I couldn't have asked for better service. Jimmy was prompt, polite, and didn't hesitate to answer any questions or take a look at anything of concern. There is no doubt I would recommend this company, especially Jimmy, for plumbing issues.

Allen, the owner came to my home. I had a leaking toilet and sink was clogged and i needed water connection in my laundry room fixed because it was leaking when the guys came to install my new washing machine (this was the original reason I called but in a few days more stuff started going wrong. Oh yeah, my bathtub was really slow to drain too. It was unreal. So he quoted me $525 unless something really messed up occurred. Flat rate. It ended up being complicated, he found a clog after snaking the bathtub, toilet and figured another clog was way out there somewhere. He came in Monday late afternoon (4:30) and was at my home till 8:30. This guy is super busy.  So he came by today-2nd day (he just left a bit ago) and had to cut the drywall to put new nozzle/valves in that hooks up to the washing machine hot and cold hoses. He let that glue dry for a while and worked on the sink in the bathroom.  He snaked the sink and found the clog and pushed through it and fixed that. Now everything works. He was here another 4 hours. This guy works his butt off. Anyway, he only charged me $600 flat for all that. I had someone tell me they'd charge me $150/hour... thank goodness I chose this company. He and his office staff are responsive, professional, and he cleans up after himself and didn't leave a mess. I will call them next time I need a plumber. I would give him more stars but I can't. He could've charged me an arm and 3 legs but he didn't. I am pleased as punch!!!

I thought I had issues with my garbage disposal but I guess it just needed Mr. Wood's presence. I called him during the am and he was able to come out the same day. I recommend his services and will be using him in the future.

I was very pleased with the quality of service I received from Anthony and Noah when they came to fix my plumbing issue. They were very knowledgeable, efficient and courteous, and their pricing is very fair.

I would recommend their company to everyone needing a plumber; and I will be using them when I do my bathroom renovation.

I won a expandable shower head from Noland and the product was awesome and the experience dealing with them was even better.

We had a pipe burst on the second story of our rental home and our landlord was not answering his phone. In a panic, I asked Siri for a plumber and Crabtree plumbing was the first on the list, so I called. Our tech made it out in no time, found where all the water was coming from and had it fixed in a jiffy for less than $250! I was stunned and pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend this company after my experience with them.

My dishwasher stopped working and these guys fixed it no problem! I messaged them and the next day they came to see what the issue was. They fixed it quickly but also made sure to be thorough with their work. Very nice people as well. Would definitely recommend!

Moved into a recently purchased home and needed several areas addressed.
Joe (the owner) is prompt, courteous, and does great work at a reasonable price. This is an honest and hard working individual, Would highly recommend for any plumbing jobs.

I needed to get my home re-piped as a condition to sell it. We had already refurbished the entire house and we overlooked replacing the old galvanized pipes. My concern was that walls would need to busted open and then I would need to patch the walls and repaint!

Wayne Conn Plumbing said that they would do their best to not cut open any walls and if they needed to cut, they would lay drop cloths and create as little damage as possible.

Well, when they were finished it was almost as if they weren't even inside the house. There was no dirt or damage! When I turned on the water, the water flow was wonderful!

I couldn't be happier with their work!

Although the plumbers themselves are good, I can't believe the horrible customer service by Lisa Bass.  She hung up on me today.  Her communication skills are down the drain.  It's been two days that I've been waiting for service.  She says she'll send someone and she doesn't.  Sends someone but doesn't let me know he could, and then no call.  Take your business elsewhere unless you like to spend all day at home for two days hoping that Lisa will send Alex to your home.  I had used them for years and spent thousands of dollars over the years with this company and tried to keep using them because I like to support locally owned businesses, but no one deserves to be hung up on after two days of being told you'll get service and then not getting it.

Logan was my tech. Very polite and professional. He was early to the job and called ahead of time to ask if it was okay to come to my home. Quickly located the issue. Would use this business again and would recommend.

The reason I gave them a 1 star is because when I called a recording came on and when the recording said if we come out it will be $250/hour so I immediately hung up. If you're open 24h why would you charge so much unless this is their normal price even when it's not an emergency. With that price why would I even call them at all emergency or not? They will not be getting my business.

Did plumbing work at our condo last week. Charged a exorbitant amount of money for next to nothing of work! Took advantage in his pricing because of it being Sawgrass. We have one sink that doesn't even operate now! I'm
