Lukenbuilt Plumbing and Heating

I contacted my neighbor to get a recommendation for a plumber because I had two toilets that were leaking.  He recommended Lukenbuilt so I called and was told if I would be home later that day, they would stop by and check it out.  Scott arrived early afternoon and checked out both toilets.  He fixed the easy one first so he could come back to it and make sure there was no problem.  He then went upstairs and showed me what the issue was.  He fixed it and then made sure there were no leaks.

He showed me what the problems were and made sure I understood.  He then told me if either toilet started to leak again, to please call and let the office know to send him back to make it right.  Scott was knowledgeable and helpful and made me feel like a valued customer.

I don't like to leave negative reviews but I really have no choice.  I called due to the positive ratings and the guy showed up and was nice enough, I told him I had a nasty clog in my kitchen sink drain.  Rather than checking it out first, he dragged his Ridgid machine in, then unscrewed the p-trap and cleaned out the clog, replaced and didn't have to use the machine but said he Had to charge me $300 for bringing it inside, WHAT??  I also had leaks in 2 supply lines which he didn't have on his truck, again, WHAT??  aren't you plumbers??  He had to run to HD to get more and only got one.  Was supposed to come back to replace the 2nd which I paid for and still haven't heard from them.  Ugh!!  I feel I was ripped of because I am a woman and will never use this company again.

Great experience, they installed a water softener and hot and cold water in my garage. All went well and their prices were very reasonable. The plumber was very courteous and I will call them back for any more plumbing needs I have!

Great plumber he did a great job. He is a master plumber and charges very reasonable rates. I told him he should charge more, he said he would if I wanted him to. But i declined. Great plumber.

Was very prompt in returning my phone call. All other plumbers told me 1-4 days but I needed someone immediately to replace my leaking water heater. Very nice and helpful.

We used a different plumber in the past and when he was unavailable I called Robert with Lukenbuilt Plumbing. We needed a new gas line ran to the kitchen of the new home we purchased. Robert came out to do an estimate before we bought the home and the final invoice came in right on target. I sprang a lot more on Robert when he installed the gas line (new toilets, new garbage disposal and to fix a pipe coming out of our HVAC unit). He and his team got all the parts the same day and completed the job. No leaks and everything seems to be working great. I texted him the next day since our gas fireplace had a pilot light that went out and he came out the next day to turn it back on. No need to call our previous plumber now since Robert has shown to do a solid job and stay on price point. We will use Robert going forward. Always nice to have a solid plumber you can trust. I requested a quote at 10 pm and got an immediate response. They came to install a garbage disposal AND replace all the pipes the next day!  Super efficient and very nice!  Thank you!!

Chose this plumber based on reviews.  Took a bit to get ahold of him and have him respond, but he finally did show up and fixed my problem with a faucet.  Charged me $100+ for the fix, but within a week the problem was back.  Left voice mail with no response.  Then texted with no response.  Finally got a response and he told me he'd be back a week later to take a look, but never showed up.  Highly disappointed given all the rave reviews.  Definitely will never use this plumber again.

Great guy! The owner came out and looked at my bathtub faucet that came out of the wall. He explained what had happened, what he had to do to fix it, and what to look out for in the future. He ensured that the faucet was no longer leaking and drained the water buildup in the ceiling dry wall. He then sat down with me and went over what he charged and why he charged it. Great job, will absolutely call again if any plumbing needs come up.

I hired Lukenbuilt plumbing to help with a water pressure problem we were having as well as a backflow valve that was leaking. The technician was very thorough and very educational showing me what the potential issues could be. He provided fast service and a great customer experience. I would recommend Lukenbuilt for anyone needing a plumber.

Our plumber showed up on time. He is extremely friendly. Super efficient. He fixed everything very quickly. He is now our go to plumber.

Had an after hours emergency flooding with a busted pump fitting. Robert was here within minutes. Fixed. He's bright, knowledgeable, and friendly. I'll call him again when I need him!

Sadly enough, I didn't find this plumber until after I moved from Parker to Seattle. We were selling a house in Parker from Washington and there ended up being some problems with a faucet in the bathroom. Suffice it to say it ended up being a bigger ordeal than necessary, but I am overjoyed with their service and how communicative he was with us being so far away. That and his prices are very reasonable. I now recommend him to anyone I know locally looking for a plumber because it's not often you find a plumber who 1. Knows what they're doing and 2. Aren't trying to swindle you out of a mortgage payment's worth to do a repair. Thanks for the great service, I'm sorry we didn't find this company sooner.

Robert is an ANGEL! We run a dog rescue and when a pipe burst, he rushed to immediately help us then he donated his time and services. Amazing person and wonderful company!

Highly, highly, highly recommend. Quality, fast work and fair/honest prices. I had an emergency tonight, and within 30-45 minutes of my call it was fixed and the price was totally reasonable. I will definitely refer Robert/Lukenbuilt Plumbing to others, and will be keeping the number in my phone in case of future issues. There aren't many people around like this anymore. THANK YOU!

Robert previously had done work on my house.  He replaced the pressure valve which costed a lot less than other plumbers I contacted.  So when I had a bathtub faucet leaking, I contacted him again.  He identified the root of the problem and repaired it in a timely manner.  Robert quoted me a range of how much it could cost and it ended costing in the lower range which speaks volume of his honesty.  If I ever need plumbing done, he will be my first choice.

I would highly recommend this business.  I have used them twice in the last year and received excellent service!!   The prices are more than fair and he uses quality products.   Robert even rearranged his entire schedule to make sure I was safe and had hot water the same day!

I will always use Lukenbuilt Plumbing and Heating! I called them when my pipes burst and they arrived in about 1 hour. He quickly repaired the known burst pipe which revealed a second burst pipe which then revealed a third burst pipe. All three were repaired in a couple of hours. The charge was extremely reasonable, in fact it was 1/4 what I was quoted by another plumber.  I highly recommend Lukenbuilt!

I found Lukenbuilt Plumbing and Heating on Yelp and called due to the high rating.  Lukenbuilt replaced my sump pump quickly and even spent time fixing my garage door that I ran into and bent. The water in my house was off because of a leak and it was late in the evening. I was extremely happy that Robert was willing to make a late call to my house. He did a wonderful job at a great price and I am grateful. I would recommend him to anyone! Thanks Robert.

Alas, our water heater died after 15 years of selfless service. We decided replacing it was a better idea than boiling water on the stove prior to bath time. We called a few places and Robert was able to come out and look at our dying busted ass water heater. He gave a reasonable quote and scheduled it at our earliest convenience. On our search for water heater fixes, you tube videos and the like we discovered pinterest has an vast array of upcycling ideas for water heaters....planters, smokers and lawn decorations. Maybe next time. I digress. He removed our old one and hooked up the new one quickly. And he loaded both of them by himself despite the gun show we flexed offering to help. Water heaters are big...like fit a body in there big, yet he man handled that thing like a prehistoric anaconda wrestling a prehistoric crocodile.
