Our kitchen sink was leaking, and we got a recommendation for this plumber.  Robert came by that afternoon, and to my husband's relief he speaks good English so there was no communication difficulty.  Robert found that one of the joints in our faucet was loose, and with a few twists, fixed the problem.  He then told my husband that since it's just a small thing, he's not charging us!!  No minimum charge for a house call?  And did I mention that it was on Christmas eve???

I called Robert due to a leak under my kitchen sink and I'm not happy. The first time that he came to my home he told me that my faucet was the reason for the leak.  He also checked under my sink and suggested  a Moen faucet with sprayer.  To make a long story short I paid $145 to him for installation 237. 00 for the faucet which I bought.  I still have the leak and now he wants to charge me $95 because he says it might be the water filter.  Hmmmm.  I struggled to do this and very disappointed.  I paid for professionalism but I feel taken advantage of because I'm a woman.
