Ghosted! Ready to hire, and Neil quit answering. Bummer, because it sounded like a fair deal. But it's good form to at least tell a customer that you can't do the job, don't want the job, too busy , overbooked...

Neil was so nice, efficient and easy to work with. I had to send him back to a building built in 1886 because I did not give him full info on his first visit. Then on his second visit there was a bit of a snafu on my part as well. It was a bit of a wild goose chase for Neil. He was so kind and agreeable. And his pricing is also more than fair.
I needed backflow testing for Denver Water and called Neil for help! He was at my house 30 min later and the documents were sent that same day to Denver Water. Thank you so much for such a quick and amazing service. Highly recommend working with Neil!!!
Knowledgeable and responsive. Well priced and great job replacing backflow preventer and winterizing sprinkler systems. Efficient, while still explaining what was happening.

Our sprinkler system wasn't turning on, and Neil was able to come the day after I called. He found the two issues and fixed them quickly for a fair price.
Had a leaking Backflow valve. Neil was here lightning fast and made the repair quickly. He even had the parts with him in the truck. Competent and fairly priced. Thumbs up.

I have used Neil twice now, and I will be using him from now on. Great services, answers messages quickly, friendly and flexible scheduling. He came and fixed 5 sprinkler heads and blew out my system before the cold front. Even came out on the weekend so I wouldn't need to take a day off since I work during the weekdays. Excellent prices too! Doesn't rip you off like other companies I got quotes from.
