Dave showed up on time, clean, respectful and helped resolve our deep drain clog emergency that has been nagging for a while. Saved the day! Had the toilets back up into the showers and Dave came and fixed it right. He did exactly what he said he would when I spoke to him on the phone and stuck to his price, which was an excellent value for the skill and professionalism he brings to your home. He even spent extra time to make a couple of extra clean out passes to make sure it was 100% clear since it was so clogged. Dave has all the right equipment and a friendly attitude to boot. He will be my go to guy from here on out. You can tell that he takes a lot of pride in his work and wants to get the job done correctly the first time. Thanks for your help Dave.

Dave did a great job on our plumbing! He didn't charge any weekend fees and responded quickly. I would definitely recommend him over the other guys who charge $400 for the same thing. Will definitely call him again when in need. Thanks Dave!

My hose bib was leaking and what should have been an easy DIY project turned out to be much more as a result of a prior fix that involved Southern ingenuity. This guy came out same day with no BS and knocked out my repair quickly and professionally.

Amazing service, hard working man that will do whatever it takes to resolve the problem. I had an issue with my pipes and it was night time, he was the only one willing to come over at this time. Dave did such an amazing job in so little time, just like that my bathroom was up and running in less than 1 hour. I highly recommend this man because he's very professional and honest.

So I previously asked another plumber about an issue I had with two showers not giving hot water and only warm. He told me I would have to cut through the tile to get it fixed. Got a second opinion and proper plumbing fixed the problem without having to do that. The plumber was very professional gave me a great estimate and impressed by his work. Took his business card because it's hard finding reliable plumbers and he was really good.

Dave was referred to me from a friend because my kitchen sink wasn't draining. She had a really good experience and so I thought I would try him. I am so happy that I did! Dave came out in the evening to accommodate our schedules and then did the job with a smile. He didn't charge a ton like other plumbers had quoted. My sister just moved into a house and the toilets started flooding (along with the showers). Turns out we had a main line clog. It was Thanksgiving so we didn't even try to get anyone the day off, but Friday (day after) found this company on Yelp and shot them a call. Super honest and said they'd head over right after getting some lunch. Fixed our main line clog and a shower clog in just under two hours. It was a nasty clog. Highly recommend them!

Our toilet was backed up and started spewing filth into the shower (extremely gross, I know!). Then it started to occur in the second bathroom as well. I requested a quote from Dave late last night and he responded to me with a quote and said that he could come the next morning. I was so happy! When he arrived, he was professional and got the job done within an hour. He is affordable, quick, and nice, so I definitely recommend him!

We needed our bathroom faucet fixed,due to a broken valve, which led to the water running nonstop. As I have in the past, the turned to yelp to find someone fast, that could fix my problem. I was contacted by Dave that same day. Dave was very informative and friendly, He diagnosed the problem as much as he could over the phone, and we set up a time for home to come and see the faucet to get to the root of the problem. The faucet waa replace, and we couldn't be happier with the final results. Everything is running smoothly! We will definitely use Dave's Plumbing services for future project in the house. Dave was great to work with, patient, and explained each step of the repair, we are glad to have had a oppuntity to work with him!

Stoop up by another plumber David came out same day and as it was quite a bit of work he knocked it all out for me within a couple hours only because he had to get special pieces too! Clean, knows precisely what he is doing, and just appreciate an honest man with an HONEST BUSINESS keeping his word. I had a constant water leak in my property. I hire 2 plumbing companies and they couldn't find the leak and they still charged me huge amounts for the service but i was still getting leak warnings from the NMB water billing company.

Finally i found Dave from Proper Plumbing. He identifies the leak immediately and now the leak has been solved. I wish he was my first choice before the others. Strongly recommended.

Wow! Thank You Dave, for coming on a Sunday (and not overcharging)! Our very old water heater finally decided to die on Sunday morning so no hot shower (or bath) possible. Dave came at 1:00pm, we went to Home Depot and he got everything we needed (the new water heater)) It took hours and hours to drain out the old one and then clean underneath to install the new one. Dave didn't leave til 11pm and hot water was restored!!! (He only charged $250 and deserved the tip)

Fantastic! Same day service! I had my dishwasher drain line redirected from the bottom of my kitchen cabinets to now run along the top so it can't be seen.

Dave responded to my Yelp request and offered to come and work on a holiday weekend, Saturday night--he is dedicated to his work. He came out today and tried every possible angle to solve the deeper issue with our clogged pipes. We appreciate his willingness to not only work on our issue but to offer suggestions to make our plumbing better. Highly recommend him as a plumber for anyone in need of that service.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! I had water coming up from my bathroom sink and wasn't sure what the issue was. Dave took the time to speak to me on the phone and understand the situation which made me confident he was the best person to assist.

He came over same day and was able to snake my drain and answer all the questions I had.

I then asked him to assist with a second project installing a new toilet. He is very big on details and makes sure everything looks perfect!!

Overall he is quick to respond and very nice. I will be using his services again in the future for my showers!!!
