Talk with Rich he said he could be at my house at 9:15. He call at 9:20 and said he would arrive in 30 minutes. waited waited waited I called him at 10:45 he stated he was on a emergency job....well my house all drains blocked.....they arrive at 12:15...helpers hands were black with grime,,,,,complete bs
Update...the management contacted me and sent me a check for my time lost.....

Got a yelp quote and he was the first to reply and I went with them, we agreed on a time for the next day and they arrived early which is unheard of this day and age. They were very professional and polite, when done they cleaned up and the price was reasonable and exactly what we agreed on the day before, no change, add on price, I Will recommend to my family and friends.

Quick and effective service of my shower after another plumber couldn't fix it. The technician was polite and came when he said he would come.

We called L.T. Plumbing on a Saturday as our water old water heater was flooding the garage & their voicemail gave us a technicians' number. Tony the pleasant technician came to our home straight away. He assessed the problem immediately! There was water everywhere so he attached a hose to the old water heater & turned off some nozzles. Then Larry, the knowledgeable owner came to have a look in Monday. It was decidd they would come Tuesday to install a new one. He gave my husband a estimated quote & in the end we saved 200 dollars. Laura & Dawn, the administrative personnel were super helpful. Nathan, the gentleman who brought the new tank was careful & professional. Finally, we cannot thank Dakota, the fellow who installed the new tank, enough. He removed many old fixtures, which had been jury-rigged over the years. Everything was neat as a pin & he explained various temperatures that we could use. Thanks so much everyone at T.T. Plumbing. You all are a top notch company. Keep up the great work that you do.

Stay away. This place will overcharge you for work not done and threaten to sue you for any undeserving unpaid fees. Save yourself from this unscrupulous business.

Called this guy up at 830am, he answered sounding barely awake and then unfortunately the line dropped.  When I called him back he was rude and hung up on me.  Called Billy the Sunshine Plumber and they answered much more professionally and made an appointment for the afternoon.

Horrible pricing $500 to clean a drain.  WILL NEVER USE AGAIN
Tech did a good job although we had to ask to put the mask back on!

The technicians are great but the office staff is horrible! It's like an episode of mean girls. They sound like snotty 20 year olds. Huge bummer having to deal with them and good luck reaching a manager. They refused to let me speak to one. I will never call back.

They knew what to do and were efficient! They came in a timely manner and fixed the problem.

Rob was great, he installed my New Ring door bell quickly & it's working great!
He also fixed a curtain rod bracket into my sheet rock which I couldn't seem to do, this made me so happy! Thanks Rob!
I will be calling Rob again!

No show for a job quoted and set up in advance -  called at last minute on day of service that was scheduled and cancelled.

Joel set up an appointment for 3:30 Tues, Aug 8...didn't show...didn't call...didn't reply to my texts or calls for 2 days...so I thought this might have been some kind of a lame joke...COLON PLUMBING...please help me out
