Worst service i have ever seen in my life. Run don't walk away from this company. They schedule appointments and never show up they charge your for a service. Tell you they have to get parts and never come back. There receptionist is horrible I not only give this company a 1 star i give them a negative 10 stars. This is the reason plumbers have a bad name

Horrendous Service!!!
This contractor was assigned to us through Cross Country Plumbing Protect, a service program home TECO offerred to us. Kintex didn't show at all on first appointment, said we didn't return their call, even though I confirmed with them that morning via text that someone would be home. On second try, the tech arrived and said he was trying to call us. I asked what number did he try and he confirmed my number. In front of him I pulled up all call activity and showed him he did not call us. He spent 2 minutes then looking at my service issue, blocked waste line in master bathroom, and reported that he couldn't handle this service call and that they would get back to us. It has now been 4 days and no contact. What kind of plumber doesn't have a snake or equipment to clear lines?? This service person ( Definitely not a experienced Technician) was more interested in getting off site and checking out messages on his phone that in fixing my service issues. Follow up calls with Kintex result in being put on hold for 20 minutes.
For the record, I am a service manager for a Commercial AC Company and I know something about giving great service, and Kintex doesn't have a clue as to what that is.

BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I would rate it a negative star if it was available. I received their number through my hole warranty company with a claim for an emergency. They said they had no technicians available. I called from my work number and they could send someone out right away. Completely unethical!! Find someone else or anyone else for that matter.
