it!! What a rip off! No discount given that they were the ones who installed it only 3 years ago.

In addition to that idiots who installed it 3 years try to put in a drip pan that was twice the size that should've been and they had it folded going up the sides of the walls which would've contained no water whatsoever. I had to send them back to get the correct size drip pan and they probably crack the water heater along the way! So unhappy with this company - buyer beware!
