Very happy with the service! they went the extra mile for me by examining my sump pump at no extra charge and I really appreciate how professional and knowledgeable they were in being able to trace and mark my drain line all the way out to the city connection

I was under an extremely tight deadline to get my sewer mainline cleaned for the sale of my home. The initial company I hired (Rooter Town) was an absolute disaster clown show and Chris at 24/7 Drain and Sewer came to my rescue. I had a very challenging line to clean due to cleanout location and pipe configuration. Chris really went above and beyond to do what was needed to get my line cleaned properly. The technician from Sewer View (also 5/5 stars) was there at the same time as Chris and after Sewer View scoped my line Chris cleaned it a SECOND time to get a couple tricky spots. He really exceeded all expectations and I'll definitely be using this company again in the future.

I had a major ROTOR CO clean  my DRAIN, they couldn't  and said I needed  a $6000.00 PLUMBING replacement.   I was REFERRED to 24 7 and Chris to try and clean the DRAIN.
Chris came out the next morning and cleaned the DRAIN and now works better then it has for 12 years . It was $110.00, saving me thousands of $$$$$.

Chris was efficient, polite, on time, and did a great job with our sewer clean-out. We need regular maintenance for root build-up, and Chris was quick and explained what he did in easy to understand terms. He was recommended by Ian at DL Services who has done scope videos of our system on more than one occasion. I recommend both 24/7 Drain and DL Services for any kind of regular clean-out and drain maintenance.

I had my sewer videoed last year when I bought the house, and Daniel (the guy who filmed it) told me that when it was time to clean (6-12 mos), to call him and he would give me a recommendation.  He recommended 24/7 and gave me the owner's (Chris) phone number.
I called on Saturday and was told they were pretty busy, but would give me a call Monday. Sure thing, they did and were able to get to me in today at my lunch hour.
I can't say enough good about these guys. Chris was very honest, they did my main line and the line out of my laundry which was giving me issues.
Very honest, they cleaned up, they ran water and made sure everything was good to go.
I definitely recommend them!

Chris was direct, on time, did what he said he was going to do and able to get us in for a sewer cleaning VERY quickly. Highly recommend him.

These guys were recommended by a sewer scope guy I spoke with. Seems all they do is drain and sewer service and they are affordable and efficient. Showed up right on time and rooted out the sewer I was afraid I would need dug up for thousands. Since they are not plumbers they don't try any bait and switch, they just expertly do one thing great and thats clean your drains!  I told my neighbor about them and saw them a couple days later next door and they did a good job there too.

I had my sewer line videoed for the inspection and after  recommendation to get it cleaned, they recommended Chris from 24/7 since his business is only cleaning these lines, meaning he has nothing else to gain by telling you anything and you need repairs.  He just comes in and cleans and that's it.  He's a really nice guy and we have him in every couple of years now.  I wish more honest people like this were out there. I needed to have my sewer line cleared so I called and left a message for Chris on Friday at 12:40pm. It is now Sunday 1:50pm. I have yet to even hear from anybody. Needless to say I only gave him a couple hours on Friday to call back before I had another company come in to do the job. They showed in less than three hours and did a great job. Would not recommend someone who does not return calls. 24/7 don't think so.

If all you need is to have your sinks and sewers rooted then 24 7 Drain and Sewer is the place. This was the second time I used them and both times they were great. The owner, Chris, was super nice, upfront with scheduling, and on time.  They even clean up the area around the drain/pipe. Definitely will use them again.  Very easy on the pocketbook too!

Needed sewer line cleaned and clogged shower line checked-Chris was on time, efficient and very fairly priced! Would be hard to find a better company if you're in need of sewer services.
