My kitchen sink was backing up so I called a plumber. They came out and did a snake drain procedure that did not solve the issue. The plumber suggested that the issue could be further down the drain and I may need to get HOA involved. My HOA recommended I contact Mile High Drain as they are familiar with this type of problem and with our condo complex. I'm really glad I gave Mile High Drain a call. I was worried the issue would be much bigger and more expensive but the tech John came right on time, did his own snake drain and was able to clear my kitchen sink drain clog. John was very helpful and explained what may be going on and what I can do to prevent this in the future. He even refitted a few of the pipes to ensure better water flow, which he did not have to do! He offered and I was very thankful. Very transparent and nice people to work with!

Wow, came out a few weeks ago within an hour, the tech Tim showed up and cleared my drain, quoted me one price, and paid that price.  No BS... called another company and after numerous calls, could not get them to show up within 2 plus hours.. will use Mile High again down the road if needed..

Fantastic.  We had a very complicated plumping issue-other plumbers had attempted to solve but without success.  Johnny came right on time, called on his way, was incredibly polite, courteous and clean.  He not only patiently listened to me, but took the time to carefully understand the problem before diving in.  He was patient, very competent and I'm THRILLED to say he fixed our issue!  Grateful for him and the impeccable way he does his work.  Will definitely use Mile High and Johnny again the future.

I had a clogged pipe backing up in my basement. Mile High Drain came out to fix the issue. They were there there for no longer than 10 min. stated the issue was fixed. The issue is NOT fixed and they left feces in my shower. When I asked them to come back to rinse the shower and make SURE the issue was fixed they were extremely rude and said we do not clean messes. They billed me twice for that 1 visit. I realized the umming issue was still not resolved. I had them come out several times to fix the SAME issue and each time they have been in my home for a matter of minutes and reassure me the problem is solved. It still remains clogged and backing up. I have gotten billed for every time they make an appearance. They have not fixed the issue!!!! They proceeded to blame me for continuing to clogged the pipes. Why would I do that????? I would not want to keep paying them just for fun. Please do not use this company. They are lazy and will rip you off.

My girlfriend owns a rent home in Denver (she lives in Texas) and the renters noticed their water bill was higher than normal and that also the water heater was not working properly. Mile High Drain was recommended to her, so they went out and investigated. They told my GF the toilet and water heater needed to be replaced at a cost of $325 for the toilet and $2300 for the water heater, and pressured her to hire them immediately. As a home builder, my GF put me on speaker and asked their representative to repeat the information. I informed him that I thought that was very high as a toilet cost $80 and a water heater costs $500, and would be a max of 3 hours of labor. I told them we would pass on paying over $600 an hour in labor and thanked him for his time. Today, my GF got an invoice for the service call, which we had no problem paying them for their time and gas, but on the invoice, it stated that I told him to fuck off. These guys are supposed to be a Christian company, but not only are they trying to take advantage of those in need of emergency repairs, but they are extremely unprofessional. BTW, my girlfriends 18 year old daughter replaced the toilet herself with my help over Skype. If you need to hire her she is more professional and will not take advantage of you.

My mom had a leak with her garbage disposal. She found these guys in the Christian Business Directory. Said they would be there on Monday between 8 and 10 am. She called them at 10 am  and they said there was an emergency and the plumber would be delayed. They showed up at 4:30 pm. Meanwhile, she is hosting relatives from overseas so this completely ruined a whole day.

Oh, and when the guy finally shows up, he looks at the garbage disposal and says there's no leak. My mom runs the water, the water leaks. . .

At least he fixed the leak. I have rental properties and looking for good help. I would definitely not use or recommend these guys.

An Englewood based company, 1910 W Stanford Ave, Englewood, CO 80110, with website at milehighdrain.com  ---- deliberately trying to be confused with others previously  using the name Mile High.

Charged $320 for a camera examination of a home sewer line:
1) Poor resolution camera
2) Inferior light attached to camera
3) Camera consequently failed to detect an extended crack and related hole in the cast iron portion of the pipe.
4) Technician misinterpreted offset joints as breaks in the clay pipe portion of the sewer line.
5) Company proposed a multi-thousand dollar repair of the clay pipe defect, which in fact did not exist.
6) Company refused to refund any part of the charge for deficient camera work or for incompetent analysis based thereon.

The company's website falsely claims a Better Business Bureau membership and a BBB A-1 Rating.  I confirmed that fact with the BBB.

A classic rip-off organization, requiring both a trip to small claims court to recover the $320 as well as retention of another (competent) sewer scoping provider.

I have used Mile High Drain for some pretty big issues and Im happy to say that they have never disappointed me. Always professional and quick to repond. MHD are some of the best people around that can still be honest and dependable.

We had a Thanksgiving Day sewer backup in our basement. First company tried without camera to navigate our strange sewer connection. That guy couldn't find a way to the main pipe to the alley, but referred us to a camera-equipped crew from Mile High Drain. Friday after Thanksgiving, Layne and Chris showed up, and they were professional, careful, persistent, solved the problem, and cleaned up well. We're surprised by bad reviews here: our service was excellent and the guys were nice.

Every experience that I have had with Mile High Drain has been god-awful. I once had a clogged sink and my landlord called them to come by. The plumber refused to even enter my apartment, insisting that he can clear MY drain from my neighbor's unit. He goes over there and then I never hear from him again. My drain was not fixed. Awesome. Recently, my toilet wouldn't stop flushing and because of that my shower water was stuck on scalding hot. They told me that they'd come between 10-12 to fix it, so naturally I arranged my day around that. At 11:45, no one had called or anything. So I called them and the guy I spoke with said the plumber was en route and would have him call me to give me his eta. The plumber calls and tells me that he JUST got on the road and it will be 45 min til he gets to me. I tell him that that wasn't the agreed upon time and expressed my frustration. He then went off on me, yelling me to have my landlord call another company to come out and fix the toilet and he hung up on me. I called the person I'd spoken to prior to this plumber and he was just as irate and rude. Screw this company. I rather go back to the days of no drainage systems and cholera filled water than deal with these unprofessional people ever again.

I had Mile High Drain come and clean my drains out to the sewer line. They had to come out 2 times.   I called them because my bathroom sink is clogged.   The refused to honored their 90 day warranty.   The did not check my bathroom drain when they came out the first 2 times.  I think they should have done a better job and check all the drains.  The did not check the bathroom sink drain.  The will not honor their warranty.  I would not recommend them.   They say we are more expensive because we do a thorough job.   I don't think they did.  It is not worth the extra $60.00.
