Best Plumbing Services in Denver, CO
We had NYTech replace our furnace last year. I am very happy with it to this day. They appear to sell quality equipment. They are very professional and courteous and take the time to explain everything. The installation included 2 free maintenance check-ups. They are not the cheapest company for sure, but sometimes you get what you pay for. Their service and professionalism have earned my repeat business.

John is excellent and I can't recommend him enough. He is always polite and really accessible. I have had him come out for 3 separate jobs and he has always done and excellent job and taken the time to give me the run down. Super fair price and he even fixed a sweat job I did. Thanks again for everything John! I recommend you to any I know who is looking for a great plumber!

Dave was able to get out to our house on the next business day to address a non-emergent plumbing problem. We were given a two hour window of time when the appointment was scheduled and received a text and a phone call at 20-30 minutes and 15 minutes out, which was made it easy to plan my day accordingly rather than having to sit around and wait all day. He was very knowledgeable about the issue and explained everything in detail to my husband and me. He was extremely professional, clean, and detail-oriented. He worked quickly and efficiently and had the problem resolved within a couple of hours, so we were very impressed. We will certainly be using this company for any and all plumbing needs in the future.

Tyler came out to fix our AC the same day we called on the hottest weekend of the year so far. Life saver. And he was very friendly. Took the time to explain what the problem was, how he was fixing it, and the rationale behind Freon pricing. Recommended!

Great company that took care of us when our water heater decided to die. Very professional plumber showed up on time, respected our house, and completed the replacement as quoted. Thank you for the great service.

One of the reasons why I chose Todd's Water Heater Repair was because of the excellent YELP ratings and I wasn't let down. Mike responded to my messages quickly and answered all the questions that I had. i could tell he was knowledgeable and provided options that worked best for me. He arrived within the 2 hour time block and texted 30 minutes ahead of time.
He replaced my water heater quickly. When he was finished, he answered all of my questions and explained the warranty and yearly maintenance.
Overall, a wonderful experience.

We had a serious kitchen sink backup, nothing worked to unclog the drain. We went on Yelp to find a plumber who did not require us to take a second mortgage out to pay the bill. After reviewing Yelp Reviews, we chose Drain Genius.
We received a reasonable bid for a few projects, but the kitchen drain required a bigger job, labor intensified, digging in the crawl space. This second bid was again, reasonable compared to the work required.
The employees were courteous, professional, and they knew what they were doing! They had all the necessary tools to perform plumbing jobs; they came out quickly; the jobs were done within a very good time.
Dwight was professional in his quick quote, Mike was courteous, and Jason the plumber was friendly and knew his stuff! Janice the office rep communicated well.
Basically, this company was reasonable for plumbing expenses. We are happy with the experience and will use them again, or refer them....... in Centennial.

My experience with Sunshine today was wonderful! They communicated the time frame of when the tech would be at my house by phone AND email, the tech (Dylan) called when he was 30 mins out, and arrived right when he said. With covid going on he was prepared with a mask and booties to cover his shoes. He did the work of clearing a blocked pipe quickly, was pleasant, and even won over our dogs who can be a bit picky.
The entire experience was efficient, friendly, and a huge relief!

I was impressed by the initial presentation of the male owner(his wife seems to actually d the business side of the company). What a mistake. First, I truly needed a new furnace so I had them do the purchase and installation. It failed two City of Castle Pines inspections. First because they failed to install ductwork per code. Failed second inspection because they did not tell me door from furnace room had to be solid and have rubber on the bottom to stop ventilation through door. Next, they charged me almost $1500. more than fair market value for a new air conditioning unit which failed city inspection due to failing to put required electrical outlet with required proximity to air unit. Then they installed cheap water heater and failed to put code-required pan to catch water leakage from safety valve.

I called on Applewood for a bid on installing a whole house humidifier. Their technician arrived an my house on time as scheduled. He was polite and courteous and assessed our current hvac system.
Instead of providing a quote for what I asked for, he then proceeded in trying to sell us a complete indoor climate control system stating we needed a whole new furnace, humidifier and AC.
I asked for a simple humidifier install and instead he quoted us over $5,000 for a package we didn't want.
They are extremely prompt and professional. And from other reviews it sounds like they might do good work. However, from my personal experience I feel this company's emphasis is on up selling. Thanks but no thanks.

Blue Sky successfully repaired a swamp cooler at a rental property I own for $600 in the spring of 2013. Cost seemed high, but it is an older unit. Warranty for 1 year with requirement that I use Blue Sky for start up/shutdown, which was also fine.
Fast-forward to October 2013: Contacted Blue Sky for the shutdown, and was informed that the cost would be $200.
$200 for a swamp cooler shut down, when other vendors offered $75-$100?!? Pass.
Tried to negotiate with the company, asking for a furnace tune up or something along those lines to be included free of charge...did everything possible to maintain business with Blue Sky. No dice.
Sorry Blue Sky, but I'm not interested in overpaying for a routine service. Nor dealing with any company that refuses to negotiate with what could have been a regular customer. My recommendation: find a vendor with more flexibility and more business sense.
EDIT post owner response: Kudos to Mike for responding. However, my comments stand. The review above is based on multiple attempts to negotiate price,. I have no intention of using Blue Sky again, regardless of my threatening negative review yielding a price concession. I don't care what you charge others--I care what you charge me.
Your response falls apart on multiple fallacies. Besides, if you really want to see what a threatening review looks like, check out the other negative responses to your business, which seem to be strangely relegated to the not helpful section of Yelp...I wonder why that is...almost as if someone is paying for them not to be featured.

WARNING! EVERYTHING THIS MAN SAID IS A LIE!!!! STAY FAR AWAY. STOLE 11,000 for a Rough in. READ response from the owner with caution. permit with the city was FRAUDULENT! (Pulled on a random name not his own, actually under an expired license) OWNERS HAVE HAD SOOOOOO MANY WORKMANSHIP ISSUES WITH THE PLUMBING SINCE HE LEFT THE SITE!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!
See photos that prove Mr Cs is LIEING !!!
I feel so awful for the people he's currently working for based on recent pix. He'll take all you're money & never come back to the job site. Give it just a year or two and your plumbing will start to blow! We offered legal assistance for him to work out his employee Dave stealing $7000 of our project monies. He disappeared after that so we think he was in on a scam of some sort! He pulled a Fake permit (in his Daddy's name) for our job took $11000.00 & never finished the job! Jeremy Carter cannot be trusted in the plumbing industry.
BEWARE! DO NOT LET HIM NEAR YOUR HOUSE!

Do not use this company! owner is not a master plumber and pays a master plumber for the use of his license. He does not pull permits and cuts corners, His 1 year warrantyis as good is as his word which is not worth the paper its written on. Michael Beadle lies and states hes been in combat and portrays himself out to be a former soldier but has no military background whatsoever. Please do not fall for his lies,
