I wanted to write about my experience with 24/7. We used them for a residence our parents were selling in Brighton, CO last year and had a great experience with them so we called them again for our electrical needs in Castle Rock, CO. First of all Erik was great to work with. JT did our initial fix up and did a great job. Both were honest, timely, professional. thorough and informative. The crew that showed up to do the work (Alex and Armando) were hard hard workers. Both put in an 11 hour day to get the job done with just a little bit the following day. Being a business professional I was worried about not having service while they upgraded mine but they had the service back on within a couple of hours. The job they did was no small feat and they were polite, courteous, professional, pleasant to have around and did a great job. As a business professional I know how important good workers and customer service is besides doing a good job and these guys get a 10 out of 10. We will certainly use them again.

Having had a good experience in the past with a furnace issue, I called them earlier this week for a plumbing issue and feel like I have been taken advantage of. I won't use their service again.
My pipes were gurgling so I called and they sent Brandon alongside his apprentice, who diagnosed an issue in my sewer line. They didn't have the equipment necessary who they called Josh who came in with a snake and a camera to scope out the sewer line and identify a blockage that they couldn't clear.
Following that, Josh told me I absolutely needed a sewer line spot repair asap otherwise it would back up I to the house, thankfully they would be able to move things around and quoted me $7500 to have someone come here the very next day and fix the issue. At that point it was late in the day and the prospect of not being able to shower or use the toilet was daunting so I trusted his diagnosis and agreed.
The next day a crew of 4 showed up and started digging and replaced a small section of the sewer line, at which point they scoped the rest of the line and pointed out some root intrusions in the rest of the line and that I really should get the whole line changed, if not now then in the next few months, because it was in really bad shape.
I asked Josh for a quote, and he gave me two quotes: it would be an additional 3500 to replace the rest of the section under the front yard which was in really bad shape, and an additional 25500 to replace the whole line from the house to the city's sewer line.
At that point there was already a huge dig in my front yard and they had the excavator on site, and I had Josh telling me that the could fill the hole but that replacing that other section under the front yard which was in a really bad state would be another 7500 if they left and came back, so I caved and agreed to paying the additional 3500 for them to replace it. But asked for them to give me some time to think about the whole sewer line replacement, to which he said I could tell him the next day at the latest.
The following day I called a couple other companies to get a second opinion, and both told me the same thing: there were minimal root intrusions of no concern, that is normal, and I should be fine doing annual or semi-annual maintenance, and with that the sewer line should be good for another 10 years at least.
They also both quoted me a price way lower than 10500 for the section that was replaced.
I reached out to fix-it 24/7 and will update this review when I hear back from their management, but needless to say I'm pretty angry about this whole situation.
---
Update: I talked to Dustin who pretty much spent 10 minutes telling me that I was wrong and that he stood by his team's quote. Would definitely not recommend working with them.

WOW, I should have come here. First, 2 stars is an achievement of the worst kind....
I called Fix It 24/7 due to a circuit popping and shutting off the power, which included the sump pump and hot water heater. I had a lengthy call at 1:30 with the person who answered the issue. The call was odd. She said the person would call 30 minutes IF they were coming out. I stopped her and clarified twice, are you saying they might come out, or are they coming out? Both times she said the repair person was at another location and was definitely coming to our house when they finished.
I called back at 3 and had the same conversation, and I was ASSURED they would be there as soon as the current job was finished. My husband then asked the person if we needed an electrician or a plumber. They agreed on a plumber, and she once again ASSURED him that they were on their way as soon as the current job was wrapped up.
At 5:30, I called and received the answering service (I guess they are not 24/7 as advertised). The woman was completely inconvenienced and asked that I give them more time because of all the storms in the area. There has not been a storm in over a week. She did not want to do any more than she had to.
Needless to say, Fix It 24/7 never called and never showed. Besides being a terrible business, I had a full house of family that came out to celebrate my birthday. Our plans were delayed and delayed so that we all could take a shower. All six of us. So yes, they wasted our time, day, families time spent traveling from Texas' time, and there was no celebration. To say they suck is an understatement.
Absolutely terrible. They came out to check our AC unit. Promptly charged us $600 for a part we later found out was $100. They then told us the whole AC system needed to be replaced for $15,000 and that we should go ahead and do the furnace too for $20,000. We got a second opinion and the only thing that was wrong with our unit was some dust buildup that wasn't allowing for the electrical current to get to the unit. Save your time and money, do NOT use this company.
My elderly mother-law was paying monthly for them to clean and inspect the furnace and a/c unit. Last year they told her she needed a $2,600 repair to the furnace which she did. This year they said her furnace was leaking and the parts they replaced the year before were worn again due to the furnaces age and over working. They also said her a/c unit was outdated and they could no longer service. They recommended she replace both for $20,000. Obviously she was concerned with the leak and the with the quote provided. I had two other companies look at both furnace and a/c unit. Both companies said it was a scam and found no leak or worn parts. They recommend performing an actual service and cleaning because Fix-It 24/7 did not do a very good job if it was done at all. Needles to say we cancelled the monthly scam and would never recommend this company.
THIS CONTRACTOR INTENTIONALLY SCAMS ELDERLY PEOPLE! They came out to look at my mother's HVAC unit, and instead of addressing the (minor) problem, they suggested installing a cheap 'electrostatic' furnace filter (IAQ Ranger)... for $1946! This is a $100 part at most (and was probably a 'leftover' when COVID scared people into installing them), and took less than 15 minutes to install. The technician (Eric) made it sound like she needed it to preserve the fan motor, which is silly. THIS COMPANY IS DISHONEST, AND WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF UNEDUCATED CONSUMERS. [Edit: It looks like they also signed her up for 'monthly' service, which she never agreed to]
Scheduled appointment for thermostat and c-wire install. Confirmed apt previous day with office.Following morning contacted office and learned they canceled apt because their morning (confirming) phone call was not answered fast enough. Their call was returned within five minutes, at which time we learned about the canceled apt and they had 300 other calls to deal with. If you have a serious HVAC issue, contact a company that's reliable.

I called for the advertised $89 special whole house inspection that included furnace cleaning, water heater flush, plumbing inspection, electrical inspection, and energy audit. The furnace cleaning appeared to be done fairly thoroughly -- although they did not vacuum it out like other companies have done. Much of the work was done by a trainee.
The plumber, Kelton, who came to do the water heater flush refused to do it stating it might not work after he flushes it and recommended getting a new one ASAP and that he would get me on the schedule with a sales rep -- how convenient for him. So both the furnace and water heater inspection reports' where nothing more than part of up-sale attempts to get me to join a membership and do very costly new installations. They also said I would have to be a member for $29 a month to get the rest of the inspections (electrical and energy audit). I guess I will miss out on two more dishonest attempts to sell me more stuff! Very dishonest work, and deceptive advertising.
My complaint is about the fraud this company committed when it refused to live up the agreements contained GREEN CLUB MEMBERSHIP. The company stopped servicing the Mitsubishi split duct air-conditioning/heating units they had been servicing after I had signed up for their GREEN CLUB MEMBERSHIP, but did not reimburse me. i would recommend NOT signing up for 24 Fix/It's GREEN CLUB MEMBERSHIP for this reason. Additionally, their phone staff never sounded as though they had a true handle on what they were telling me, a long-time client, and I always got conflicting information every time I called.
This company cancelled our appointment last week and then I rearranged my day this week. They called 45 minutes ago and said the technician was on his way. They called back with no explanation saying they do not do my kind of air conditioning unit, but they don't know what kind it is. So unprofessional. They are also not with the better business bureau.

Mr. Logan S.-
I thank you for your EXTREMELY late reply. Unfortunately you haven't given me a direct phone call nor email. You stated that you would like me to reach out, to correct the matter. Yet you have not provided me with a direct phone number, nor email to speak with you directly.
You are now giving me The run around per usual!!
Remember the Cisneros name when it comes up in a law suit!!
See you, Mr. Logan S. In court!!! I will get my compensation!! You and your company have placed emotional detriment and stress to my family!! Trying to sell our home has become an issue! You WILL understand my seriousness soon enough!!
I will not tolerate your lack of business ethics!! You Sir, are scamming vulnerable FAMILIES!!! And your employee's were trained to be active in your scheme, you are nothing less than a shady business owner!
I will expose you!!
just want to reply to my last post.
when it comes to the customer service they are awesome, but after the sale it just kind of disappears..
all we are doing is filing a claim and they refuse to fill out a form for the claim, then our claim adjustor informs us that they are suspicious. What do you do with that? and told us that one of the parts we paid over 500.00 for the cost was 38.09. Good god, that's a lot to take in, yet even though they know that's what is suspected, they still refuse to even talk to the HVAC tech.
Disappointing that they would treat a customer like that, but like I was told,
they just won't do that, so remember that when your making expensive decision.
Jacob was very helpful. I think he is the only one that thinks customer service and customers matter. Nic is a high pressure sales guy. I should have read the reviews before I called this company. I looked at their quote for a new furnace and then when I brought up that Jacob said that what I spent already would be deducted, $500 was added to the quote. The shady part is the link sends you to a portal, so unless you save previous quotes, you can't prove them wrong. Being that I had dealt with this for over2 weeks and the low was in the single digits, I just had them replace my furnace. The contractors that did that left a pile of dirt by my new furnace for me to clean up.
I have other jobs I need to have done but I will not be calling this company.
Do not be pressured and use this company! I was a sucker and initially thought having the furnace cleaned for $39 was a great deal, and Tom Martino endorsed. Don't believe the Google reviews. Tom M. should be ashamed to market companies like this. Sadly, before they came for the cleaning, (I can't imagine what they would have caused or come up with during that process), my furnace stopped blowing warm air. I hoped to have them out and do the cleaning and repair the issue, but would only come for repair and then would clean at a separate appointment after repair was done. My regular company could have come out same day or next, but thought I would contact this company since they were scheduled to come out and clean the furnace.
Their tech was quite the talker, promoting himself and his knowledge. He gave me a price of almost $1600 to replace the inductor motor. I questioned that, and he assured me that although they were slightly higher priced than other smaller companies, (due to 24/7 availability), that their price wouldn't be more than $100-200 more than a smaller competitor. It was during our coldest mornings of the year and I see clients from home, so needed to get heat running. When the techs left to get the part, I started researching the part, and could see they were overcharging me. I questioned the tech more when he returned and asked how much they were charging for labor. He told me he didn't know, he just plugged into his phone and company gave the price. I told him that was way too much. He called his boss who told him he could reduce price down to $1158, which still seemed high, but I was needing heat, and was waiting to hear back from the company I normally use for an exact price. They had already told me it was $600-900, but owner was getting back to me once she plugged exact part in. The price came in at $683 installed, with a reputable and trustworthy company. I was an idiot for giving this company a chance. In addition, they don't give you a receipt or documentation of what was fixed. What happens regarding warranty if this part goes bad? How can they not give you an invoice/receipt?
I contacted Fix-It first thing yesterday, (Monday) morning and told them I wanted to speak to a manager/supervisor about the pricing, and cancel the cleaning. (Who knows what they would come up with during that scam?) I was called back by a representative from their office, assuring me that a manager would be calling me. I never got a call. I got on the chat this morning, and called in, and once again I am being told they will pass the message on to contact me.
It is only 8:20 am, so hoping they do the right thing, but looking at previous reviews, I'm not hopeful. It is really sad seeing all of the reviews and others taken advantage of.
I am infuriated with this company and with myself for letting them take advantage of me. If I actually hear back from them or they make it right, I will update this.
Update: Got a call back and supposedly crediting me $100, which is not enough. Excuses were made based on the size of their company and expenses to justify higher prices than smaller mom and pop companies. Not okay.

Unreliable and confused staff. Had an annual AC inspection scheduled for Thursday 4/27 (weeks in advance). Received call morning of appointment (at 8:30 when window of service was supposed to be 8-12 noon) that due to staffing the technician couldn't make it. Had taken a half day off and after the call went to work only to receive another call that technician was on his way. Rescheduled for 5/9. Called twice to check-was told at 11:30 the technician was on his way meaning within 20 minutes. No technician by 12:10 so another half day off work wasted. A/C technician actually came yesterday 5/11 but couldn't get one unit to start. Electrician supposed to show up today between 2 and 4:00pm. Fix-it called me at 7:55 to say the electrician was on his way. Clearly poor scheduling and complete disrespect for their customers.
After Fit-It installed a new air conditioner and electronic air filter, I signed up for the Green Club which provides annual inspections for AC, furnace, electrical, and a hot water heater flush.
Electric Inspection - The tech recommended that my electrical panel be replaced. Fair enough, my home is 40 years old - I spent $1,200. He also, recommended that the power box be replaced for the AC which they recently installed. This should have been completed with the install. The tech asked to use my bathroom.
Furnace Cleaning/Inspection - The tech failed to reconnect my humidifier, had to call them back out.
Hot Water Heater Flush - The deal is that Fix-It keeps track of my annual appointments and schedules them. The hot water heater flush was due in May and they failed to schedule so I called in October. My appointment time frame was 8-12. I called at 11:30 and was informed that, on their end, my time frame was 10-2. During the flush process, the tech turned on the valve to my sprinkler system which had already been blown out. I heard water rushing out of the back flow and asked the tech why it was running and if he turned on the valve. He lied to me and said he did not (the valve is closed during the sprinkler blow out). Upon leaving, I asked him if he drained the water from the sprinkler line via the pin valve which he replied that he did. I checked and he had not...another lie. The tech clearly did not know what he was doing.
The electronic air filter Fix-It installed requires specialty filters. I called Fix-It to replenish them and was informed that the cost is $275 for a box of 4! The employee I spoke to said he would order them and ship them out. The order was never placed.
New techs receive no formal training. They do ride alongs with a more seasoned tech for a short time and then are sent out on their own.
The Green Club is a ploy to get techs into your home to upsell products.

Stay away from Fix-it 24/7. After having issues with our furnace we got conned into joining their membership program. They overcharged to repair our furnace but it was cold and we needed it right away. They insisted we changed our furnace for a ridiculous amount and glad we decided to wait. We got quote for almost half what they were charging. Then had another issue with our sprinkler valve. Again their quote was about three times more from other quotes. It's instante how much they overprice. So we decided to cancel our membership since we won't be having them do any work. Well, because it hasn't been a whole year, they now want to back charge us for any work done during the few months we had them. Even though we were paying them a monthly fee. It's ridiculous. Stay far far away
Pricing extremely higher than other companies. Although I was very satisfied with the technician who replaced my water heater, the price was way out of line. I had an emergent situation, so felt stuck with choosing them. They refused to give me an invoice breakdown that my insurance company required, stating they were a flat, fixed rate company and won't give a breakdown of the cost (i.e. removal, installation, permit, pan, etc). When I called to get this information, Dustin was not friendly and seemed quite put-out with me and my request. Due to this, my insurance benefit was reduced majorly. I will never use this company again. Run the other direction and shop around!
So The Tech came out and found that the unit was over charged. He removed some coolant and I signed up for their membership. They came over last Monday 9/12/22 in the morning and cleaned the AC unit and the Furnace. My roommate called at 4:00 pm saying the AC would not turn on. I called and they dispatched the tech and he came out and found a loose wire was causing the problem. I sent a message to Logan stating I would call him later.
Today 9/19/2022 the AC unit is again not turning on.
I had to call dispatch again at 3:20. The AC will again not turn on. The unit was fixed by your tech last Monday night around 10:00 pm after a thermostat wire broke after it was cleaned last Monday. I also requested that dispatch have Logan call me . This is the third time now. I tried to send a message for Logan the owner and Yelp will not allow a message to be sent
NEVER, EVER trust high pressure sales! I hate people who TRY take advantage of woman homeowner. I called these people out because they advertise free service call. Tech came to house said my furnace and a/c were so old (less than 20 years) that both needed replaced. Sent out a salesman... No...he says, furnace only needs to be cleaned but A/C had to be replaced, and we will clean furnace free of charge when we replace the A/C. $20,000 he says with a smile.
What he didnt know is that i had called and got 2 other quotes...I was quoted by 2 other repair men..$15K and 18K to replace both units. ( My Dad always said get 3 quotes before you buy anything big.) APPLES TO APPLES he said my high pressure salesman said... so I said show me details of everything you're gonna do, just like the previous estimators.
I said I would have to think on it and no matter how he tried to get me to sign...threat of price increase by end of week...blah blah... I kept quoting the Meatloaf song .Well let me sleep on it baby.
So happens my neighbor who was shocked at the prices, knew a guy... that guy came out today! Looked at both furnace and A/C. Found that a squirrel chewed thru the wires on A\C and absolutely nothing wrong with furnace. $100 for service call and repair and furnace inspection. I'm chilling in my house now.
Never got that APPLES to APPLES quote. Just a bottom line what it would cost to install a new A/C unit.
Had A/C serviced which was good, nothing to complain about. Then the plumbers came to do an inspection and sewer scope. Previous owners said this is a $100-200 job and clears out any clogs between house and road. Also had them take a look at a minor shower leak. They literally broke my downstairs toilet and charged $400 to fix the piece they broke while sewer scoping which did absolutely nothing and $500 for the scope which also did nothing. They did hand me a $10k and $30k quote to fix my plumbing. Then a $2k quote to fix the shower which they also made worse. Total scam.
Furnace out. 4 degrees outside. I researched and troubleshoot the problem. Part is $250. Call this group as I need to work. Quoted me $1,900 for a furnace inducer motor and replacement. It's 5 screws and 5 min job. Easy fix. Told him that's outrageous price for a simple fix. The tech then goes to tell me that I can't buy part as a homeowner...they only will sell to contractors and that I'll have problems with my insurance company. All BS. This company tries to exploit people and situations.
Had these guys out to look at my underperforming AC unit. First guy quoted me like $6K to repair it and recommended we just consider a new unit. A 2nd guy came out the next day and quoted me $15K for the new unit.
I had another contractor come out who identified several other repairs that this company didn't, quoted me $2500 for all of them, and finished the repairs in the same day. My unit now runs like it's brand new.
Fix-it 24/7 is clearly running a racket. Don't even consider them.
Your company came out last season to clean my furnace, took it apart, and the tech said I needed a new motor. I asked the tech to put it back together as I could not afford a new motor. The furnace was in pieces all over the floor and the tech said he could not put it back, the furnace would not work!!!!!
I felt I had no choice and bought a new motor, that I'm STILL paying for it, and as soon as it was installed it HUMMED! Several techs came out and talked about venting system may be at fault. It's not! I have lived in my home over 30 yrs and have had 2 furnaces - neither HUMMED. The humming started with the installation of this new motor.
Now that the heating season is back the furnace STILL HUMMS!
It is making my life in my home that I love MISERABLE - MISERABLE - with the constant HUMMING!
PLEASE do the right thing and replace this motor with a motor that is the correct motor for my furnace that does not HUM!
The response to my 1st review was to call so we can work on making it right.
This company STILL has not done anything!
I am in my late 70s and hope to live out my life in the home I love PEACEFULLY!
FixIt 24/7 PLEASE correct the situation you created!
I spoke with them
About my main drain being clogged on a Saturday , we set an appointment for Monday, they called at 3:20 and said plumber would be there in 45 minutes, I don't hear from them so I call at 5:00 pm and they cancelled
My appointment and didn't even call to tell me, turns out the won't do plumbing work
On townhomes or condos, thanks for wasting my day!
I scheduled two weeks in advance for A/C and furnace checkup. The morning came and I received a text message at 7:46 am that the tech was ready to come to my house. I responded OK and they confirmed. At 8:48 am I texted back and asked where my tech was. No response. I texted again at 8:58 am. Again, no response. I called the Fix-it 24/7 phone number and was told meetings had run late. I called the same phone number again at 9:20 am and was told traffic was heavy.
I was lied to at 7:46 am. I don't need to do business with a company like this. And this is a Tom Martino approved business? (he personally endorses them on television commercials) Makes me wonder about Tom Martino.
Denver, CO - My 2nd review of the humming furnace from Fix It. Fix It is not doing anything to replace the motor w/one that does not have a loud hum, they suggest I redo my entire furnace system - adding more air returns, replacing all the duct work throughout the house - that might help the hum!!!!!!!! All at a cost of THOUSANDS of dollars - just because of a $200 motor!!!
For 30 years and 2 furnaces there has NEVER been any issue whatsoever with any humming sound, air returns have been adequate, and all the duct work has worked perfectly!!!!!!!!!!! That is UNTIL FIX IT!
They took my furnace apart and WOULD NOT PUT IT BACK TOGETHER unless I bought a motor. And when that one hummed they brought in a more expensive motor that also hums!!!
The cost of the 1st motor $1261 - the 2nd motor that was the right motor an additional $300. $1500 that I told them I can't afford, and the motor still hums! They have done nothing about these charges either. Can't even get anything in writing on warranty information.
Their response to 1st review is to call so we can work on making it right seems to be positive.
***** EXCEPT when you call Logan business owner he will not take your call!!!
I was told another manager Mariano would call - well it's been 3 weeks and NO ONE HAS CALLED.*****
The words making it right have NO MEANING to FIX IT!!!

I had a horrible experience with this company. Jose tried to sell me a $2500 A/C motor; a second opinion company concluded there was nothing wrong with the motor. My realtor and I both had to call literally every day in order to get the certification promised and (over)paid for. I requested a client concern form two weeks ago and have not received it. Incompetent, unethical, overpriced, non-communicative company. DO NOT USE!!
They cancelled an appointment made weeks ago without notifying us, said they called when they didn't, and blamed us. Absolutely terrible company.

I have been very happy with the sevice delivery for the projects completed in my home, but have some feedback for you to consider:
-your brochure states '0% financing for all projects'. You should qualify this with 'select' projects and what those criteria are. I am assuming the purchase and installation of a furnace/ac is considered a project? On your website under 'financing' it shows more correct information 'flexible financing options', consider that exact wording on your brochure
-break down the sales contract pricing for large items (eg. furnace/ac), a bottom line total is not helpful as it doesn't show any discounts for example GCM. The disclaimer under the total that all discounts and promos are included is essentially saying there is no discount. It also makes it difficult to compare your estimate 'apples to apples' for your pricing matching guarantee.
-include the overall price including the financing over 10 years, I can calculate but I think fairness in lending should include this
-don't use sharpie marker to write on control panel lables, the line is too thick to read clearly and it smears easy. Use ballpoint pen please
-don't assume your customers know how your business is organized/operates. For new customers, give them an elevator pitch...it will make things easier later
-respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner or let them know you are working on it. I have been waiting since last week for some answers and have had to call back several times to speak to several different people to get resolution to some, finally, yesterday

It made me sick to my stomach when I realized that this company is a complete scam. I have never written a negative review before, but I cannot in good conscience let them get away with what they did. They took advantage of my wife when our furnace stopped working on a cold day in January 2023. They convinced her that our furnace needed urgent replacing, and used gross sales tactics to pressure her into making a quick decision. In the end, they ended up replacing our entire furnace for over $13,000. They quoted us for an entire HVAC system for $28,000, which is beyond ridiculous. Luckily, we refused that offer, but we fell for the furnace quote. It was our fault for not doing our research, but they told us they were almost out of stock and we had to act immediately to not be at risk of losing heat again in the middle of the night. A comfort adviser came over and convinced us that we were getting a great deal. They subtracted the cost of the very expensive repairs, so in the end the furnace cost $12,500. After my wife signed the paperwork and they installed the furnace, I got a sinking feeling. The furnace was not as great as they had promised. Then, I went online and did a little bit of research. First, I found out that the type and brand of furnace we got should have been between $1,500 to $4,500 with an install cost of $500-$2,500. In other words, they charged us double what we should have paid. Second, I started researching this business on Yelp and BBB. I realized that I was not the only victim of their scams. Run away, run far away from this unethical company.

It's a Sunday afternoon on Labor Day weekend, and after my kitchen sink got stopped up last Thursday afternoon, I got in touch with Fix-It 24/7, thinking 24/7 meant they'd be able to come pretty quickly. Around 4 p.m. on Thursday, I chatted with someone on line who said they'd have a tech call me to schedule an appointment, but they assured me someone would be able to come the next afternoon, on Friday. I'd assumed a tech would call me within a couple of hours of my on-line chat Thursday afternoon. No one did.
The next day, when I still hadn't heard from anyone, I called the company at around 11 a.m. on Friday. They had no record of my on-line chat. They scheduled me to have a tech come out that afternoon. Mid-afternoon Friday, they called me and told me the tech had gotten hung up, and they needed to push my appointment to Saturday afternoon. I wasn't happy, but I said okay. They assured me I'd get priority because I'd been pushed once.
Saturday afternoon, someone called and told me that the tech had gotten hung up, and they needed to push me - again. Only now they wanted to reschedule me on Tuesday, the day after Labor Day - three days away!!
Believing that there was no guarantee I wouldn't be pushed again on Tuesday, and knowing I didn't want to wait that long, I told them no thank you, and that I would call another company.
Geez. I've made a note in my contacts to NEVER call Fix-It 24/7 again. If I could give them zero stars I would.
P.S. On a happier note, today at around 3 p.m., I called Rooter Town Plumbers in Parker, CO (near my home), and they had a tech at my house by 3:40 p.m. - within 40 minutes of my call on a holiday weekend!!!! What?!?! I was stunned (in a really good way). J.C., my tech, did a GREAT job, and it's all fixed, relatively painlessly. THANK YOU ROOTER TOWN PLUMBERS!!

I had a furnace problem on a cold night ...couldn't wait til morning ... I called a bunch of places but only Fix-It could come out right away. There was a late night extra fee but I was glad to get it done . They had the needed part on the truck even
9-22-2021 Re: Excellent Electrician Bradford Dillman
He's a keeper, he was on time, reliable, friendly, laughed at my stupid jokes, played with my yappy dogs, all while replacing my outdoor security light, while reviewing the crappy work done by angi list, beware!!
Bradford thank you for caring !!
I had a service tech that was a new guy I was not ok with his diagnosis
I paid 39.00 for a trip charge Brian called me the same day and he sent a refund of my 39.00 and offered to clean my A/C for free next year nobody is perfect hot very hot days this year , I may take him up on the free service next year and they are a-ok with me no harm no fowl .
I called because main breaker wouldn't reset. I was told it was $ 139.00 for after hours service call. The electrician came look at the breaker and reset it. Less than three minutes and charged me $500.00. Unacceptable!
We used this company today to repair my hot water heat. The technician was very polite and knowable, He charged 1597,00 for a 2 1/2 hour job and one part that sells on Amazon for 89.00. The technician quoited a price and then later added in the 200. Call fee. This should have been added in the total of the initial quote. I feel he took total advantage of the fact that we needed a heater. Most companies do not charge 700 an hour for labor. This is very bad business.
Let me start by saying that I am not an electrician, and not much of a DIYer either. Hence, when I tried to diagnose why my in-sink disposal was not working, I was sure it was an electrical issue. We had replaced the disposal a couple years before, and it had not given us any issues or indications that it was failing.
So I called Fix-It 24/7. The people on the phone were nice and set up an appointment for the two days later. Our electrician (I regret that I forget his name) and his apprentice showed up right on time and I showed them to the problem.
The first thing he told me, before he even touched any part of my house, was that it would be $260 to fix the problem. That was my first red flag. He hadn't even so much as looked under my sink or taken out a single tool.
Once I reluctantly agreed, it took him about 2 minutes before he said, The electrical is fine, your disposal is broken.
Now look, of course I'm embarrassed because I thought I had made sure that the disposal was not the issue. However, when I apologized for wasting his time, he said I can't charge you for that. How about $200?
Wait, what? This is a negotiation? He hadn't done any work at all. I said Isn't this what the trip charge is for? He could be in and out of my house in 10 minutes and have made $40 for his trouble without fixing anything. But no. Not this electrician. He then said How about $150. I said, Fine, whatever. And I thought that would be the end of it.
So I encouraged him to leave. But, I guess he realized that I was planning on making a complaint, and then started looking for something to do. He told his apprentice to grab his cleaning supplies and then went out to my electrical box and started blowing it out with compressed air. Wow, what an incredible use of my time. At this point, I had told him he didn't need to do anything else and could leave at least three times. The only reason he stayed in my home is because he knew that charging me $150 for 5 minutes of work was problematic, so he had to do some menial task in order to justify his price tag.
This was a terrible experience. Don't use Fix-It 24/7. If this is the kind of unethical people they are willing to employ, they don't deserve your business.

I hired them since they were associated with Home Depot for furnace maintenance and repairs - thinking this should be okay if they are associated with Home Depot as I've had bad luck with contractors before. Their repairs and their workmanship caused more problems for my furnace including three months later, a no longer a working furnace. Here are photos of their work since I had to call someone else to come fix it. They taped metal to metal, caused a burn through the printed wiring board, and also a hazard for a potential house fire as it shorted and burned through. I called them when things stopped working and their 24/7 policy is not accurate, nor did they offer any compensation or refund for this. They don't stand by any of their guarantees. I do not recommend them. Please, go somewhere else.
It's extremely rare where I give a 5 star review. Derek came out to fix a leak in my kitchen sink drain pipe. Very professional, courteous, and friendly. Provided tips, options and advise for other plumbing work I need done. I will definitely call them when I'm ready!

My 20 year HVAC service company was acquired by Fix It in the summer of 2020. I received a letter and a discount card, so I contacted Fix It in Sep 2020.
Turns out, none of the records from the old company came over, because of Fix It's new systems. So we start out as a new account. They sold me a Maintenance Club membership but the discount card basically worthless because of a long list of services to which it can not be applied.
They schedule and provide a service on 25th Sep 2020. During that service, the tech sold me a device to soften the AC Compressor start-up that he thought would cost around $200 with my Maintenance Club membership. The tech could not be sure since he did not know how to use their new systems.
Fast forward to 8th Jan 2021 when I receive a bill for $500, after having no contact from Fix It (other than more worthless discount cards for my friends since I am such a valued customer) in the intervening 3+ months. Then on 9th Jan 2021 I get a phone message that they intend to file a lien on my property. I call the company today.
The person, who said he was the Operations Manager, who was going to file the lien, had trouble pulling up my account, more systems issues. He had no idea why the discount, which was interestingly enough shown on the bill, but not applied, had not been applied. Nor was he curious enough to actually sort out what I presume is yet another systems issue.
So to be done with these people, I paid the full amount and asked that my account be canceled.
Clearly, their systems are a mess. Their billing may be fraudulent. And their service techs are at best misinformed or purposely misleading clients.

Our ceiling was leaking and we called in at around 6pm. They finally showed up at 8:30pm and the guy that showed up wouldn't climb a ladder. Why would someone come out for a call and not be comfortable climbing a ladder? We suggested he call in and find someone to help b/c my husband is physically unable. He came back and said there was no one else. We asked to speak to a manager and were told that one was available and the manager would call in the morning. All the while more water damage is occurring. So we called into the call in number and the lady informed us that the manager knew and would call in the morning. We asked if they would then pay for the extra damage that happens during the night. She said she would reach out to a manger and we would receive a call. We explained that the issue was severe and the source of the water needed to be figured out before the morning. No manager called so about an hour later we called in again and the gentleman said he would forward it to a manger. Needless to say we didn't receive a call back from a manger. Overall there appeared to be no lack of care for the situation. We signed up for the plan and now it is okay for the tech to come out and say he won't do anything to help and a supervisor refuses to call back, even when the situation is dire. To me that is not great customer service and I would not recommend this company to anyone. We ended up having to pay for another tech to come out and pay the extra fees since it was evening time.
Fix-It 24/7 was recommended by my previous company that I loved (Builders Heating and Air Conditioning) when the owner of that business sold the company. I am not sure why he recommended them. I scheduled an appointment with them two weeks in advance of needing the work done, as the work needed to be done prior to some other construction work at my house. The day arrives for them to do the work, and no one shows up, at all. When I call them, I am told that the technician that was assigned got tied up with an emergency and that no one would be coming today. (I am not sure if they were ever going to call me to let me know?)
I reiterate why I need someone to come out today, because the crew that is scheduled to come the next morning will not be able to complete the work, and ask for any other resolution, and they just say that they apologize.
I wish I would have actually looked at Yelp review instead of simply taking the recommendation from the other company as I would have seen the track record in other reviews. This experience was completely unprofessional, and I highly suggest you find another company that does not waste your time.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. SERIOUSLY. ASKED TO service two furnaces took over 8 hours, called them because the tech was dragging dirt everywhere and they told him the owner was complaining about him so he didn't want to finish. After he left I had the furnace inspected and it failed. Called and they said well we didn't certify the furnace. jeez not only are you terrible at your job, your service folks don't even TRY to make it right. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE.

Great service with well trained technicians. The technician spent over 2 1/2 hours taking apart and cleaning my furnace. He did a wonderful job. Will recommend to others.
(not sure why Yelp thinks I am in San Francisco, CA, but I am in Colorado and this incident happened in Colorado)
I needed an installation for my new kitchen faucet. I saw the ad online that they had free estimates. But, when the guy came, he started out by telling me I needed a pressure gauge for my house not even having looked at anything. He asked me about all my other plumbing problems of which I had none. I mentioned I had a humidifier leak that was now fixed. He brushed that off saying humidifiers were not plumbing. (water pipe and water seemed plumbing to me, but I didn't argue.) He tried to impress me that my whole beautiful home would be in jeopardy without having the right kind of warranted service person do this install. In the end, he gave me two options. One was for $505 and the other was $1,100. These based on the degree of guarantee of the labor! (the Delta faucet I had bought myself new, so I suppose that's why he wasn't offering to guarantee it) I said no thanks and was done talking, but he kept going on about his being a 26 year licensed master plumber, etc. I just said no thanks, but then he said he had to charge me a trip fee of $39. Whatever! I just paid it so he didn't keep going on about what a mistake I would be making if I had my handyman install it. My husband used to do all this type of work, but he fell and broke his neck so cannot do such things again. My handyman is very handy, but it is Easter weekend and I thought I'd just handle it so he could have a weekend with his family. I guess my point is that I did NOT get a free estimate and if you think you won't be pressured by this type of company to spend way more than you should, think again. Google the cost yourself. In Denver, it typically costs between $160 and $345 to install a kitchen faucet. So, yeah...Google it. (unless you have more money than time...that's the prey for this company)
We made a reservation to have them come out and give us a a/c check up in May. They called us and said they had to reschedule us to June 26th between 1 and 4 due to all the a/c installs and repairs they had, but they put us on their Priority list.
Well, it's today and it's 3:45... no repairman. I call and the young lady on the phone informs me that I'm scheduled for the next Friday, the 29th. I kindly told her that next Friday was July 3rd. I was put on hold, then she came back on the phone and started to give me a speech about how she was sorry we weren't called, but they are servicing a/c outages or installs first. She did say we were on the Priority list.
I asked if they could give me a date... same speech. I told her to take me off the list, I would find a company that's dependable and will show up when they say they will.
I would give a 0 if I could; would not trust this company to look at a toaster. Repairman came out, said he was a supervisor with years of experience. I described the problem that the furnace would not go on. Said he knew what the problem was before he inspected the furnace. He did look at the furnace and said the A/C coils were dirty causing the furnace to overheat and shut down for three hours due to the cold weather. Said the furnace was worn out and needed to be replaced. He said they were the installers for Home Depot and would give me an estimate for replacement, but don't run the furnace too much due to the overheating. I didn't trust his evaluation and declined the estimate. I called another company, the serviceman inspected and cleaned the heat probe. I asked about if the furnace was overheating due to the A/C coils and he said the furnace was pretty clean and the overheating switch was working and did not need replacing. The furnace is now working fine and the weather has been colder.
If you want someone that cares about having your business, call Flatirons Plumbing at (720) 669-2860.
I had an appointment with them for today. We have a pipe that is clogged and preventing us from being able to wash dishes or clothes. They're too busy and needed to reschedule. The other option was for us to pay $140 for after hours work. So because they couldn't hold up THEIR schedule, I either have to wait until Monday or get ripped for an extra $140? I don't think so. Goodbye! -Click-

A couple of hours after my review was posted here and on Google, I received a call from Fix It customer service. After explaining my point of view and hearing theirs (they charge by the job, not by the hour, three-year warranty, etc), we arrived at a settlement, which they followed though on.
I'm under no false impression that as a result of a call with a friendly and empowered customer service manager that the questionable business practice that I described above will now all of a sudden be fixed and no one will experience again.
I am still definitely put off by my experience. Their practice of charging by the job is perfectly fine, so long as that price is within a realm of fairness. There is no justification for paying more than $950 for a 45-minute job to replace a $200 pump. Again, I am not a plumber and had not the faintest idea what it would take to get my sump pump fixed or replaced. So, in advance of the work being done and with a nearly overflowing sump and more rain on the horizon, how was I to decide what is a fair price? I relied on the fairness and integrity of a reputed firm. I was let down this time around.
It's sad that it took a negative review to get any action on their part. As I said, I had tried numerous times to reach them before posting my review. But, I am satisfied with the settlement and applaud them for at least reaching out and making it right.

I have a water heater issue. They sent someone out to my home. Originally they said he'd be there from 1 to 5 and didn't show up until 6:30. Once he was there, he looked at the water heater and said it needed to a new blower. Said the blower itself was $1500 to $2000 and he wasn't sure if it could be found and it would take a long time to source the part. I googled it and in five minutes found it available online at $203. The next repairman I hired said that there wasn't even anything wrong with the blower.

Most amazing experience with the most outstanding people.
My initial request was for an AC and furnace cleaning. The AC report was great, I was very relieved to know that my AC unit is in good condition and wasn't going to break down any time soon. The young man than cleaned the furnace. The furnace report was bad. The previous owner of my house installed the furnace with a lick and a promise. But Fix It 24/7 came to the rescue! I wound up having to buy a new furnace, which is better than breathing in carbon monoxide. Fix It 24/7 did an outstanding job and the installers, Ronald and Alfredo, were top notch. Their work and service is superior than any other company I've done business with. I am beyond satisfied. I HIGHLY recommend Fix It 24/7 for any HVAC or plumbing need. Fix It 24/7 is the best in every way!!!
Avoid these guys. Used to be a pretty good company ... but has gone downhill in a huge decline of late. Techs constantly run late of promised time windows. Prices are laughably outrageous. On our last appointment, they quoted me $1,300 for a repair ... but then said they could apply a 50% discount. 50%? That's obviously absurd. And they are playing games, trying to milk money out of unsuspecting, good people. To make matters worse, on three of the three last times we had them out, they brought people along who were in training. They spent more time with the training of their new, novice people than they did fixing our problems. Do yourself a favor and skip this company. Plenty of other hard working, honest companies in town doing much better work at much better prices.
They were very quick to respond and got here quicker than any other company. The sales rep pretended to give me extra Veteran discounts if I bought right away. I probably should have gotten quotes from other companies. I feel like I was extremely overcharged because I am a single woman and they took advantage of my naivety. In comparison, I was charged about $5,000 - $7,000 more than most other companies would have charged me. I did purchase a while back and I regret not doing a pricing compare. I gave it 3 stars because the service, technician, unit and warranty were great. But I do feel taken advantage of as a woman and a veteran.
Service was okay. Their pricing was outages. They charged $350 to replace a $50 expansion tank and $300 to replace a $15 valve. find another service if at all possible.
Our furnace went out and we had a technician come which was fine and he told us that our furnace needed a lot of help but could be repaired. In a matter of minutes he called a salesman to come over to try to sell us a new air conditioner/furnace anywhere from 25,000 down to 15,000 in a matter of minutes. Pressuring us to sign as he used his cheesy sales tactics which were so text book we could've puked. It was the most bizarre thing ever! Like a dirty car salesmen lying right before our eyes talking to their manager. I wouldn't recommend this place for a second. Who does this?
Beware!!

To fix a drip, I was quoted almost $500 to replace one Kohler cartridge in my bathtub faucet by 24 7. This was with my membership discount. I called around and found out Kohler will guarantee there cartridges for a lifetime. No questions asked they sent both the 2 cartridges for free.
I called Bernie plumbing and they installed both, fixed a slow draing sink and charged $150. Done in 45 minutes.
24 7 should know the parts are free! I am a senior on fixed income and saved almost $900 by not using 24 7.
Their scheduling is often a problem with same day changes.
Canceling my membership.
A/C had stopped working and called Fix-it 24/7 to come and take a look. $40 trip charge, which I thought was more than reasonable. When the technician arrived, he was friendly and respectful. I told him that the outside compressor unit was not coming on so we walked out to take a look - I told him I thought it might be the capacitor. Sure enough, he tested the capacitor and it was bad. He said he had one in the truck, that it would be four thirty five for the part and he could have it done in about 10 minutes. I said go for it. A/C fixed, time to pay the bill about 20 minutes after he arrived. That will be $475 plus some tax. I said WHAAAAAAT!!!.
I thought he had meant $4.35 for the part (because ummm, that's a reasonable price for a capacitor). This particular capacitor was $4.18 online so my interpretation of 435 == $4.35 was not unreasonable. This place charges 100x the actual cost of a part - unethical.
I had him remove it and leave - I paid the trip charge, bought the part for $15 at a local supply shop, installed it and the AC works perfectly fine. Beware of the drastic upcharge in parts done by Fix-it 24/7. 100x actual cost for a part - I told the supply shop this story and they couldn't believe it.
Worst customer service, giving evasive answers, right out lies. Kept us 5 days waiting to finally say they can't service a 2 floor townhouse!
I should have updated this long ago. Fix-it 24/7 has made up for the initial issues and gone above and beyond to keep my system running at peak performance. Sometimes bad things happen, and it's how a business handles that and moves on that really says something about them. Despite my negative reviews and probably some salty language when I called, they've been there for me since. Always promptly and always professional. To me, that's the kind of business I want to deal with. I would gladly recommend them to my friends and family.

Last year on the coldest two weeks of the year I called Fix it 24/7 to fix my heater because it stopped working and they showed up within a hour and told me my Trane heater was too old to get parts for! But said he would make a call to find a new gas valve and he said your in luck I found one! And would be back tomorrow to repair my furnace and he did, then after the repair told me I have good news and I have bad what would I like to hear first? I told him lay it on me. He said the good is your unit is now working the bad is you need a new unit and the good also we can apply the $1000 bill to a new unit. I asked how much for a new unit he said $17000 I said I will have to think about it. The unit stopped working two days later so I called a Trane Technician and he came out and said your unit is not obsolete and also said that he changed out a good value. He put old value back on and cleaned the flame sensor and and the unit started working again! And the Trane Technician didn't change me a dime to fix! Fix it 24/7 is a scam just trying to sell everyone a new unit wether you need it or not. There a total rip off. I called Fix it 24/7 back to complain they said that they would rectify the situation and make it right. That was also a lie I will never use Fix it 24 7 again. Please be careful of them!

I was finally fed up with global warming and called fix-it 24-7 to aid in my cooling needs. The next day Kyler shows up and gives me a quote and walks me through everything. Two days later Joel shows up and installs my new furnace and ac. I couldn't be happier. Everyone was super professional and did an awesome job. I have had the system for a couple of weeks now and couldn't be happier.

I tried to book an appointment for the Tom Martino $39 Heating Special (The mentioned special is a complete furnace cleaning for $39), a month ago and when trying to arrange said appointment, I was told they were busy and would have to call me back.
I agreed, and waited for their call...and waited, and waited...but they never called back.
Fast-forward to last week, when I call Fix-it 24/7 again trying to arrange an appointment for the very same Tom Martino $39 Heating Special. When I called, the person on the other end of the line had no idea what I was talking about (feigning ignorance, perhaps) despite the special being plastered all over their website and hyped on Fox31 every weekday morning.
They eventually acquiesced and agreed to make an appointment to service my furnace the following Monday 1/4/21, between 2-5pm.
Come Monday morning and I was anticipating a call from Fix-It 24/7 to let me know the technician was on their way.
But no call.
Come 5:00 with no call and no technician I call Fix-It 24/7 and ask what's up, and I'm told that my appointment was bumped back 2 weeks because, We're really busy with important appointments.
Upon inquiring if a technician could come later in the night (they are 24/7 after all) I was told, Well, we could do that, but the technician won't be able to clean your furnace unless he repairs it first.
My furnace is fine, and I never told them I had a problem with my furnace, I just told them it needed to be cleaned.
So not only does Fix It 24/7 not try to honor their publicized deals, not return calls, not keep appointments, and not bother to inform people about scheduling changes, they also try to bait-and-switch so they can upsell you services you don't need and never asked for.
I always assumed Tom Martino's recognition and recommendation for a business meant that it was a reputable business that he was endorsing, but it turns out his name is worth as much as Fix-It 24/7's word - which is to say, worthless.
Stay away from this company - there's plenty of other plumbing, electrical, and HVAC companies throughout Colorado, and you're better off going to any of them rather than being jerked around and lied to by Fix-It 24/7.
Honestly, I should've known this company was trash - the jingle they use in their commercials is annoying as hell and practically unintelligible. If they willingly paid someone to put that in their commercials it's obvious Fix-It 24/7 is owned and operated by dullards.

The good thing is they had a Tech come out in just a few hours. The bad thing is the Tech was not friendly at all. My AC had stopped working and he told me I needed a new motor and he would install it for $1039 plus the $39 trip fee. When I told him I was going to get a second opinion he became even less friendly and left. Even if I was quoted the same or more by another company there is no way I would have had Fix-It24/7 back out.
I went online and found the Motor for for just $158.82 and it took less than an hour to install. MOT187311$158.82 USD$158.82 USD
You might think since he said he had the motor in his truck and was already here and that it may only take him a half hour to install that he would quote $400. i would have had him install it immediately - it was 91 degrees outside.

DO NOT CALL
Had Fix It work on my furnace in November. Have spent yesterday and today trying to figure out why our AC wouldn't come on. You know, the 93 degree days. Fix It didn't wire it right. He didn't hook up the AC wire on the new furnace blower. Hours looking at wires , troubleshooting the thermostat, changing the batteries, etc. Finally checked the voltage in the yellow wire. Zero. Looked in the furnace, that wire had been disconnected and cut. Never connected to the new blower.
I originally purchased a full HVAC system in 2013 through a different company, that company shut down and sold their clients to Fix-It 24/7. My AC broke late summer 2021 and I called 24/7 to come out and look at it. I had made an appointment for a time window after 1pm, and was busy hosting guests from out of state(away from the hot house). I had received a couple of missed calls around 11am from a technician coming to look at it. I wasn't able to see the messages until after 12 and called him back, he informed me it was too late he left and I had to schedule someone else to come out on the following day. When they finally did come, they told me that there was a short to ground in the condenser and there was a burnout in the refrigerant. They told me I would need a whole new AC system. Even though my original purchase had a 10 year parts and labor warranty and lifetime on the condenser and it was only 8 years old, because I did not have records of regular maintenance by a licensed HVAC technician they would not honor the warranty. This was even though their own technician said the burnout was within a closed system and the most likely cause was it got contaminated during installation, regular maintenance could not have prevented this issue. They quoted me $11,000 to replace everything. I felt beyond insulted and went to a different company and only paid $7300 for a new system from a more professional company. My advice is to stay as far away as possible from Fix It 24/7.
I would caution anyone about using 24 Fix it, after I spent over $1000 with them, with deceased performance.
I was having AC problems after a wire shorted out, so I called them and they fixed the wire appropriately.
Next though we wanted to improve the performance, and clean the coil, however I was told by two 24 Fix it Techs that the coil was inaccessible and would need to replace my entire unit.
So, not wanting to spend $7,000 at the first road block, I paid them $1000 to try and clean the inaccessible coil. This resulted in the tech incorrectly replacing the motor and causing my AC to hum so loud in the living room that I couldn't hold a conversation.
They also told me that was not their problem LOL and said the dust they had cleaned out was so heavy that its removal was now causing the noise. Seriously.
So I got another bid for the replacement equipment and called a hometown HVAC friend. He actually made the drive to Denver because he couldn't believe the quote, and I'm writing this review here now because my friend opened and cleaned the inaccessible coil in no longer than 2 hrs, and wanted to charge me $150. I gladly paid him $300 for his time.
24 Fixit is highly motivated to replace all of your equipment for thousands of dollars, or try to sign you up on their subscription HVAC cleaning (who actually buys that?) But at the end of the day, seemed lazy and incompetent. Told me they couldn't fix a piece which a competitor fixed in 2 hrs at a fraction of the cost.
Oh yeah, best part, MY AC is amazing now. Seriously, though, I never liked the vibe from these guys. You're better off finding a Random contractor.

If I could give 0 stars I would. You rescheduled and cancelled 3 separate appointments within 4 days stating another emergency came up each time. On the 3rd cancellation we decided to take our business elsewhere.

Stay away from FIX IT 24/7 heating as they are very expensive.. I called them as we had used Builders for many years and they took it over. We had an inducer fan repair on our furnace and were charged $1300 ( piece online was $300). An electrostatic filter charge was $1600. A similar on line filter was listed for $150. When I complained to the manager, his comment was you agreed to the estimate. I did at the time, not expecting the very large markups and expecting that our now defunct large electrostatic filter would be fully replaced, not with a simple filter that slid into the old box. Installation of both took less than 45 minutes. Definitely would not recommend them and should have been aware of other negative comments posted about them. Be aware!
A plumber was sent out to evaluate he gave us an estimate and I was talking to my protion plan to get approval of plumber, told plumber wat protection plan needed to reimburse me $2900 for purchase and installation of a water heater. Gave plumber a list provided by protection plan and sent a copy via email to company Next day water heater was installed and so far no complaints with water heater, but a big problem with getting a detailed invoice called and emailed 2 wks before some one would even talk to me ,kept saying some one would call me back , they didn;t. I kept calling finally a clerk informed me that they did not break down invoices this is something I should have been told at first to give me the option to select a company who could. Asked to speak to a supervisor or manager , got more runaround. i finally spoke to some one who said she was an account supervisor who also told me they dont detail invoices and they wont do it for me When I told them a lawyer may get involved she told me to do that i have to do and since $2900 is involved i will. and if this wasn't enough, the tech who also installed a toilet which I purchased separately. charged $500. instead of the quoted $299.(cost still too high). Next day called about discrepancy in estimate and charges was told would get $200 refund.not yet received Also complained that toilet. wobbled took them 3 wks to send tech out, he informed us that the phalange was worn and would cost $187. more told him no that they already charged $500.which should have included all parts he tighted the phalange and set the toilet told us it would break and left. if you need satisfying quality, professional service this is not the company

I want to begin by saying that the actual work done by the employees of Fix It has always been good. However, their pricing is a terrible problem...just reviewing some other comments, I wonder if this may be a problem for single women in particular? I recently needed a repair to my boiler. It could have waited, but the problem was slowly worsening and making it necessary for someone to add water once a day. I had specified the exact part required, and had asked Fix It to have the repairman provide pricing on the part prior to arrival. I heard nothing, the repairman came and told me that the part was in short supply (which may be true) but then told me the charge would be $3200. I did approve the services as he said he had located '1 part in town'. As he was picking it up, I googled the part and found that it retailed, online, for $490. I then asked the workman to break out the price for parts and labor, and he said the company would not allow that. I then left a message for a supervisor, stating my complaint, and never received even the courtesy of a return call. I would recommend that everyone AVOID employing Fix-It 24 7.

Not honest - non responsive. I had a leak and they did not follow up with a written estimate. I found another Co. that did the fix for half the amount and more completely than Fix-it was recommending.

This company is incompetent and highly unprofessional. We had an electrician scheduled to come out only for them to cancel that appointment and make one a week later. Then the guy doesn't show up for his appointment time and turns up 5 hours late. Once he showed up, he decided it was too much work to do what he was sent out to do, and decided to leave and reschedule again. It's been two weeks and nothing has been done. We called to talk to someone and they're just as careless and lazy with no clue on when they'd be able to complete the services they were hired to perform. I'm not sure if I even want people this clueless to upgrade my electrical panel as I'm sure it would be shoddy, subpar work at this point. I would highly avoid these people unless you want an endless headache and to waste your time and money.
I have used the Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electric services offered by this company and am continually impressed at their high level of services and outstanding value.
In each and every case, their techs have always gone above and beyond the job at hand to do something extra for me, at no charge.
Their dispatch communicated effectively, so you can time your service to fit into your schedule and the techs explain fully what they are doing for you. There are no hidden fees or hocus-pocus pricing with FixIt. They're at the top of my list when I need something.

They came out to check a leaky hose bib and quoted me $740 to fix it, saying that they had to get inside the wall of my home to re-pipe it. Called another plumber who simply replaced the rotted turn handle and fixed the problem. The 2nd plumber didn't even charge me! To make matters worse, I entered into a $578 maintenance contract to start in July and gave them a post dated check. I cancelled in June, before it took effect and stopped payment on the check. In August, they submitted a draft to my bank and debited the $578 saying they had a signature on file and authorization. FRAUD!!!! I am still waiting for a refund.
I have an 18 yr old furnace and had them come out on 9/8 to do their $39 tune up and cleaning. Good price and service was OK. Took less than an hour for full cleaning and adjusting. Hmmm. The first thing the tech said was when he fired it up was that doesn't sound good. He also told me my blower was leaking a lot of oil and it as about to fail. He provided me photos he said would show that. I don't see any leaking oil in the photos and I checked the blower. It is spinning easily and makes no noise. If it was in as bad shape as he indicated he could have easily shown me but conveniently did not. I tried to contact fix it 24hrs 3 times since then by email, their web contact option and live chat and no one from their business will respond. I called today and talked to someone. Nice enough fellow but I didn't get the impression he was overtly concerned about the tech's behavior or poor response I received. So, bottom line decent service, questionable diagnostics and additional repair work pushed and poor follow up response. Will not be going back.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I cannot tell you what a disappointment they are. Kept lying about when they were coming ( we had a blocked sewer so) it took 3 Days!! Then after they did the job the cost changed to $425, on the radio it said $99. Now 4 weeks later our sewer is backed up again! They won't back up their own work and come out to fix it!! If I could rate them NO stars I would!
They charged me $1300 for an 18 inch pipe and had 2 plumbers there. I was just diagnosed with kidney cancer and they had already cancelled on me once. I shouldnt have said yes but needed it fixed. When I got home from the doctor and saw what little they did for $1300, a friend was watching our home, my wife and I were infuriated. They are a ripoff. Dont use them. I put in a complaint with the BBB a month ago and the 24/7 hasnt even responded. Dont use them!
My gas heater went out, so called Fit-It since I have bronchitis and needed to get this fixed ASAP. The tech was here in about an hour. He looked at it and said it's an older heater and would need several parts replaced. He didn't even try or do anything. Gave me a quote for
$1616.00 for repairs, did he think he could rip this old, sick lady off? lol
I had a coupon for a free $39 trip free, so was charged $89 for a diagnosis fee!
Anyway I got my heat on for $129.00 by a company who was professional, courteous, explained everything, cleaned the snow off the roof around my pipe (which was part of the problem), and checked my CO levels.
Won't call Fix-It again!
I'll give 2 stars bc they actually showed up very shortly after I called Saturday. I had requested a second opinion on my AC - if it was broken, and if so what do repairs look like and what's the option to replace if necessary.
The tech brought no equipment to diagnose anything. He basically looked at the AC and told me it's 9 years old, my house is my castle, and I should replace. He also told me it's builder grade, which makes no sense how he would know that to be fact. I had also told him the house is 13 years old. I think he assumed that bc I live in Stapleton I must be dumb and rich and ready to drop some dough.
The weirdest part was him spending the majority of the time actively trying to discredit the prior tech who had come by. He also informed me there is another large company in the area that is made up entirely of sex offenders.
So bizarre and so weird and felt like nothing but an attempted con job done poorly.
Our air conditioner stopped working so I made an appointment for same day, which was nice, but I get a call at 5:00 that evening that they have to cancel and are not coming. Don't set the appointment if you can' show up! I could have called and made other arrangements but am now stuck in August heat without air. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
These people are hucksters and con artists!
Our furnace stopped working for a few hours on a very cold night. I found this company the next day online. They appeared to have good reviews and were recommended by a radio personality. They tricked us into paying $3400 for repairs that had maybe $700 of materials including an electronic air filter I didn't want. A new furnace on average cost $4100. They were deliberately confusing and I asked to have the electronica filter removed in the old one put back. The back-and-forth where were the story kept changing and the prices kept changing for maintenance and timing of maintenance for the air filter. I asked my son-in-law to listen to him and recommend what I should do but apparently he didn't have any idea what new furnaces cost either so I signed on the dotted line and paid them. When my wife found out there was hell to pay. They way way way overcharged us. Deliberately deceptive. When my wife repeatedly called to talk to a manager they were always in a meeting and never called back.
Warning! Do not call!
I was very disappointed and felt misled. Their name implies fix-it, yet the technician gave me no fix-it options.
Technician showed me pictures of carbon buildup. Said it was my furnace and it was not. He lied to me. My furnace had no carbon buildup at all. My furnace has 5 burners, he showed me pictures of a furnace with 4 burners.
He then called his supervisor who said he had a great deal on a new furnace - $4600 - today only!
I mentioned that replacement parts needed - a circuit board and flame sensor - were less than $150 online. Supervisor told me parts were closer to $1300 - and they would not guarantee my furnace would work. He kept pushing a new furnace, and lowered the price to $4200 - today only special! He kept pressuring me, and I said no. His attitude quickly changed.
I wanted a second opinion. I got one. Circuit board and new flame sensor were sent over night. Parts were installed and furnace is back in operation!
This company charged me $127 to lie to me, and to try and sell me a new furnace. I feel scammed!
I will now tell everyone to avoid this firm!
Tom Martino and Dave Logan should be embarrassed that their names are associated with this unethical firm!

Now it's 4 months later and the install work they did has, amazingly, STILL not passed inspection from the city of Denver. That's because they've failed twice to make the changes the city requires to ensure a safe, properly working furnace. This is one shoddy company -- from customer service to technical know-how. Beware of Fix-it 24/7. I think what those hours mean in the business name is that they're capable of screwing it up around the clock.

If you are not a Green Club Member, take caution when scheduling services.
I made an appointment with FixIt 24/7 to have my AC unit serviced. My appointment window was from 8am - 12pm and I arranged with my employer to be home for this appointment window. The day of the appointment I was called and asked if they could cancel my appointment and reschedule. I declined because I had made arrangements to be home for the original appointment window. When I declined I was put on hold and when the individual returned back to the call told me that there were 'emergencies' and that Gold Club Members would be given priority for service. Therefore, if I were to received the services I scheduled, it would be outside of the appointment window I was previously given.
The thing is - I am a first time client. As a first impression, this is not a favorable one of this company. I get that you have preferred customers, but that means that you should have staff that take care of the preferred customers that does not affect the other clients that are trying to determine if they will continue to support your business.
As of 3:30pm on the day of the scheduled appointment there has been no contact from FixIt 24/7 to have the service I scheduled taken care of. I will take my business elsewhere - it seems that continuing to build a customer base does not matter to these folks.

Wonderful experience. On a day with heavy snow our furnace went out. We frantically called around and Fix-it 24/7 was the only company that was able to send someone out immediately. Everyone else had availability much later in the day (if they picked up the phone at all in the first place), which meant our house would freeze more and more if we had to wait all those hours. The technician, Bill, was incredible. He diagnosed the problem within the first 5 minutes and had our furnace back up and running within an hour. He was personable, knowledgeable, and even gave a very thorough explanation of the problem and its solution. Their price was also very fair and they even gave a discount. A great experience overall and a company to keep in mind for any future needs.
Charged me $457 for an AC repair that took a $30 part and less than 20 minutes labor. A labor rate of over $800+ per hour is ridiculous. After a long difficult conversation with one of their managers, they agreed to give me a $100 credit. Whoop-de-do! Steer clear of this company unless you enjoy being gouged.
We just had our air conditioning unit replaced by them not even a 1 1/2 years ago, and this is the second time they are going to have to come and repair it!!! On top of that, they wasn't me to be home all day with a 30 min notice on to when they are coming!!! NEVER USE THEM!!!!
I used the $39 furnace cleaning special. Tom Martino who advertised the special said that they don't try and sell you anything......WHAT A LIE. LITERALLY the entire process was a sales pitch. They tried to sell me two INSANELY OVERPRICED products as well as a stupid maintenance plan. It was like having a car salesman in my house. I would not recommend them unless you are okay with pressured sales
Josh Danielson came out to fix a leak from the washing machine and did a fantastic job. Did I mention that his quote was significantly less that my old plumbing company, Tipping Hat. While Josh was here I have also arranged to have the tankless water heater serviced as well. Thanks Fix-it 24/7, my new go to company. Josh, thanks for being honest and competent.
Called on Sunday with a broken heater because hours on site state Open 24/7. The operator stated someone from their office would call me with a response time today. She also told me the response alone would be $300. Due to the weather, I was left with little choice but to accept the response fee. I relied on that statement and did not call any other heating services. The office never called, and now I am left with no heater on the coldest day in years. If they were unable to provide services they could have done the common courtesy of giving me a call. Do not recommend.

I called fix it out to tune-up my furnace. I had heard a radio ad for tune up special. I had noticed that the furnace didn't seem to be running the way it was supposed to. I had had a previous maintenance about a year and a half ago from a company who said they had tuned up and clean my furnace. It became obvious this other company hadn't really done anything to clean my furnace.
I was really impressed with the amount of cleaning they did. The service guy I had David (old school, good sense of humor, knew a lot, obviously been doing this for a while.) took me through the entire furnace step-by-step he completely pulled out the fan motor, and showed me a lot of dirt built up inside. He used a small brush and cleaned every blade on the fan motor. I had twice as much air coming out of vents when he was done. When I asked him if he thought I needed a new furnace, he said that he thought this one looked Ok for now. He didn't try to sell me a new furnace, which I've had other companies try to do, he just suggested things to keep this one going. He said might need a new motor in the future, but advised a wait, and see approach. I signed up for their maintenance plan, I'm going to have these guys do all my work now.

I received a voicemail last night from Mariah letting me know I had a credit on my account for $52.38 from a past service. I've since moved out of state so I called the company back to ask that the credit be mailed to me. I was told that it was a credit only for new work and that they were unable to mail me the overage.
This is clearly a bait-and-switch tactic used by the company to manipulate new service. In any other context a credit on your account implies the customer overpaid. I told the representative I spoke with this morning that this was misleading. There was silence on the line for a bit and then she repeated that this was only for new work. What a shameful business practice!
When marketing creativity like this becomes unethical manipulation it crosses the line.
Because 1 star is the lowest I can select. I'd prefer to give 0 stars: one for each minute of the day this company spent doing the service they committed to, since they didn't show up. If it's the middle of an almost 100 degree week and your AC goes out, don't waste your time waiting on this company! I made an appointment and when I didn't get a confirmation, I called the company myself to confirm that they would be arriving (this was 30 minutes before the end of my 2-hour time slot). My information was taken and I was told that I would be called back shortly. I waited another almost 2 hours and never received a call and a technician never showed up. I'd much much rather be told that a company doesn't have time than have them waste my time. I could have been working on getting someone else to the house and not wasted a whole day.

Their service is excellent, the technicians and staff are very friendly and helpful. Don't get into a conflict with management, though. And if they install a appliance in your home, make sure they pull a permit And get you the paperwork so that the city can inspect it and sign off. They lost to check on me back in October and now, in June, they are threatening me with collections. The manager would not even get on the phone with me to discuss this. So you have been warned.
While these guys might be ok for emergency work NEVER use the for major work. Came to my house to some diagnostics on our AC, after some discussion received a quote $12,000 for a new furnace and AC. Called a local HVAC person and he quoted $7300.00 for the identical furnace and AC.
I paid Fix-it 24/7 almost $800 to fix my furnace and it worked for one day. When I asked them to help resolve the situation they offered to sell me a new furnace for $4,000-$5,000, which I cannot afford. So now I am out $800 and my furnace doesn't work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They made no attempt to make it right. Shame on them. No way to run a business. Zero stars!
*WARNING - A very clever SCAM - get a second opinion!!!* Our AC broke and we called Fix-it 24/7. They won us over with their charming, professional, courteous manner as they delivered the bad news that our entire AC system was broken and would cost $10,000 to fix. They started to put some pressure on us to sign a contract immediately, at which point we hesitated and said we'd like a second opinion before moving forward with such major work. We called a second company, where the owner came out and told us the real problem was that a simple part was broken. He said it was one of the most common parts to break on AC systems, something that any professional should have caught, and very easy to fix. The replacement part cost $20 at Home Depot, and our AC was working again an hour later. If Fix-it 24/7 tells you that you need a whole new system, PLEASE do yourself a favor and get a second opinion!

We are selling our home and due to the age of the furnace, we were asked to have our furnace cleaned and serviced.
We had fix-it 24/7 come out. Right off the bat, it was clear that he wasn't there to perform a cleaning and maintenance service... he was there to sell me a brand new furnace. He didn't talk about repair options to avoid a brand new furnace, until I asked. Even after he said he could replace the motor, he started back into saying I could have a brand new furnace installed here today, within the next 4 hours. Being asked to spend $4000 (with an overly sold manager discount of $200) in a split second seems unreasonable when there have been no issues.
I reached out to my realtor to asked his opinion and he quickly told me to ask him to just do what he came out to do, clean and service the furnace.
After giving him a solid no thank you to the new furnace, his friendly demeanor shifted to annoyed and rushed. He finished cleaning it and went out to create the invoice. He brought it back inside and I signed a form to say he was there and completed the service I requested.
He then gave me the formal invoice, which I need to send to my buyers agent... and my god, he ripped our furnace to shreds. It felt as if he knew by writing what he did, the buyers would panic and we would end of having to buy that new furnace he pushed so hard for.
We then had a different company come out and the service visit was much different in both pressure and professionism. After all was done, the final invoice read verbatim, no failures found. Checked with manufacturer and the furnace is okay to be installed on its side. Furnace is heating properly.
The promotion of $89 could have easily cost us the sale of our home, so I would urge anyone, find someone else to do your maintenance work... unless of course you are pumped about a $200 discount that could be applied to the new furnace going in your house that you are selling in less than 2 weeks.

Called to make an appointment for an electrician, was given a window 10-2:00pm and a promise the electrician would call 45 minutes prior to arrival. No call, and the electrician didn't show up. When I called the Fix-it 24/7 number the voicemail is full. Not a great business model. I finally got an answering service and was promised someone would call me back asap and that never happened.
Fix-It 24/7 was one of the companies I contacted for an estimate to replace by 16 yo HVAC system. Kyle came, did a walkthrough of my home, measurements, discussion of how I used, such as settings and programable thermostat, the HVAC, made a verbal recommendation and followed-up with within a day with a written estimate. That estimate was in the middle range of those I received but he was the only person who did more than check the size of the existing system before making a written estimate. The specs were the same as other vendors, but it gave me a sense that his was based on some calculations vs. just what's there now.
Scheduling was easy and flexible to fit my schedule. Ronald and Armando arrive well within the 'arrival window', introduced themselves, and explained what they would be doing. They took all the appropriate Covid-19 precautions and laid drop cloths to protect flooring. There work was efficient, I could tell they have done this before. They checked with me a few times to find out if I had any questions and explained what they were doing.
They did a great clean-up after installation, reviewed the work, filter replacement, and programming the new thermostat. Ronald even volunteered to do a paint touchup as the new thermostat is a bit smaller than the older model.
Fix-It 24/7 isn't the least expensive option but I felt like I was in very capable and reliable hands and recommend the company.

I don't usually write reviews but I thought this deserved one. I used Fix-It 24/7 for a boiler that ran out of water on a week-end. They did come out and fixed the problem $1500+ later only for it to run out of water again. I called again and they were going to charge me $500 to fill up the tank with a gallon of water (that's about what it holds) from our hose in front of the house! From the first visit, we needed a new tank and they installed a EX-30 tank but I was billed for a EX-60! $690 for a $150 item! I contacted them with the error and they claimed it was a typo on my receipt and I was billed for the correct amount. BS!!!! PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! They are rip-offs!!
Update: They did call and credited me $350 for the error...
They canceled on me 3 times then tried to set up another appointment 5 days later. Told them I didn't need this kind of service.
Do not use this company. They make promises and then don't keep them. A 1 day job ended up taking 3. They charge a premium price but don't provide the service to back it up. And once they have your money, they don't care anymore, not that they did before. For more details look at the review I posted on their BBB and FB.

If I could rate fix it 24/7 lower then a 1 star I would! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This was the worst experience I have ever had. They came out to replace my furnace. When they turned it on to test it. it STARTED A FIRE IN MY VENTS and per the service tech, I have no clue what happened or where it started but I think it burned out. So nothing to worry about. Later that night they sent a different person to move our water heater back into place. He forgot to secure the venting pipe and it fell off. Then the next day my basement was FLOODED. They came back LOOKED AT NOTHING and said the leak was not anything they did..... after I spent 3 hours cleaning up the flooded basement. It started leaking again under the furnace. We called them to come back. They said they would send someone out to look at it. They called me back at 8pm and said they did not have anyone available. I'm sorry is the name of your company 24/7? They called the next day, said they are sending a supervisor. This guy shows up does not introduce himself. Says morning and walks downstairs. He walks into the room looks at nothing ( he is in my home less them 4 mins) and says it must be your washer, and the flood is not us. Are basement is destroyed and the company has done nothing!

Manager Brian Remington is a liar: ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE AT ALL COSTS, THEY WILL MISS YOUR APPOINTMENT WINDOW AND THEN LIE ABOUT IT IN THEIR REPLY TO YOUR REVIEW, JUST LIKE THEY DID RIGHT HERE!
Their manager, Brian Remington, straight up LIED in his reply to my last review, claiming their dispatch left me a voicemail at 12:16 PM saying they would miss their original window. THIS IS A LIE. They called to say they would MAKE THE WINDOW AND ARRIVE BETWEEN 1-2, NOT MISS IT. I have the voicemail still, Brian, I'd be happy to share it with you. So now you people are lying on your replies to customers' reviews too?!? Wow you really are a bunch of scum bags over there. My original review below:
Scheduled an appointment with them, they gave me a 10-2 timeframe. The repairman never showed. When I called them their dispatch told me me he wouldn't finish his last job until 2pm, and was still an hour away from my location. This company cannot keep appointments, and will require you to wait four hours before they tell you to wait more. For anyone who works, this is totally unacceptable. They offered nothing to me to compensate a no show after confirming a four hour appointment window!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Had a plumber out who did good work and sold me on their 'membership program' that includes annual; furnace, A/C, plumbing and electrical tuneups. Called to schedule the HVAC tuneup, when the appointment day arrived, no show, called, got a hinky explanation but bottom line, best they could do was reschedule, 3 weeks out. After learning my lesson on the first missed appointment, I called to make sure I was on the schedule 3 days prior to the appointment date. It was confirmed. Then the day before the appointment, got a voice mail saying due to a high incidence of emergency calls they would not be able to make it and would call in the coming weeks to reschedule. The membership is only $20/month but save your money and find a company like S&G that actually shows as promised.
Do not call this company. They charge you for parts you do not need just to reach their revenue goal. Management is a joke. They do not care about the health of employees. The manager is not professional at all. 1/10.

We just had Fix-it 24/7 and tech David Newman out to clean our furnace. We moved in a year ago and weren't sure the last time it was cleaned. David was very professional and informative on other services the company offers. He also had great suggestions regarding thermostats and smoke/CO2 detectors. I would highly recommend this company and David, for all your HVAC, electric and plumbing needs!
Beware, they will take you to the cleaners, with their used car salesman tactics! Convinced my wife and I that we needed a whole new furnace/Ac replacement! I knew it was time for the outdoor AC unit to be replaced but didnt think the furnace needed to be the salesman somehow convinced me otherwise(maybe it was the coronas I'd been enjoying) I really should have known better! So I end up after all the yada, yada, yada signing on the line of regret! They got the thing installed the next day in a hurry so we didnt have time to realize what we had done! The install team of Chunn and Romero were very good they did a nice clean job and explained things very clearly! The amount we paid is what makes me embarrassed I do know it was way more then it should be! Hope you guys can sleep at night because I sure can't! I hope this keeps this from happening to anyone else be careful and do your research before signing that line!!! Why can't companies do honest work at an honest rate! I blame myself for not being more educated on the costs of this major project!
Had an issue of intermittent heat coming from the furnace causing high of 60F in the house during winter. Once Fix-it 24/7 was on site they troubleshooted and quoted me $2,000 to redo my air box saying it wasn't spec'd for the size house we have. Also quoted me a new fan (it was running) for $1,200, switches which were also working and a cleaning for $900. The total was coming in at +$3,000. After that they tried to up sell me to a new HVAC system around $10K. Would never use these guys. I called another company and air flow was the issue. 10 minutes max of another company in our house and it was confirmed that a $1.00 filter was all it needed. Terrible company trying to rip people off.

Chris W did an excellent job cleaning my furnace. He explained every step that he took to complete the order. He offered alternatives to keeping the furnace clean. He gave me the history of furnace repairs which was very helpful for any future repairs. I would recommend Chris W and Fix-it 24/7 for any of your HVAC needs;

Home a/c needed recharge. Was quoted $1156 to charge it. When I said no, I was immediately offered a half price deal for $578. I declined and called another shop who responded quickly and charged it for $178.75.
Need a new air conditioner and are getting many quotes. The salesman was pushy and became quite belligerent when we advised his quote was almost double an earlier quote. He actually had the nerve to focus on background checks and tell us that other companies could potentially send felons or child predators to our home as they most likely do not do background checks. His overall demeanor was enough for me to say we have had enough as his cue to leave. Unbelievable tactics to try to get business. If you are going to use them make sure you get quotes. Their apples to apples price matching is also a joke. Beware!
I had scheduled the a/c maintenance as advertised by T. Martino back in May. They were 2-3 weeks out. Then I was bumped another month as my appointment date was nearing (maintenance was not as important as replacement - ok I understand). My July 6 appointment day came and went. No call/no show. Very disappointing. I had them perform main drain cleaning in May which went well.
Con con con!. Nothing about this company felt safe! We had falling water pipes and we're with out water for a week I live in the mountains with not much for plumbers in our community this was the only company I could get to come out. Quoted at 6500 to do a replumb. Then they came back the next day within an hour at jump to 10500 which is extremely high and they told me they had to drill through my metal I beams which is pretty weird I thought thing by drilling through those i-beams that is degrading some of the structural integrity of the home.but I really just was wanting water back so went ahead. Within an hour one of the workers got sick abruptly left and said they need to have a mold test done before we can go any further. So third-party comes up to do a mold test I was told I'm pretty sure there will be no mold in this house I asked when this test results will be in 24 hours from now I asked who's going to tell me he said Fix-It 24/7 well. I waited longer than 24 hours and made a call figuring maybe somebody would touch base with me Fix-It 24/7 said there is no mold in the home I said okay when are you guys going to be out here they said they're waiting for an asbestos test. The gentleman that took the mold test said he does not do asbestos testing I asked when he was there. We wait another day still no call from anybody I call again and say we want to cancel we want to refund she said she has to talk to the plumber to get see how many hours we work this is the second time we've asked we want to cancel and we were told both times we will be called back soon and never a call back. About 8 on Sunday after we told them we wanted to cancel we get a call back from some third party company saying there is mold this is after the fact that we were told on three separate occasions from Fix-It 24/7 that there is no mold there waiting for asbestos results to come back that were never taken. I would have never thought that I'd be played as a fool in such a manner this is one of the biggest scams have you ever been in a herd of. Their workers were very nice but every time I called the office they had no answers. And never once did they call me back.it's been over a week now and we still don't have water at the house.I will not trust a contractor ever again in my life and stick to doing it myself.

After seeing their ad on NextDoor for $77 off, I scheduled a furnace cleaning/inspection. I ended up paying more for disassembling the furnace for deep cleaning, and then more for a replacement capacitor. Then right before he left, the tech found a gas leak. So it's either another $300... or he suggested at this point I should think about replacing the entire furnace, because the average furnace lifespan is 10-15 years (FALSE). I told him I wished he'd checked the gas leak at the beginning so we could have skipped all the other expensive repairs.
Not once did he mention that the replacement capacitor, the gas leak, or a replacement furnace would have been covered under my home warranty (he knew I'd lived there under a year). Additionally, he quoted $6,000-8,000 for a replacement furnace which a quick google search tells me is FALSE.
So after paying $289, which he stated is a great discount, I had Xcel Energy come out to check this gas leak - which they did not find ANY evidence of. Xcel's tech, who said he worked in HVAC for 10 years, told me that my furnace could last 25 years.
So the tech (who may work on commission) outright lied to me several times, and exaggerated the need for further services. I told him my company is about to have layoffs and money is tight and he showed zero sympathy and went on to tell me about the possibility about the furnace exploding from the gas leak!!!
After letting the manager know all this, he did refund my $289. Hence the one star.

Company operates on a stand-by model for A/C repair, which means they give you no time window for repair, jut that they will call you 40 minutes before a tech becomes available. I am waiting 3 days later, nothing. How can a company expect its customers to keep an indefinite open schedule? 3 days waiting for them to call to fix my A/C during 95 degree weather? No thanks, steer clear of a company that refuses to give you a time window for service.

Over the course of a couple of weeks I received a half dozen messages from Fix it 24/7 wanting to schedule an appointment to perform maintenance on my furnace. They told me that I had a credit for something around $50. I assumed it was from an overpayment on work that they had performed on my furnace a year before. Turns out the credit was fake. It was a ploy to get me to schedule an appointment for maintenance.
When the tech arrived to perform his maintenance he did not even have a new filter to replace the old one in the furnace. He advised that the igniter looked weak and should be replaced. I authorized it and he installed a new $388 igniter which I now doubt even needed to be replaced. Then he generously waived the $109 tune up charge along with the credit bringing the cost for the service down from $497 to $330.
He then left closed up the furnace without a filter and left. I then discovered that the actual cost of the $388 part is about $27.
I then realized that the constant phone solicitations were not to return any type of credit due to me, rather they were just a scheme to get a tech into my house to try to sell me unneeded service.
I also discovered through Yelp and the BBB that I am not the only person who feels as though they were intentionally ripped off.
I called the company that day and told them what had occurred and asked for a refund. The secretary/answering service took notes and told me they would have the office manager return my call. That was over a week ago. Still no call.
Then the next morning I awoke to a cold house. I got the furnace to restart and later when I returned from work the furnace had stopped again. I replaced the new $388 part that the technician had installed with the old part furnace has been working fine ever since. After examining the part that he installed I discovered that it is the wrong igniter and not a replacement part for my model of furnace.
I would not recommend having any service done by this company.
Yikes, I can't believe how much we were charged for minor plumbing repairs such as charging $119 for an aerator in a bathroom sink faucet when the part at Home Depot costs $4.98 and the job takes 5 minutes to complete in addition to charging $554 for a minor leak under the kitchen sink which was excessive! Our property management company hired this company without consulting with us first and it wasn't like an emergency repair. Definitely not a company I would recommend or EVER use again.

I didn't get to actually have the service as I had to cancel early in the morning. But I was able to make the appointment via email which as someone with a very frantic schedule during the week is much appreciated. Someone called to follow up about the plumbing issue after I canceled via email, and it was agreed upon that the non-urgent task (replacing zone valve) will be done at a later date. I can't attest to the quality of the work but I think they have the process behind the scene worked out well. I'll definitely contact them again, and since our complex had so many issues with plumbing companies before it will be easy to recommend them to the HOA.
01/15/2018 Update:
Uhm... I guess I should update this review from four stars to one star. I had emailed them and let them know that I didn't need service after all, and that I would call them when I do need the work done. Someone had called the same day the work was anyway, which is cool. But after that I received daily phone calls checking in trying to schedule the work. Even when I did pick it up and said to the lady that I WILL LET THEM KNOW, and that very nicely so, they continued to call daily. It is now at the level of harassment. I just very clearly again told the lady to stop calling me. We shall see if they do. It is a stupid way to conduct business. I certainly will not have them do any work at any of the units in the complex here.
A couple months ago, I heard a special on the radio that if the broncos scored more that 24 points, I can call in and get my furnace cleaned and checked for $24.99. So I did thinking it was going to be a mediocre job or have some strings attached- I was completely wrong! I had a pleasant experience scheduling my appointment and the tech who came out was super professional and also a broncos fan. He took his time cleaning my motor and furnace, explained to me what's going on with it, gave me the heads up on a few things and didn't try to up-sell me on anything. Furnace is working even better now. Highly recommend Fix-it 24/7.

I had a leaking valve which provided water to my Evap Cooler in the summer. I asked the Evap manufacturer to come fix it since they installed but, was told this was a Plumbing issue and they don't do plumbing.
So, with Tom M.'s recommendation and on line I decided to call Fix it 24/7 for help. The first gentleman told me they don't work on evap coolers and I explained I didn't need anyone to work on my Evap cooler, I needed a plumbing valve fixed. So he scheduled an appointment for three days later in the morning (8-12) When the plumber didn't show I call again, to ask when they would be arriving. I was told my appointment was actually for 1-5pm. I said ok but, wasn't very happy about this. Then the scheduler says wait this is for an evap cooler, we don't work on them so I am sorry we can't come out. I again tried to explain this wasn't for an evap cooler repair it was for a plumbing valve leak. She asked me to wait and then a her supervisor came on to explain again to me that they don't work on evap coolers, again I had to explain I didn't want anyone to touch my evap cooler, I had a plumbing valve leak. She said please hold and came back on saying that the Master Plumber she just spoke with told her that they can't work on that as it is attached to an evap cooler. Once more i explained that this wasn't actually attached to the evap cooler and I didn't need help with the evap cooler, I have a water valve leaking that needs repair or replacement with something else.
Finally she said they can't come out because they can't help me. She suggested I contact the company that installed the evap cooler. I explained again that I had already had this discussion twice with Sears and was told they covered maintenance on the evap unit I purchased from them but, this was plumbing and I needed to call a plumber. The supervisor then said I am sorry again we can't work on this. I asked who she might suggest since the Evap cooler company won't work on it and FixIt 24/7 plumbing won't work on it who did she suggest I contact?
She put me on hold again and said she would have a manager call me back within 24 hours to discuss. I said ok, hung up and then contacted a competitor from Dave Logan's list who not only came out the same day but, inspected it and suggested a better solution that just fixing the existing valve and put it it in about 90 minutes from the time I hung up with Fix It 24/7.
I did receive a call back from the Manager at Fix It 24/7 this morning who kept asking me what she could do to make this right for me.
After explaining this long diatribe to her I said nothing but, she better train her people because she already lost me as a customer and anyone of my friends and family as well. Disgusting really. I already had agreed to pay their trip charge, so all they would have had to do is come out and look at it to see they could have done exactly what their competitor did and make some more money.
Tom you are getting old I guess. Really poor, really poor.
Did I mention I am disabled? Regardless they shouldn't treat anyone this way.

I called these guys to come out and fix my heater after I bought a new house. The previous owners used them to service my heater prior to me moving in, so I figured I would call them back out after I moved in and found that the heater wasn't staying on. They couldn't figure out my problem and kept telling me that I needed to replace my inducer motor, at a price well above $1000. After doing some further research on my own I found that the condensate trap was plugged and caused there to be water in the system. Neither the guy that came out to service it before I bought the house, nor the guy that came out to try to get the unit back up and running were able to figure out the problem.

Feel I got screwed. Water heater went out, and after hearing the owner on 850 KOA talking about how they NEVER take advantage of customers, I called them first. They showed up and told me that they couldn't do the work because my house was not up to code. I needed a whole house pressure regulator and a water heater expansion tank.
I was quoted $2184 for the repair - the water heater was under warranty and was at NO COST. Being it was the water heater and we need hot water I agreed. Now that I think about it and looked at the cost of the PARTS, I feel I WAS SCREWED!
Founf the whole house regulator for less than $100, and the expansion tank for less than $50.
Terrible to be taken advantage of after hearing the owner say that they really work to NOT be gougers.
850KOA still plays commercials that say the way they run their business, there is NO WAY they can over charge I am disappointed in myself for not checking prices while they were here, but from what was advertised, I did not think it was necessary.
Talk about BUYER'S REMORSE!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
I had such a great experience with this wonderful company. Son was the individual who helped me. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. I am very impressed with this young man who worked diligently to fix my A/C and Furnace issues. A+++!!! Thank you Son!

Holidays! An uncle, who might or might not have been drinking, helped us fix a problem with our Nest thermostat on Christmas day. That night, the furnace would not turn on, and it was below zero. Good thing we had a fireplace.
Next day we called around, and since it was Dec 26, most places were closed or couldn't fit in a visit. Fix-it 24/7 answered the call and were there in like an hour. George is the man! Uncle had reattached a wire to the wrong location, which really is the worst sort of problem to trouble-shoot, but they figured it out.
And even though this was an emergency visit at a really weird time, the bill was super reasonable.
Delayed review since we were distracted with holiday madness. For three months, apparently.
We called Fix It 24/7 to come out when our 13 year old Air Conditioner stopped working. I was ready to hear our A/C was finally DOA.
What a fantastic company, the techs that came onsite Donny and George were fantastic. Super professional, let us know exactly what they suspected could be happening all throughout the process, and were actually able to fix our A/C for much, much less than we were expecting. What a pleasant surprise!
We will use Fix It 24/7 again and again. Honest, Trustworthy and Reliable Service!
We signed up for the monthly service in December of 2018. We were promised a free furnace cleaning and upkeep of our electrical grid by signing up. We attempted to schedule a furnace cleaning in March but they were too busy and just recently attempted to schedule that plus get some lights put in. They showed up without a ladder to do our chandelier, which was actually a blessing. But we're able to do our sconces without telling us the cost before working. It ended up being $580 for 3 lights. Which seemed insanely high to me plus they told us they were unable to add our monthly charge to the balance because no one was at the office. When we called to cancel and get our free cleaning they told us 1. they didn't have any charges from us (I checked our CC statements and we've been paying monthly) and 2. that they can't schedule cleanings in the summer and if we cancelled our balance would die and we wouldn't get our free cleaning. Despite the outrageous and obscene price markups this company is disorganized and shifty. I do not recommend them. We are still trying to get our money back from the charges they can't find and cancel the services while still receiving the free cleaning we were promised.
Jerel came to my house to tune up my furnace and a/c. He was on time, consciensious about my house and very informative about preventive maintenance that I can perform on my own. He seemed to be well trained and knew what he was doing. I will use this company again. I only rated 4 stars as this was their first vist to my home. I will update my rating on the next service call
Great service, a/c went out on a very hot week and Nick was able to come out that night on a Friday. Unfortunately with our 20 year old unit we needed a replacement. They were back on Monday to start and complete the install. Great people and quality work. Give them a call!

Beware when dealing with this company. They wanted to charge us $850 to replace a part on our furnace. I found the part for $120 online and did it myself; 25 min job. On top of that, they wanted to replace another part for an additional ~$700 - a part that isn't even broken. Found that part for $150 online and will be doing it myself when needed. I can understand that the company needs to make money, but the markup on parts/labor is ludicrous.
Also - when asked how much the parts cost, the tech replied We don't sell parts. If you want a dishonest company with inflated markups, this is the company for you.
I've been a member now for over a year at almost $30/mo. Each time they've come out no matter how small the job it ends up costing me over $300. They came out for routine servicing of my A/C unit that was working fine and said it AND my furnaces needed to be replaced immediately. Some other sales guy showed up and gave me a bargain deal for replacing both A/C and furnaces for $22,000 but only if I did it that day. Every time they come out for routine service inspections they seem to find new problems including most recently for the less than 1 year old A/C units! They are very high pressure and will tell you that something is wrong almost every time they're at your house and it always will cost a minimum of $400. My neighbor who referred me to this company has also stopped using them for the same reasons because both of us stopped trusting them and felt we were being scammed and/or pressured. Find another company that you can trust will have your best interest in mind and not just looking to put more money in their pocket. Don't fall for the old I'll call my manager to see if he can give you a better price because they will probably give you a lower price which is still probably much higher than other companies. So disappointed!

This company is a rip-off. I called them to service my air condition. Once they got their foot in the door they started pushing a service plan. After they dismantled the air conditioner and hosed down the filter, they tried to convince me to replace an 8 to 10 year old system. The two young men were very nice and courteous. I am sure they were doing what they have been trained to do, which is replace not fix. I give this company a 0.

Called after hours with no heat. They took down my information and said they would have someone get back to me to schedule a time to come out. They never called back. They should change the name to Fix-it Never. They are definitely not available 24/7. I still haven't received a call. Clearly not reliable. I don't recommend them - especially if you have any emergency. Highly disappointing.

The tech was very polite, but they charge way too much for any parts that need replaced. I had two capacitors replaced on my air conditioning fan and furnace fan when they came out to do just an annual checkup. I was charged about $300-350 for each capacitor, which at the time I thought was too much, but he said the parts were the best I could get.
When he left I looked up the exact parts online and the most expensive I could find were $40-70 per capacitor. By the time he left I had an $850 bill. $200 for the service call and and $650 for parts and taxes. Ridiculous!! You're at their mercy since they are already there and you need the part and you've already paid for the service call.
I think the service is ok, but they take advantage of customers on parts, and possibly fixing and charging for items not really needed. An expensive company to do business with. I think I should only have been charged around $450 or less. They even make you sign additional paperwork before replacing parts that you approve the price so you can't go back later to try to get some money back on what I believed to be overcharging.

Called and set up an appointment to have a technician come out to provide an estimate to have my furnace and air conditioning system replaced. A specific date and time was set. It's been two days since then and nobody has showed up and I received no phone call, text or e-mail.

Yesterday I received a call from their CEO, (he had been out of the Country when our issues occurred). He advised me of the following:
- the second technician that came out to the house, taped up the exhaust pipe, told us we needed an IDM motor and that our furnace was pretty much toast - has be let go.
- the company is putting in place additional training/tools for technicians.
- he apologized for the lack of communication following the incident and shared that what happened was not what he expects of this company.
Sounds like many positive changes are being made. I'm glad the company responded and vowed to make things right. We were given our money back and a dinner voucher along with a personalized letter from the CEO. All of this was hand delivered to our home.
I was very impressed with his expression of service and his ability to execute on his words. I'd love to give the local companies my money and perhaps they deserve a second chance. Thanks for making this right.
I'm giving a 5 star rating for how the CEO fixed this problem.

0 Stars- Do not use...they are a big rip off!! Charged 1K for a part that took 5 mins to install and literally cost $95. Right after so called $1k service they said a new 10K furnace is needed What a scam this company is. We asked them to remove the part and get out. We installed the part in 5 mins for $95 dollars. Check out the Better business bureau reports.
My sister and I own a condo, and we had the AC quit on us last week on a 90 degree day. After calling 2 other companies, both of whom said they wouldn't be able to send over a tech for 3 days, we called Fix-It , and they sent technician Jerel over in just a few hours. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and also a fantastic sport about the fact that in order to access our unit, he had to walk up 3 flights of stairs, then get on a ladder and lift himself through a tiny trapdoor (he had to do this several times, and it looked insanely difficult to me). Our unit was 30 years old (yikes), and we'd known we would probably have to replace it soon. Jerel confirmed that it was in bad shape (and even took a video of the unit to show us what it looked like, since we weren't able to get up on the roof ourselves), and then helped us set up an appointment for the following day to speak with his supervisor, who could give us information on replacement options/pricing. The next day we met with Ben, who was really great--he answered all of our questions (we had quite a few), and I never felt like he was trying to up-sell us or get us to spend money unnecessarily. We wanted to get the replacement done as quickly as possible (as it was supposed to be 90+ degrees for the next several days), and Ben was able to get us an appointment for the next day. Again, we had a great experience with the two techs who came over--King and Nick--who really had their work cut out for them (and who worked for more than 5 hours--and didn't even take any breaks!--in the crazy heat). I honestly could not be more impressed with everyone we met with, and with the service we received. I'd also like to mention that as someone who can sometimes feel uncomfortable/intimidated in situations where I'm home alone with male technicians, I felt completely comfortable, and Jerel, Ben, King, and Nick were all incredibly polite, friendly, and really put me at ease. I hardly ever write Yelp reviews (and this is by far the longest one I've ever written), but both my sister and I were really, really happy with our experience, and would sincerely recommend Fix-It.

My air conditioning croaked, so I looked online for yet another heating and air outfit (since I've never been real tickled about the service from others we've tried). Well, lots of AC's were croaking evidently (hotter'n hell this summer, huh?), and it took a couple of days before Brighton Plumbing was able to get to it. A real fine fellow named Brian showed up as scheduled, quickly diagnosed our problems, and quickly fixed our problems. He also took the time to show me how to keep my AC at its peak. Really, above and beyond.
The kicker for me was that the bill was way less than I expected for the work he did and the time he spent. As in Is that all? inexpensive.
Hey, what do ya know? I have me a plumbing and AC outfit for good now!

*AVOID THIS PLACE!! * Our air conditioner stopped working while we were away over the weekend and we arrived to a 92 degree home. We called for service and waited over five hours and never received a return call. Their answering service is unprofessional and insulted me when I called back after waiting two hours. We called a competitor, NOW heating & AC who responded immediately, was at our door in less than 20 minutes, and had our AC functioning within an hour.
Run from them and run fast. After calling them and getting a bid from them, then getting an other bid for 1/2 their bid. Calling them to let them know that they would not be doing the work and paying for the service call ($39.00). They go ahead and charge my credit card for both the service call and for their bid price for a hot water heater, which they did not install or even come back to the house.

A month ago, I posted a review that detailed how angry and frustrated I was with this company I was. I spent three days with no hot water and I was NOT happy about it.
After seeing my review, the company owner came to my home and met with me. He was frank and honest, and took complete ownership of what happened. Since then, the owner has worked incredibly hard to make it right.
He and his crew have earned my respect. I'll gladly be doing business with them again.

My furnace was coming on and off. My neighbor a contractor told me it was the air pressure switch but we couldn't find the part on a Saturday. So I called these guys. The repair guy told me the part I needed wasn't available any more (though I had seen it on the internet) and that he had to go open the warehouse to get it. I was charged $1189.00 to get and replace a 200.00 part. Then he told me my motor was leaking oil and could go out in a month, two, or a year and if I were to get a new HVAC unit (over 10K, they would credit the 1189). I am a recent widow and didn't know any different. My neighbor came back over and checked the motor and said there was no way it was going out and you can replace the motor.(something the repair person said was a waste of money and quoted it in the thousands when it is in the hundreds.) I was totally ripped off. I do not recommend them and will make sure I let everyone I know what happened.

Called last night around 7 for a backed up toilet said someone would call back, still waiting a day later.
I am looking to have central air installed, and just needed a estimate to plan for spring. I called and got a appointment for a technician to come out , the person who made the appt explained to me how long it would take up to 90 minutes to check my ducts etc I had a 3 hour window appt Technician Jared was on time, actually 10 minutes early. i wasn't home , because it wasn't time yet. The technician was pleasant but tried not to show that he was not happy about me not being home. I did arrive on time for my appt He told me told me he was here to fix my furnace. I told him i needed a estimate on central air. He seemed in a hurry, and looked around a little, but he seemed disinterested in helping me. I don't know what his problem was. He didn't help me though. He said he was going to have his supervisor call me, but i won't use them.
I scheduled an appointment 6 days in advance for a plumbing issue. I made arrangements to take half a day off of work for the appointment, The day of the appointment they called and said one of their employees was doing bad stuff so they asked if it would be possible to reschedule. I explained that I had already taken off work. The lady said she would call me back and that someone would be at my home by 4:00. She never called back and they never showed up. Very unprofessional

Terrible Terrible Company I called the service man came out here to my home because I had a leaking shower in my basement the young man who came out here with name Coleman he didn't even take the drain plate off the shower or put a camera down there all he said to me was I need to tear out the whole shower to repair a cracked pipe which I don't know how he knew there was a crack pipe because he never put a camera down there he took some pictures and forward them to a supervisor he talked on the phone to his supervisor then he wrote up an estimate for $2700 to tear out the whole shower repair the pipe and put the shower back together how does he know I had a crack pipe when he didn't even put a camera down there to see you didn't even take the plate off then I refused to sign the estimate because the estimate says I authorize the work and I did not authorize the work and I told him to get out of my house then I called another company Applewood heating and plumbing sent a service repair man out here he had my shower fixed in less than 20 minutes for $54 dollar do not use 24 seven fix it they will rip you off at Blind.
The people are extremely friendly and easy to work with. It's easy to schedule. But the prices are exorbitant and ridiculous. I can easily find companies with the same positive qualities as this company for a fraction of the cost of this company. And, unfortunately, I recently scheduled a tune-up (ONLY because they called and told me I had a $55 credit on my account I knew nothing about) and have left that experience feeling scammed. The Technician was extremely friendly, great guy. However, perhaps a bit of a smooth talker. He almost convinced me to purchase an electronic furnace filter for $1,200. Thank God I had the clarity of mind to check online before signing on the dotted line and found them available for $150. First red flag. He had shown and explained to me that my capacitor failed prematurely and that the erosion and rust around my coils was due to excessive dust on my unit and will cause major failures of the unit if the dust is allowed to continue to build up. Second red flag. It didn't really make sense that dust could cause erosion. So, I took a step back, told him I needed to do my research before I spend that kind of money. He kept pushing and trying to give me all these deals, but I just frankly didn't have that kind of money he was asking me to fork out at the ready. So, I told him I would get back to him, go ahead and replace the capacitor and finish the tune-up and give me a chance to do my research. I could tell he wasn't very happy with that, but I don't really appreciate the car salesman feel. I need to do my research, plain as that. Don't try to take that away from me, or remove the deal you're willing to give to me because I want to be educated in what I'm spending my money on.
Little did he know I used to do office work for an HVAC company in another state. I consulted with them, as well as another company here in CO and they both told me the same thing. All the issues the Tech was telling me about are completely normal wear and tear on the unit and cannot be fixed by an electronic filter. Electronic filters are mostly used in homes with people with asthma and allergies, not as a means to protect your unit. Units get dusty, there's no way to avoid that, they're meant to work in dusty environments. Think of all the units in crawl spaces and on the top of roofs, locations full of dust.
Unfortunately, I have to give this company a low review. For their prices and for this experience, which literally left me with a headache and completely stressed out.

The heater at my Rental Property went out last week at 8pm, when the temps were below zero. By 10 pm Brian was out there fixing the problem. Not only was he sympathetic to the problem on such a cold night but he was timely as well. He did a great job. Not only will I use Fix It 24/7 again, I will refer them to friends and family.

Brian came out to my home when my furnace was not working. It was about 8 pm. He was very professional and courteous. Brian went straight to work with a smile, he diagnosed the problem and had the furnace up and running. I have two toddlers and Brian was a life saver. We all slept great and warm!!! Thank you Brian and Fix-it 24/7. We will recommend them to everyone!

Louis came to my house this morning as my water heater was having issues with keeping the water hot. When I called I was given a window of 8-10 in the morning, and he arrived at about 8:30. Louis was very knowledgable with water heaters. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, which was a very simple repair. He gave me options of what different repairs and such would cost. He stayed to make sure the simple repair fixed the issue. This was a great experience and I highly recommend the company and Louis.

Exceptional service again! Les than 24 hour service during 90+ degree days and on a Sunday no less! Great job again Son Van, you area true professional. Unfortunately this year's fix was more than just a service fee, but Son added refrigerant and had my system working in no time. Use these guys, they're the best.

We can't say enough about our experience with Michael C. from Fix-it 24/7. He initially came to our home to give us a bid on repairing and replacing the can lights in our kitchen ceiling, and to diagnose and fix a switch which didn't work. After getting a bid from another company as well, we decided to go with Fix-it 24/7. Michael expertly replaced the can lights and fixed the 2 switches in the kitchen (which had been incorrectly installed when the kitchen was remodeled by a previous owner). We also discussed with him to give us a quote to replace all outlets and switches through out the entire house as they were aluminum wiring (house was built in the 60s). Their quote was reasonable and fair. Michael and his assistant came on time as scheduled, completed the work without issue, cleaned up after themselves, and there were no surprise charges. We are extremely satisfied. My husband and I recommend this company without reservation.
Awesome service today! Fix It 24/7 responded to my request for A/C service in only three days, when several other companies were quoting 6 weeks! The service technician, Son V. was extremely professional, and contacted me several times with update on his estimated arrival time (no one can find our house!). He completed a thorough review of the problem and presented an estimate for the repairs. The repair was completed promptly and he verified that everything was working properly. He also trouble-shot another issue with my A/C and told me exactly what the problem was and the cost for repair. Another company said the problem was normal, which I knew was't correct. Son was able to confirm the problem and recommend a few options to pursue. He definitely had my best interests in mind with his recommendation. I would definitely recommend Fix-It 24/7 again!
Recently had Justin B come out to fix AC that wasn't properly working. The poor rating is entirely based upon the service and level of communication by Justin B. The only reason for the 2 star is because of another employee's actual professional conduct, Chris. Justin B was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. When asked about what the repair was and what was being done he instantly took offense and tried to justify what he was doing in a hostile manner. I asked him to leave any of the broken parts behind and he outright refused, despite not being told prior to the repair it was necessary, so it was questionable what parts were or weren't bad. The reason for the repair was due to a failed power saver box by xcel energy. Prior to their box failing the AC was working, after xcel removed their box the unit did not perform properly. When asked if that box could of been a factor in the the ACs sudden failure he responded No, quit trying to get money from someone else. I wanted the parts left behind so xcel could test them to determine the cause, yet he still kept the parts. ( which I still want back ) Since the company allows the cost of the repair to go to a new unit and because Justin B would not be apart of a new install I decided to give them a chance to redeem themselves. Chris came out and was very friendly, explained everything in detail, and tried to get the best price possible for us, even calling his boss to see about another program to save us money. Chris is the reason this is a 2 star and not a 1 star. This company does have overwhelming good reviews, so the company itself is probably still reputable, but it appears Justin B is a very bad apple employee and may cost them our business on a new system.
Great service, friendly, quick and reliable. I had a bathtub faucet that was leaking bad. He showed up and didn't have the part, but came back the next day and was super quick, and fixed a couple of other small leaks I was having for free. They work late hours so I didn't have to take off work early or rearrange plans for him to stop by. Overall good experience, would definitely use them again.
I sent a copy of their service call receipt to them today, proving that their employee was here and provided the quote. I really don't appreciate essentially being called a liar in their public response.

Hired Fix-it 24/7 through Home Depot to do an annual furnace tune up, it was done fine. Asked the furnace tech if there was a plumber available to look at our hot water heater as I observed some corrosion around the anode. Fit-it 24/7 plumber arrived looked at water heater and immediately began with scare tactics (you could have a tank rupture...etc.) I requested an estimate for a replacement water heater, written estimate was $3300.00 for an AO Smith brand. Needless to say I knew this was outrageously overpriced and a clear rip-off. I had the receipt for our previous water heater and a good idea of the range of cost of water heaters. Asked plumbing tech why the cost was so high, he replied manufacturer mark-ups which of course was complete nonsense. Lesson here is always get several estimates, understand what you are buying, do some research and don't fall for scare tactics. We got several estimates, had a premium brand (Bradford White) installed and had some other plumbing and gas line work completed for $2100.00. We avoided getting ripped off and were extremely pleased with the work. I don't trust Fix-it 24/7 based on a very overpriced estimate and can't recommend this company.
I needed a furnace check up and vent work done for a hole and a crack. I was told on the phone when scheduling that the serviceman would have venting supplies and a furnace filter in his car. I agreed to pay $50 for the drive out and $100 for the tuneup. When he arrived he said he did not have a furnace filter and that I could get one on my own. He also didn't have venting supplies available. He said he had measured the distance of the new venting that needed to be installed and he would call me back later with a price. The price should be no more than $20-30 and that the work could be done next day. Never got a call, had to call back the next day. Surprise! The cost of the work would be $220. I said I wanted to talk to a manager or sales representative because this was outrageous. The work looks like it would take 20 minutes at most and the material is cheap. They said they would get back to me that day. Never got a call back. That was Thursday. No call Friday or Monday. I called today, they tried to tell me that the price was actually $280 and they were giving me a deal.I won't be using this company again and would highly recommend against it. There is a complete lack of communication within the company from top to bottom. There is also no concept of customer service. What the original serviceman told me the original day was never honored. One of the managers even said that they were including another drive out fee, which was explicitly not part of the original deal. I wouldn't trust a single person in this company to give you an honest response. They have no regard for your time, money, or patience.
I contacted this company to get a quote on services. They seemed nice on the phone when they were assuring me that the quote would happen. However, the technician called me an hour and a half after his scheduled arrival time, saying that he would not drive up Lee Hill Drive in Boulder, which is a plowed road, maintained by the county. I found out later that he never had any intention of driving up that road, but waited until 3:30PM to notify me.
24/7 service is just a lie. Apparently 2PM a day after a snow storm is too much for them. I can't imagine they would be able to follow through in an emergency.

UPDATE!!!
I received a follow-up call from the owner. He was very open to my criticism and after reviewing what I had to say, he agreed that there was a problem.
His technician was a new employee, who obviously made a mistake. He is going to use this situation for training in order to avoid this kind of issue in the future.
He then offered to refund 50% of my bill, which brought the total in line with what that particular job should cost. I accepted his offer. They immediately began the process. I have since received the refund.
I really appreciate the follow-up, the willingness to discuss my concerns and to make things right.
***********************************************************************************************
I will not be calling on this company to perform work for my company in the future.
1 The name of the company is, 24/7, which implies availability. When I called on a Saturday, I was informed that they don't work weekends.
2 The service worker made an appointment with my tenant for 3:00, but didn't show up until 6:30. This caused an inconvenience to my tenant which was unacceptable.
3 The charges for replacing a garbage disposer were almost $600. When I exclaimed that that was an awful lot for a simple replacement, the plumber complained that he ...had to remove the old one first. (really???) There were some rusty pipes. He also explained that they used a top of the line model to replace the old one. I had specifically told the call taker that a comparable quality to what was there was all I wanted. I am not a plumber, but I can remove and replace a garbage disposer in less than an hour. I expect to pay a fair amount for work performed, but I will not be victim to such dishonest pricing in the future.
Jason really helped out soo much he was really detailed and had a great concept of everything he was doing. Thank you Jason for your help hope to have you help us again! Thanks a lot for your help!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I originally called this company for maintenance on my air conditioning system and was told they do not take appointments - they will just call you when they have a Tech available to do the work. Well ... that does not work for me as I work and also live alone. So I said thanks but can't make that work. Set appointment with another company for the following week and went on with my day. I then get a call back from Fix It 24/7 explaining to me that what I had been told was a mistake and we could make the appointment after all. So I decided to go ahead - cancelled the other company's and went with Fix It. I was asked if a ladder is needed to have access to roof (I own a Condo) and told them Yes, a ladder is needed. Tech shows up with no ladder and then when I tried to tell him that I told them on the phone a ladder was needed, the Tech bit my face off. He left to get a ladder and never returned. Two hours later, I get a call back from Fix It 24/7 apologizing for the mix up and then rescheduled my appointment for two days later. It is now that day - I am again, home from work for this appointment, and no one shows. WHAT A CROCK. AGAIN I SAY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Check out the rest of their complaints - they are many.
Our air conditioner has been freezing up, so I called to set an appointment. Day of the appointment rolled around and I took off work to ensure I was at the house. Service tech no call no showed. Got a call the next day that the tech was on his way, rushed home from work again. Tech called again, they had written down the wrong address. Once he finally got to my house service was excellent, but a day late to the wrong address is frustrating.
A/C unit went out on Thursday. Called late Thursday to schedule. Son came out on Friday, not only on time but ten minutes early. He was extremely professional explained what was wrong and what his thoughts were. Before any repairs were made he went through the potential issues and costs. Explained everything very extensively. The repair was made, the cost was very reasonable for the issue and we couldn't be more pleased with the repair or with Son's professionalism.
Absolutely Awful. I had a pipe burst on a Friday afternoon, so I called around and Fix-it 24/7 had the fastest scheduled time available, which was on Saturday around 1 to 3 pm. I waited until 3:30 pm on Saturday, and called them to check on the technician who was supposed to be there half hour ago. They apologized and promised to dispatch somebody right away. At 5:30 pm I called again, and they once again said they would dispatch somebody. At 8 pm I was told that they could only try to dispatch somebody, but there was nothing else they could do. Nobody has called me back or shown up. I've tried calling other plumbers in the area, but now they are booked up until Monday. Thanks a lot Fix-it 24/7, you not only did not ever get back to me, but you also caused an extensive delay until I can get my pipe fixed. Horrible Horrible Horrible!
I had a clogged drain that I could not fix myself. I called to schedule an appointment and was able to get same-day service within a two-hour window. Jeff showed up during that two hour window (though it was nearer the end of that window than the beginning), and confirmed the situation. Unfortunately, he could not immediately begin work since he needed to pickup a power auger, but returned promptly and immediately started. Jeff was in and out in an hour, and that included cleanup and billing. I was glad that I called because the clog was tougher than he expected, but afterward, the drain was returned to the condition it was when the house was first bought. The cost was competitively priced, especially compared to the big-name franchises. To summarize, professional, courteous, and reasonably priced.

They didn't install the AC but they did move it to the other side of the house about two months ago. Finally got hot enough to turn it on this weekend and it wasn't working. They came by the same day we called and under warranty. Turns out the circuit was still flipped for the AC :-) probably should have checked that. BUT the gentlemen were very nice, knowledgable, and obviously helpful. Would definitely call them again.

After Brian came out and gave me an estimate on my repairs, I never heard from him again. He told me he would get back to me the next day, and nothing. BAD customer service. If he didn't want the job, he should've said so. I left messages, and got no return phone call.
