Best Plumbing Services in Denver, CO
My water heater broke unexpectedly on one of the coldest weeks we've had. Vidal plumbing was very quickly responsive via Yelp and was able to send someone the next day. They were super knowledgeable, knew exactly what they were looking for, and were done in 20 min which was really convenient. Everything they did was timely, convenient, and professional as well as appropriately priced. I was able to get my water heater fixed for a lower price and in less time than anyone else I contacted!

Sergey just provided the best and most professional plumbing service. He showed up earlier than promised, completed the repair quickly, cleaned up and went above and beyond. I have rental properties and will absolutely hire him again!

These guys have been my go-to folks since they did all the plumbing work for my new office in Golden. Gene is prompt, courteous and so far has been able to trouble-shoot every issue that I've run across in the past 4 years.

Chris was direct, on time, did what he said he was going to do and able to get us in for a sewer cleaning VERY quickly. Highly recommend him.

I am super impressed with this company. They answered my phone call on a Sunday, offered to have a technician come out that evening if we wanted (we didn't need immediate help, but it is nice to know they would have been available on short notice). Jeremy, the technician, who came out, the following day, was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He fixed our problem in short order for a very reasonable price. I will absolutely use this company again, when I need their services.

John, Shea, Jordan, Trevor, it doesn't matter which of these guys are on the job, they are ALL professional and detailed with the sewer scopes performed for me/my clients. Their reports are clear as well as their recommendations. As a Certified Master Home Inspector, I need the best and they deliver every time. I highly recommend Pipe One.

We had a clogged shower drain that would not budge! I called Brady and Co. Home Services. Conner was super understanding when I had to reschedule last minute due to a medical emergency and was able to get us in the next day. He was on time and I was super happy to see he brought boot covers. He was very friendly and professional. He cleared the drain quickly and efficiently and left the space very clean. He was also great with my excited dogs and had no problem letting them say hi! I will definitely be recommending Connor to friends and family. We have been looking for a reliable plumber and I'm glad we found our guy! Help support small business owners and give Connor with Brady and Co a call for your plumbing needs!

Rome is an amazing individual - extremely professional, personable.
It's 12:50 am as I'm writing this. Rome left 15 minutes ago. I'm writing this review now instead of in the morning because he has more than earned my respect.
I called him Thursday 10/19 because of the drain in my basement was backing up. He was there later that afternoon to diagnose the issue. It was the 10 year old sewage injection pump that's only supposed to last 7 years. He was able to schedule me all day the next day.
He arrived at 9am this morning (10/20) to pull out the old sewage injection pump, clean it in order to find a matching model with the right horsepower. The job was finished at 5pm. He and his assistant swept up and cleaned up. Raw sewage is messy. My basement is clean and you couldn't tell that anyone had ever been there.
About and hour later, the brand new pump stopped working for some reason. I called Rome and he said he was on two other jobs but was willing to come over at 11pm after he had been working for 14 hours. That's what he did. He figured out the issue and fixed it. I've met few people who works as hard as he does.
I called 2 other plumbers and his prices are very fair.
I had a chance to talk to Rome while he was finishing repairs. He has an electrical engineering degree, worked in telecom before joining the family business. He's a Master Plumber and has been doing this for 18 years. He also does commercial drain work for restaurants and businesses.
I'm recommending him to all my friends. I would hire him again. In fact, I am hiring him again. He's coming back in Wednesday to fix a shut off valve that doesn't turn all the way off. He's busy and deservedly so but worth the wait because I know he'll do it right.

Did not show up for their Friday afternoon appointment I did receive a call from a gentleman named Khan on the following Monday acknowledging that they missed the appointment and were readily available. Hard to judge their ability as plumbers.

I hired Matt to install our new tankless water heater, and remove our old tank style unit. I had gotten a total of four quotes, 2 from big name plumbers and two from more local companies. The two big box plumbers were astronomical for price. One company quoted 9k if I bought the unit. The second company quoted 7k. Matt, and the other smaller company were very close on price.
I chose Matt because he was a Master certified plumber and didn't try to sell me on unnecessary costs. Even though he was slightly higher, I was happy knowing he was very knowledgeable, and installing the supplied unit right the first time. I would definitely choose Matt for any plumbing job in the future. He is honest, and very responsive. What a great local plumber! Thanks Matt!

Called for a emergency sewer repair and the excavation went great especially with city requirements. Got my water back on in just one day! Definitely going to call again in the future.

I've had a water heater replacement, as well as a sump pump replacement. No complaints, great service. Fair prices.

Master plumber Travis Arbogast has helped us on multiple occasions, most recently with the replacement of a water heater that went out while we had visitors staying with us. He was able to respond quickly and had it replaced the same day. He is professional, experienced, and explains his recommendations in terms that are easy to understand. He does high quality work, always to code, and his pricing is fair. We are so lucky to have found Travis. We recommend him to our family and friends as well as anyone who needs a plumber they can trust.

So irate, that I'm finally creating a yelp account.
Admittedly, the techs from Squeaks are magicians. However, their scheduling and dispatch are a mess. A year ago, they had to reschedule on us twice. We let it slide, because the quality of work was so good. Flash forward a year, we scheduled an appointment 3 or 4 weeks in advance. We are in a business that requires a VERY sanitary environment, so when we have plumbing or hvac stuff to deal with, we basically have to shut down until that work is done. Day of appointment, I get a call requesting that we reschedule. Okay, sure, now I'm behind a day on production. No big deal right? New reschedule date comes, get a call that the appointment has to be pushed off to a later time. Later time comes and goes, no call, no tech at my door. So I call, and am presented with excuses of this job was more important, and last week there was a different emergency, and this and that. What is the point in scheduling an appointment in the first place, if the appointments don't even take precedence? I'm now waaaaay behind on production. What would have taken them probably 15 minutes, has easily cost me more than what the bill would have been. Thanks guys! Squeaks has lost a repeat customer. A shame, as we had a laundry list of items that would've had their attention and earned them some $$$. I will not be recommending this company to friends, family, or business associates any longer.

Every experience that I have had with Mile High Drain has been god-awful. I once had a clogged sink and my landlord called them to come by. The plumber refused to even enter my apartment, insisting that he can clear MY drain from my neighbor's unit. He goes over there and then I never hear from him again. My drain was not fixed. Awesome. Recently, my toilet wouldn't stop flushing and because of that my shower water was stuck on scalding hot. They told me that they'd come between 10-12 to fix it, so naturally I arranged my day around that. At 11:45, no one had called or anything. So I called them and the guy I spoke with said the plumber was en route and would have him call me to give me his eta. The plumber calls and tells me that he JUST got on the road and it will be 45 min til he gets to me. I tell him that that wasn't the agreed upon time and expressed my frustration. He then went off on me, yelling me to have my landlord call another company to come out and fix the toilet and he hung up on me. I called the person I'd spoken to prior to this plumber and he was just as irate and rude. Screw this company. I rather go back to the days of no drainage systems and cholera filled water than deal with these unprofessional people ever again.
