We are Billy and Ginger Gouty. We started our business in 2003 and have enjoyed great associations with people like you all over the Seminole and Orange County area. We've raised our kids here. I have used Service One several timesal times in the past. Generally speaking they were responsive, repaired my AC and cost was as expected. I contacted them directly for a quote on repairing 2 toilets. Tech came and actively sought to build up the bill. Final quote was $750. I thought this was exhorbitant and declined. Paid them $49 trip charge.

Tech was rude when I declined.

Service One responded here to Yelp. Declined.

Went to Home Depot and purchased 2 Glacier Bay double flush elongated toilets on sale at $99 each!! Hired a handyman and paid $160 to install

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO FIX YOUR A/C SYSTEM. Technician came out for minor repair to end up making things worse. Decided to start fixing system without consulting me first with how much the repair would be. What company does this??? Now company not taking the blame for any of it's mistakes. Service manager has the worst customer service skills and makes one more upset at every step. Don't make this expensive mistake. Take your business elsewhere. Don't say I didn't tell you so!!!
