I had a leaky toilet shut-off valve and called them to get a quote, I sent them pictures and they quoted me and said they can come the same day. I called another plumber and got a similar quote but they were not able to come for another day or two; so I decided to go with Morh. He was at my place within the hour and replaced the old shut-off valve, and modernized the connection to the toilet's fill valve. I decided since he was there to also have him replace an outside hose bib that was also dripping.

It is unfortunate that it was not a good experience for me despite all the good reviews. I have reached out to Juan for clogged toilet. He came and checked , said everything is ok and charged for his inspection without doing anything. 3 days later toilet clogged again, this time he didnt even answer my calls/ messages for days. I had to hire another plumber as he was not communicating and not reliable. Just dont understand how hard it is to reply i am available this day/ this time

I want to first say that MOST people won't give a second look to a business with 1 review, let alone a poor review! But, let's be honest, anyone can write anything and sink or swim someone! I needed a plumber for a very easy faucet replacement! I went on Yelp and got estimates from $150-250.

Juan responded quickly with a fair price, $150 and he could do the work right away! I asked if he would do it for $125. He agreed.

He showed up 20 minutes early with his son from Miami. I live in Ft Lauderdale! He drove 1.5 hrs installed my faucet very efficient and professionally! He went out of his way to assist and I really appreciated the EXTRA EFFORT! I paid him $150 for his time and job well done. THANK U, JUAN!

I contacted Mohr Plumbing through the Yelp hire a contractor app feature allowing vendors to send you their estimates.

I needed to have a hot water heater replaced in our condo and Juan at Mohr responded back to me on Yelp saying that they can only install a hot water heater, but wouldn't supply it to us. When I questioned it, the rep just said I just don't. I asked how can we have the job done if I don't even know the kind of hot water heater to buy? They Juan just responded back to find another plumber.

They were extremely rude to me and I wouldn't recommend Mohr to my worst enemy.

I had a mainline clog on a Friday evening. A lot of plumbers aren't available on Saturdays or charge double the amount. Although my sink project didn't come to fruition due to the permit issue for my office, I want to contribute a 5 star review for Juan's impeccable services. I have found my plumber! I spoke to Juan last week and knew I needed a mainline clean out but my son works from home and couldn't have the intrusion. Fast forward to today, Saturday two days after Thanksgiving and basically his bathtub was his toilet. I don't think I need to say anymore. I reached out to Juan within 30 minutes he was there, did the main line clear out and only charged me a teeny bit more than his original price to come during the week. This is very rare for Miami and in fact $100 less than I was quoted by many other companies when I searched during the week prior to Thanksgiving. So rare and refreshing to find a responsible, reliable, reasonable and courteous service company I just can't recommend this guy highly enough. He really has made my weekend. Thank you, Juan!!!!

I set up my appointment with Mohr Plumbing for 8am. Juan, arrived at 7:45am!! Which was a first good impression in my book.

I told Juan, I have issues with a clog kitchen sink and gurgling noises coming from my toilet in the bathroom when the clothes washer is running.

After careful diagnose of the situation (snake the kitchen sink, snake the ventilation pipe, and ran a high resolution camera through the pipes) Juan, found several things wrong. One. My vent pipe to my kitchen sink isn't connected. Two. I have cast iron plumbing running through the bottom of my house. Some of it is disintegrated and parts of it broken. I got to see it for myself as Juan, allowed me to view his camera during the inspection plus recorded for me on a USB flash drive.

Juan, throughly and in full details explain to me what are the next steps to take in order for me to take care of the issues that I am having currently. Which is major!! ( excavate and replacing pipes)

Juan, is very honest and straight forward. And the price that I paid for his services was very reasonable despite not having my issue resolved right away.

I definitely will have Juan, back and taking care of my next plumbing project. Thank you, Juan.

When I read the reviews I knew I had to give this guy a shot at fixing my toilet, which has been running on and off for a while. All I can say is his communication was on point, responding quickly and asking all the right questions, and then he quickly made an appointment to check out the problem and fixed it for exactly what he estimated. He had the parts in his van, and even came with a partner. Total thumbs up! His price was very competitive, and he was fast and friendly. These guys are professional. Great communication, prompt, and fast. I had them install a kitchen sink and I'm pretty sure it took them longer to get it out of the package than to install it. After that, I call them a few days later. Hey, I say! It's not giving hot water anymore! The old one did! Well, they came the same day I called. Turns out I was turning the lever the wrong direction, since it goes the opposite for that one as it did the old one. Whoooops. They didn't charge me. Classy gentleman! I have some plumbing projects coming up soon and they'll be the first and only people I call.

What more could you ask for?

I recently purchased an older home and inherited a pretty awful leak coming from somewhere in the bathroom, evidenced by water damage visible in pictures the house inspector took of the crawl space under the house. I requested a quote via Yelp and Juan offered to come out the very next day. He quickly identified the source of the leak (shower drain) and explained the repair. A few days later, he came back and replaced the pipe and the drain in no time. He was focused, fast, and quiet, which I really appreciated because I am currently working from home. We will definitely be calling Juan for all future plumbing issues.

PS: another plumbing company I messaged wanted to charge me more for a quote than Juan charged for the entire repair...do yourself a favor and skip contacting the other guys and go straight to Mohr Corp.

Juan is a gem! Very responsive on text and via yelp. Icing on the cake, he was on time to the job! I have worked with two other plumbers but none as easy going and approachable. He installed an under the counter water filtration system for me and it was very fair priced. I did however need to find a handyman to drill a hole in the counter for the faucet ; Juan does not do that. Juan answered all the questions I had. He said If I had any issues, he'd come back to check on it. So far so good even though its only been a day.

Had a leaking toilet that needed to be resealed. Gave me a quick and fair price, came out same day and did everything perfect! Went the extra mile and cleaned around the work area (there was some dirt/gunk hidden behind the toilet he cleaned as well) and was careful when moving the toilet not to damage it or the floors. Everything you would hope for when hiring a professional...so many people these days do a half ass job, but Mohr takes care and pride in their work and did a great job. Will definitely use again and refer to others...thanks Mohr!

I do not write a lot of reviews but when the quality and professionalism reach this level, I have to take the time to write. Our downstairs toilet was backed up (luckily just water!) and flooded the downstairs twice before turning off the main.
Our neighbor, Jenny, recommended Juan and he did not disappoint! Juan and his son came out exactly on time, snaked the cleanout and searched for the problem in front of the house. He found the issue with a front pipe (other cleanout- I didn't even know existed) that had been breached either during construction or installation of the driveway. He dug into the ground and then fixed the broken pipe, snaked the drain to the sewer lateral, replaced the pipe and capped it, went to home depot to get the cap section needed (that took only 40 minutes total- it is at least 15 minutes drive there so roundtrip takes 30 min-in other words, he worked with the speed one would expect if it was his own house!), then returned and completed the job, cleaning up as well.
Once inside after we paid, he also fixed a toilet mechanism AND a leak from the overflow in our tub FOR NO CHARGE! Also when asked about another possible problem of our air conditioner water drain, he reassured us that there was no need to do any additional work! He did all of this in under 2 hours!
I can't recommend this company enough! Trustworthy, professional, fast response and outstanding work! If there were a way to give them 10 stars I would! Thank you, Juan!!!

Five Star Customer service!!! Spoke to Juan about my problem. Before hitting me with huge minimal fee like other plumbing services, he asked a few questions and was able to help me solve my problem remotely! While owner Juan did not gain financial compensation for this remote troubleshooting effort in helping me not only fix my problem but also save money, what he did earn was much more! In searching for a plumber to fix my exterior water spigot I put a quote out onto Yelp. To be honest I didn't know if anyone would reach out quickly or provide an estimate online. Luckily Juan messaged back within a few minutes. He asked for a picture of the valve and immediately provided me with an estimate. The same day I put out the quote Juan said he could stop by. That is some fast service. We were not home so we scheduled it for a few days after. He showed up on time, completed the work in a timely fashion, and fixed it for us. All materials and labor were included in his price. I would definitely use him again for any plumbing services.

Our plumber was Juan and my family and I were very grateful after reading all of his prior GOOD reviews. He responded promptly in the morning (8am) when we called and asked for a quote for our toilet that leaked from the night before. Then we also added that we had another toilet that had a leak as well but we had prolonged fixing it due to the pandemic and prior lockdown requirements. He said he'd arrive in the afternoon and we voiced our concerns about him having PPE and he reassured us that he would have them. He arrived in the afternoon (3:45pm) and actually notified us when he was on the way (as we had asked so that we'd know when to expect him). Juan was nice and good-natured when he arrived and introduced himself. He also wore his mask and SHOE COVERS! We were happy so our upstairs carpets would not get dirty throughout the repairs. He got right to work one the first toilet and then the second. He was quiet, polite, and efficient. Juan finished in about 1 HOUR and some change (record time in my opinion ). We were able to ask questions and he was patient and then we tested both toilets (multiple times to ensure the leaks were taken care of) and then he was DONE! We got the invoice and paid by check and then also double checked that if there were any future issues if the jobs had a warranty. He said and that if there was a problem to call him back. My family and I haven't been this satisfied with a plumber and customer service in over a decade! We're happy and appreciative that during these uncertain times there are still individuals and businesses that are willing to work with their customers. 5 STARS! We recommend Juan and Mohr Corp. Plumbing.

Juan and Mohr Corp Plumbing provided excellent service. I contacted them on Friday evening looking to replace a broken and leaking faucet. I received a response right away, a quote for the work, and they were able to come the next day. They replaced the faucet with ease and everything seems to be working great. Highly recommend and will call again for any plumbing needs!

I'm not one who write reviews but I am compelled to do so this morning. First and far most I'd like to thank God for waking me up this morning after a fretful weekend with my water having to be shut off, due to a running faucet. After praying, The Holy Spirit led me to look at reviews on Yelp. I was most impressed by the reviews for Mohr Corp Plumbing and also pleased that the company gives Free estimates. I called the company at 8:00 am spoke with Mr Mohr, who requested that I take a picture of the plumbing fixtures. I did so and he was able to give me a price for the repair with parts and labor. The appointment was for 10:00 am 9-23-19. I must say that he arrived ahead of schedule and that was very pleasing. The repair took less than an hour and I'm more than pleased with the work. I would recommend this company a thousand time over.

Had 2 leaking toilets and 2 leaking faucets, so I hired a handyman recommended by my father, thinking I was going to save money. Handyman screwed everything up, and I paid him just so he would leave. Vowing never to hire an unlicensed contractor again, I did an extensive Yelp search on a Sunday, and started calling. Mohr plumbing has stellar reviews and was the only one that answered. We scheduled for the next day. He arrived on time, was super professional, fixed it all in under an hour, and payment was a breeze with Cashapp. Outstanding service and reasonable price. I found my go to plumber. Learn from my mistake: stay away from handyman and call Juan Mohr.

The reviewers are indeed correct...Juan is an all-around good guy. My appointment was suppose to be at 9 am but he texted me to let me know ahead of time that he would arrive later than expected because he had to take care of something with an inspector. I've been stood up before by other companies who wouldn't even bother to call/text you if they are late or if they can't make it.

Juan prices are very reasonable and fair. He installed our electric water heater and change 5 shut off valves, and the job was done beautifully....he even fix our drain pipe and change the leveling leg to our front loader washer machine while he was here. I'll be recommending him to all of my neighbors that inquire about a plumber. Call him, you will not be disappointed.

Came with an assistant & only a flashlight!

Paid $100 to be told there is no leak!

I mentioned the neighbor below us has a leak in his ceiling that's directly below our bathroom - He said we didn't have a leak !

Secondly, showed him how the leak has lifted our laminate flooring - He said we didn't have a leak !

He may be capable at small jobs but simply could not assist in locating where the leak is from coming or thought it was easier just to charge $100 for a 30 minute visit

They came out to find and fix where a strange noise was coming from. They were able to come the same day. Found the under ground leak, Fixed it, and suggested I take pictures to show the water company. I asked them to replace my main water valve since it was in the same area as the repair. They did everything in less than 2 hrs.

After years of trying to fix a low pressure hot water issue across the house and specially in our master bathroom, and after hearing all kinds of crazy diagnosis and solutions from plumbers.... Juan just did it!!

I contacted Morh yesterday based on their positive Yelp reviews. Juan was able to come the next day, on time, and ready to take the time to throughly troubleshoot the issue (opened and clean the water heater, got in the crawling space under the house, cleaned connections, etc etc). He was able to ping point the issues and he solved each one on the spot.

Juan and his son (who assists him on jobs while learning the craft) were both very professional and they the job done.
