Came home from vacation to a broken water pipe.  Calello arrived, on time, located and repaired broken pipe quickly and efficiently. Also repaired toilet that was flooding my bathroom. Pricing was reasonable,  Plumber was clean and personable, knowledgeable and thorough.  I can't say enough good things about this company.

I used Leto Plumbing for the first time today. I called first thing this morning and received a quick callback. I had a toilet that was leaking from the base and I could not repair it myself. Steve came out and fixed the problem and showed me that the toilet had originally not been installed correctly in the first place. He was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Best plumber EVER. My sink has been clogged for weeks and every plumbing company I called told me it would be $150-$200 just for them to come out to my house. I was referred to Alafia Plumbing by a friend of mine who said his prices were fair and he was honest. I gave him a call (Friday) and he said he could come out the next day (Saturday) and look at my sink. He told me it would be free for him to come out and he quoted me $75 if he needed to snake the drain(s). He came right on time, looked at everything, snaked the drain, and I paid $75 All together. He was very respectful of my home and did honest work. I will use this company in the future may I ever have another plumbing problem. I highly recommend!

I had Jay out to replace a bad wax seal on my toilet. He arrived promptly and came with a worker who handled the job while Jay chatted with me. They were done in 20 min and charged $235. Afterwards I had to clean up dirt shmeared on the wall behind the toilet and across from the toilet and some footprints that were tracked out of the bathroom.

I had erratic, low water pressure. The first tech identified the problem and ordered  a resin replacement for my water softener. It only took a couple of days for the product to arrive. Kielty called to schedule a clean out. The second tech verified the issue before completing the work to ensure I did not waste money due to a different problem. Alex was very thorough and informative. He gave me tips on other plumbing areas in my house and also fixed a leaky faucet while he was here.
As always, Kielty techs and management are thoughtful, professional, and understanding. I trust them completely. The prices are fair and the service can't be beat.

In all of my years on this planet dealing with contractor after contractor this is absolutely the worst contractor I've ever dealt with in all of my time.   Can I simplify or understate how horrible this contractor is?  They kicked my ceiling in and did not repair it.   On two separate instances they tried to burn down my house and my whole wall turn black.   Brand new installation has only worked at most two months at a time and I'm over a year in and out of warranty now.   Under no circumstances would I ever call this contractor they are the worst I've ever dealt with

Might be great plumbers.  I don't know and probably never will.  Impressions are based on first experiences.  Don't be fooled by the web site or the appearance that they have a showroom.  I stopped in there as I pass the place every day.  I wanted to have a water heater installed.  I walked in the door and I was in an empty building with three ladies sitting at ancient desks piled high with mounds of papers.  Not a plumbing fixture in sight but a large black dog licking my hand.  The lady that finally asked if she could help me gave me one price for one water heater.  My questions were greeted with, You should have called...we don't get many people in here.   Though she stated that they only sell Rheem products when I inquired about the Rheem Marathon plastic line she looked at me like I was from Mars and said:  There are no plastic water heaters. Water heaters are all the same.  Why would a business have a location that is open to the public where there is no expectation that customers will ever come through the door, and there is no one there to knowledgeably sell any products or services?  Beats me.  At least they are dog lovers.  Me too.  But I like mine, not theirs, and not in a place of business.  Guess I'll make a couple of calls and find someone that knows something about water heaters.

Just had Kevin and his crew redo all my plumbing in the laundry room and even replace some faucets outside.  I could not be any happier with their work.  They were extremely polite and clean.  The quality was top notch.  Highly recommend these guys!

He charged me almost $800 for a backed up sewer system. Tried different things like clearing the air vent, pouring chemicals into the air vent. He finally created a cleanout and snaked the area. Unfortunately, this lasted only a few months and then the problem occurred again.
He did not respond to my call and I had to hire another person to do what I had already paid  him to do.
MY problem was a root that broke the line. If he had a camera, which he should have used (and which I asked for), the cost would have been a lot less and fixed for a lot less. I would not recommend him.

I found Janes K Hafke on thumbtack. Quick to respond and a reasonable quote. I initially called for a snake on my kitchen sink. A technician showed up, seemed engaged and knowledgeable ready to fix the issue. Unfortunately the snake machine was broken so instead he did a local cleaning from under the sink to remove the blockage and said he'd return if I had issues. I paid $70 for a snake but received a local pipe cleaning which I could have done myself. I called back and asked for a complete service of the pipe/snake as that is what I paid for. I've had on going issues with my line and I wanted peace of mind. The technician returned only to advise that I didn't need it and to call back when it backed up. I should mention this is my rental and I live in CA, which they knew, so I was putting out family to meet them only to get nothing done. I called back a couple months later as my tenant mentioned water accumulation in the dishwasher. They came out on Saturday, which I appreciated. The technician calls me and I explained my history with them, and my on going issue and would appreciate if he could diagnose the problem as I wanted to know if it was the line to the dishwasher or a defect dishwasher that was 1.5 yrs old. My tenant said he walked in, walked out, called me, and then left. He explained that the pump in the dishwasher was broken and not pumping out water even though he literally didn't touch a thing. I get you don't work on appliances but you work on the lines to the appliances! The technician sounded young and stoned and quite frankly afraid to advise me on anything. He called his main office and was advised to tell me a lie basically to do he could leave. The appliance repair technician came out the next day.. it was a line that wasn't connected properly, something I believe a plumber could find if they actually did their job! I was truly hoping to find a good plumber in these guys, but they ended up being a huge disappointment.
