My Wife called this company and initially got a great response, the plumbers (in inverted commas) attended site and proceeded to ask about the water filter on the tap. They actually tried to sell us a piece of equipment that would not have resolved our issue. As they did nothing whilst here, they asked for $65 for the callout fee and then kindly offered a warranty for 30 days should the same issue occur. Well it did, My wife called Brian from Brians' Plumbing on a number of occasions, he requested I call him and he will talk me through it. I called and got nothing, then text, I got a text back stating he was hunting and the phone reception was horrible. He said that I should call his sidekick Ryan, yes I was to do the calls not him nor the company that had offered the warranty. Should companies wish to keep a decent reputation I would suggest living up to the promises made not ignoring a family with a very young child in need of running water. Oh FYI, the issue was fixed by my wife and a neighbour, shows what level of plumbers we were dealing with!!!
