I found Brad Company Plumbing & Heating through a favorable review that I thought was on Yelp, but maybe it was another site.  I called to get an estimate on a gas line job and was able to get scheduled immediately, by Carol.  Dave showed up well within the 2 hour window and gave me a very reasonable fixed price estimate.  In fact, we called our old plumber that we used in the Highlands and their bid was stupidly high.  I called Carol back to schedule the job and she was able to get Dave out  the next day between 11 and 1pm.  Dave showed up at 10:55 (awesome) and quickly got the job done and also enhanced a few of our existing elements to our gas line, as a courtesy and free of charge. I like that they do a fixed price bid versus an hourly deal, as well.  Our price went up a little bit, but that's because Dave was nice enough too hook up our new gas stove and we didn't have a gas connector so he picked it up for us.  It's nice to have good 'ol fashioned work done by a small outfit, versus a big company that subcontracts.

Chester was great! I had a toilet backed up and it was flooding my basement. He came the same day I called (at the time he said he would be here) and was able to fix the problem pretty quickly and at a fair price. My house is over 100 years old and we talked about the problem and potential other problems and how to prevent them. He was friendly and professional and I would definitely use him again. Also a shout out to Jeff at Mr. Plumber who I have used before and who recommended Chester for this job. I appreciate the great referral!

oz was super patient with all of my questions and offered help with any follow up items that I may need. I had a ton of anxieties as my previous experiences had me skeptical. I would definitely continue business as he eased my mind on many of things with our business transaction!

We heard a leak in our crawlspace. I called Independent Plumbing Solutions and booked their earliest appointment which was a couple days out. My husband was antsy to get it looked at that day, but after an appalling quote and pushy tech from a bigger plumbing company, we decided to wait for our appointment with Independent Plumbing Solutions. Totally worth the wait! The plumber was punctual and polite, and got us all fixed up in no time. When the invoice arrived, the charge was very reasonable, and we are totally satisfied with the service.

Even though I have home warranty that would have covered me AND the contact information for the installer of our hot water heater, I still decided to pay for Planet Plumbing to come out because 1) they answered the phone, 2) they had someone available sooner than the other two companies, 3) they do not charge for overtime, 4) there was no trip charge, and 5) they said they'd charge nothing it turned out to be simple.

I have found my plumbers that I'll use here forward.  Thank you!

Needed a new sink and an overflow put in my kitchen so I went ahead and looked up faucet installation in my area. Went forth and picked this company and everything turned out perfect and I was very pleased with the professionalism and how smooth the process went. Had an awesome experience with this company!  Came out for an estimate on 3 repairs I needed inside and outside and 3 hours later, instead of an estimate, all of the work was done for half the cost I was expecting. Thanks so much!

I messaged Beau because our bathtub drain was leaking into the basement. He got back to me immediately and was very friendly and helpful on the phone. He sent Duke over to check it out and he was able to pull the old drain out and install a new one. Duke really knows what he's doing and is a super nice guy. Before Duke came by, we thought we needed a whole new bathtub so it was a big relief. I would definitely recommend them!

Bluefrog is the best.  Ryan came out a week and a half ago.  They had a time slot earlier than scheduled and fit me in a day sooner.  Ryan quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate - which I approved.  He rebuilt the laundry standpipe (which had been leaking), rebuilt the T that joins the laundry drain and the main line which drains half the house.  Then he snaked the 50 feet or so all the way to the street.  I had washed an old blanket which disintegrated and created a clog in the cast iron beneath the basement concrete.  When he left, everything drained perfectly and I was completely satisfied.  Ryan also suggested using Bio Clean drain cleaner which is an excellent product.

Awesome staff! Super helpful and honest! I called to have the HVAC system inspected on a property I was considering buying and everyone I encountered was equally kind and knowledgeable.

Had a leaking Backflow valve. Neil was here lightning fast and made the repair quickly. He even had the parts with him in the truck. Competent and fairly priced. Thumbs up.

Andrew is great! My water heater went out over the weekend so as soon as Monday hit I called around. Andrew ended up finding a way to figure out what I needed, came over after he finished the job he was working on that day and got me back with hot water. His price was under what everyone else was quoting. I was very happy with everything.

So, after having to run off a guy from Precision Plumbing for trying to rip me off by overcharging me by $160.00 I called American Rooter. I asked him on the phone how much he would charge me for clearing a clogged toillet and he told me $98.00. I asked him to come by. He came over and within 5 minutes cleared the toilet and then wrote me an invoice that came out to an even $100. He was professional, did not try to upsell me, did not try to BS me in any way, and just fixed the problem, charged me what he told me it was going to cost, and left. What a refreshing experience. I will call on these guys anytime I need anything done, and will refer him to everyone I can. As for Precision Plumbing...........my advice to everyone is to stay away from them. What they tell you on the phone is not what I was told, and even when the guy came out and I rejected his first offer to clear my toilet for $260, then he told me he had to go call his boss to see if he could do better. He came back in in less than a minute and told me he would do it for $160. This, all after they dispatcher told me it would be $59 plus parts......

Go with American Rooter, they are honest, and fair!!!

We had an amazing experience with Chris, from quickly responding to squeezing us in at the last minute to resolve our leaky valve. Immediately gave us an estimate (that he honored to the penny). You can tell he's a perfectionist who loves what he does. Came in well below other companies, and he's an actual master plumber. We'll be turning to him for all our plumbing needs going forward.

Poorly run company! No friendy owners... The work was completed and the system works, I guess.... At least we haven't had any leaks on a zone valve installation, however one valve is broken and just clicked all night long. The plumber gauged my wife and up charged $400 for a  $75valve. We wanted the valves installed ASAP because the weather was changing and we have a 2 week old and 2 year old. The owner of the company cannot be reached and the receptionist in not helpful.

Overall, happy with the services. They fixed the issue they came to fix in a timely fashion for a reasonable price.

I would give 5 stars, but they did ding me for a few extras including $40 for drain cap that they broke, and tried to ding me an extra $60 or so for a crawl space fee which I told him I didn't agree with and he didn't end up charging me for.

I would use them again, but would ask more questions about the pricing ahead of time.
