This is a good honest plumbing company. It's a small team but they are very helpful even if you just ask for advice and not service. They have the standard hourly rate, but will make the most of it. If your first job was easy they will ask to look at other items so you feel the money spent is well worth it. Highly recommended!

He came late at night to help us with a problem and was so kind and helpful. He was courteous and wore a mask. Prices are reasonable. We would recommend this company to anyone.

Imagine flooding your entire house by accident at 3 in the morning. Well it was my absolute worst nightmare come true and Jason dropped everything to her there as soon as he could to put an end to it. Very great service, he worked fast, and he gave me all the information I needed in regards to getting everything fixed with my insurance. I am currently undergoing renovations, but Jason did great work and I am so grateful that Yelp lead me to Kingdom Based Plumbing!

A few years ago, we had a plumbing emergency on Valentines day with guests on the way. I called Dekle and interrupted during dinner with a significant other. I let them finish dinner and they headed over to unclog a pipe from the house to the main city line. They were professional and fixed the problem very quickly. Awesome, I cant believe my eyes, and my budget. A-Pro Plumbing was able to work with me and my budget, especially in these times, and still give me athe kitchen of my dreams. I had a great team and no problems considering i had the same plumbing tech all thru the process of design and he even helped me find the most cost effective fixtures and lighting for my budget... I couldnt have asked for better service or friendlier folks than the guys at A-Pro. They really are professionals. And i even signed up for their annual home inspection plan to help keep my home well maintained. I love my new kitchen - I love A-Pro Plumbing. ( They did it right Mike!)  Thank you.

They were recommended to me by a friend. They were on time, reasonable, courteous. They cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again.

We use this Company for our Rentals all the time... So We decided to us it for  our own resident... I am not sure if it is the Company or just the  so called Plumber.....   So they say they Charge $59.99... but they charge a $25.00 traveling fee.........  This was a Joke...  He stayed  20 min... and said... he could not fix it it was the pipes....  He charged us $85 for nothing.. We got on the phone and called Terry Vernon....   They literally  had it unplugged in 15 min...   When I asked them about this.. They said    the so called plumber was just lazy and did not  go around the curve  of the pipe...     So we ended up paying both people... how sad is this?

I sold my home last week and this closing company did not give me an accurate settlement statement as far as the fixed costs (obviously some costs are variable). Not only did they leave out an $85 charge on the quote, but they actually had it listed twice and were charging me twice for it on closing documents. Had to wait for them to fix the paperwork. Disappointing and unprofessional. Kaitlyn Camp was my initial contact.

they said to install a kitchen sink it would be 300 dollars 125 for the parts and the rest for labor. we went and got the parts ourselves for 80 dollars they got here installed it and the final price was 427 dollars. my mother was getting the work done and she is 60 years old when the told her that price my jaw dropped. i refused to let her pay that much so i told them wed give them 200 since they had a hard time putting it in they refused and said 300 i countered and said we would pay 250 and no more and they told us not to call them again. I highly reccomend a different company than these extortionists.

I wrote their first review 5 years ago, and at that time they were excellent.  I don't know what changed but my rating for them sure has.  I understand if someone can't show up due to inclement weather and the workers are sent home, but to give every excuse in the book not to put you back on the schedule?  We were scheduled for 8 am Monday morning.  Heavy rains, understandable, staff were sent home.  I've tried to be understanding and get us put back on sched for this week, to no avail.  Given one name after another, promises that they would call back, no calls.  Finally, after the 6th excuse (their only pumper truck was in the shop!)  I fired them and told them I would change my review and hire somebody else.  The other guys are coming out TODAY and cost less.  This is a real shame, Smith's used to be the Gold Standard, but today they aren't worth a copper penny.  Don't waste your time with them.

I took the day off work for an appt I arranged 3 weeks prior only to have them o-show.  Told me I cancelled the appt.  to be fair, I used them years ago for my water heater and they were very fair then but won't use again if they can't be depended on.

Had a very bad experience. They came and did a free service call to look at lift station that needed a new pump. Technician Greg was very professional and respectful. Told me owner would call next day with a price for work. Owner priced job at $1,000. I asked owner what kind of pump that was for he said a large septic pump. This is a tiny pump for an 80 gallon lift station for washer and kitchen sink only.. 3 other quotes for under $500 installed. I went with Herzer plumbing instead.
He admitted he had no idea what pump I needed and priced me the most expensive. Apparently your free estimate is just a excuse to take advantage of people at double the cost of everyone else.
