In the spring of 2017 I had Bill Jackson rip out an old water softener and put in a new one and do some re-piping. Mr. Jackson came with two helpers and explained everything upfront and provided me a quote over the phone. His work was efficient quick and very customer focused. I would highly recommend using him. I also used him to do some of the things in a very large home remodel involving the plumbing of the kitchen sink and installation of water faucets in my home. He also replaced some exterior spigots at my house. Again he does everything you would expect from a plumber plus he has good customer service which is hard to find.

I am a realtor and have used Sewer Squad at least 4 times for sewer inspections. They were on on time and dependable.  The tech made sure not to make a mess.  I highly recommend their services!

We didn't pay much attention to our water until we had our bathrooms remodeled. After the remodel, we started seeing hard water stains on our new fixtures and counter tops. We called AC plumbing and they were knowledgeable, professional, and patient with all of our questions. They helped us choose the right softener for our situation. The installation was quick and looks great. Our soft water has made cleaning much easier and even our skin and hair feels better. I can't believe we waited so long to get a softener. I will be sure to put one in any house I live in and would call AC plumbing to install it.

After getting three separate quotes to replace my aging water heater, two of which were grossly overpriced, (I have Google, I know how much the water heater cost) the third would not return phone calls after giving the quote. Very frustrating! A friend in Saint Petersburg recommended contacting Mid county plumbing. Even though I live in Sarasota County, the guys came out, gave me a fair price, and I had my water heater replaced within two days. This is after waiting for over a month for the others from Sarasota. Not only were they prompt and professional, they saved me a considerable considerable amount of money even considering traveling south of the skyway bridge. Highly recommended!

Absolutely worst contractor experience ever in 30 years of hiring contractors.  Came out to look at the job to provide a quote.  I had to call them multiple times to get the quote.  Should had taken that as my sign to hire someone else.  Received the quote and scheduled the job with them.  They never called the day before or the morning of the scheduled date.  They did not show up during the scheduled time.  I reached out and they said they were delayed on another job but would arrive around noon.  Noon came and went with no call or show.  Called them again and they rescheduled for the following morning.  Showed up late and said they needed to get supplies and do a small job and would be back in an hour.  No show again.  Called and they said job was bigger than expected, would need to re-quote and would send most experienced person to relook at our job.  Scheduled meeting.  Again, late.  To our surprise same guy who quoted it the first time came to look at the job.  Said he would send someone with a camera to get another look at it.  No one came, called again.  Now scheduled for the next morning.  Said they would stay all day and get the job done.  Next morning they actually showed up in time, but needed to leave to get the camera.  Returned and told us their boss has DOUBLED the price.  Our hands are tied because we have another company coming tomorrow to do work that we need this job completed before they can do their job.  They were aware of our bind and capitalized on it.  They did not even have the courtesy to contact us directly to discuss pricing.  They put the men on the job in that position knowing full well we were stuck.  I Recommend you look elsewhere for a plumber.  Will be reporting them to the BBB after this job is completed.  Gave one star because would not post review with a star.  They deserve NO Star.

Jeff did a massive connection of my house to the LPSS in our area. Excellent work, neatly done. Met all codes and completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

With a complex bath renovation project on my hands, I called Cass Plumbing to solve the many issues. Brian was assigned to head the project. His friendly and informative nature coupled with his superb skills and knowledge pulled off a makeover I doubted was possible. Brian ad all others participating arrived early, worked tirelessly and coordinate the many aspects informing me of their progress at every phase. Ultimately my drab small second bath was converted to a shimmering jewel box. They delivered the WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE as promised. This project was a whole home water reroute due to a slab leak. Adam's name/number were given to me by the plumber who diagnosed the leak location but did not have time on the schedule to do the reroute. It seems that even before Adam returned my call, he coordinated his team to stand by for an almost immediate repair. They came the next day and with 4, the complete reroute was accomplished by the end of the day. The cost came in at less than 2 other quotes, the service and professionalism impeccable. The workers he had were willing and motivated to do the work right, in constant communication during various times in the project. I can not say enough good things to express how much I recommend Guardian Plumbing.

I was very skeptical of using a chain on something like this! My pool was loosing 2 of water a day.
Troy was great to work with. He communicated extremely well from while in transit until the final wrap up. They off a 60 day warranty on there repairs.

This is the second time we have used Wimpy's because they did such a great job the first time on an unrelated plumbing issue. Always so professional and knowledgeable, taking time to explain every item.  We are impressed and they will continue to earn our business!

Extremely overpriced. $90 service fee and it doesn't apply to the cost of the repair. All plumbers know you're calling them because you're in a bind so you expect to pay a premium, but these guys are beyond that. The work was completed on time and correctly, but you'll have to be willing to spend SIGNIFICANTLY more than you would for other plumbers. The service I had done was basic and shouldn't have cost what it did. A couple additional small things I wanted done we're also ridiculously overpriced - beyond the normal cost you pay for the convenience and not doing it yourself. I went off a friend's recommendation, but wish I hadn't. Take time to shop around - I should have.

They responded quick, we're professional and friendly, with a very reasonable price. I had a leak behind my refrigerator and they came in and got us fixed up. They also provided us with some recommendations on our configuration to limit future leaks and they went ahead and did that for us too. I also had a bad water spicket on the outside of the house and they quickly took care of that as well. They also helped us with a water shut off valve issue that had been plaguing us for some time. Wish I would of called them sooner and I'll certainly call them again in the future. Friendly gents who were in and out. Couldn't of asked for a better experience.
