Very responsive and good, quality work.  They came at the requested time and completed the work in a timely manner.

Patrick installed a vent hood over our stove. As we didn't have a vent this included installing all the venting. After getting information on the project and a few photos of the installation site he sent a very reasonable quote. On the day he came to do the installation we realized that I had missed the fact that we have solar panels over the part of the roof where he would need to install the vent. Patrick very quickly adapted to routing the vent out through the wall, including getting the new supplies this would require. He was very pleasant to work with and we'll definitely reach out to him for any projects we need help with in the future

I have had Superior Water and Air install a reverse osmosis water purification system and also help out with a mystery leak in my home. The company I had previously used for my water system changed ownership, and unfortunately, the new owners had no idea what they were doing. After searching on Yelp, I found Superior Water and Air. The young lady I spoke with went above and beyond to try to find filters for my old system so that those could be installed. When we realized that brand of filters were not to be found, I decided to have a new system put in. (Apparently my previous system was exclusive to the previous company.) Thankfully, I was able to keep my own water storage tank. The plumber cleaned the storage tank and installed the new system quickly and efficiently. I have had it for several months now, and it is working perfectly.

Now, about the mystery leak. I received my water bill last month and had quite a shock. My normal $20.00 winter bill became a $160.00 problem. According to Denver Water, I had consumed 23,000 gallons in January. Well, I hadn't installed a pool, my family members (furry ones included) assured me they hadn't been taking luxuriously LONG showers daily, and there wasn't a lake forming in my basement, so there had to be stealth leaking somewhere. Although the water department assured me it was common to have a leak and that a mischievous toilet was the usual culprit, I was still a bit freaked out about the whole thing. I called Superior Water and Air and everyone was very helpful. Julie and Shane listened to me patiently and assured me that they could help me out. Shane came to my home, and repaired the suspect toilet. Mystery solved. Now, after submitting my invoice from Superior Water and Air to Denver water, I am awaiting an adjustment of my billing. Happy ending!

We hired Todd to help us with plastic fittings under our sink so a new dishwasher could be installed. On the phone, Todd said he does not like plastic shut off valves and would come out to fix the issue and get the area ready for a new dishwasher. Well, his guy instead replaced the water supply hose with a nylon braided one. New dishwashers all come with this hose already. So, we are out $175 for a hose we would have gotten with our dishwasher. Todd says he cannot help us without charging us more. I can not recommend him to others given this experience. Be aware!

Dave and his crew were very helpful and friendly. We were very appreciative of how quickly they were able to come in and the speed of their service. They provided helpful suggestions for the work that needed to be done and adapted quickly to last minute additional requests. They were quite affordable and easily beat other quotes we received.

Needed to get an annual preventative sewer snake on short notice. Called Starz after our two normal providers were unavailable or did not respond. Rodrigo answered the phone on the first call, made availability within 24 hours and showed up to the minute of our appointment time.

Not only did he perform the snake as requested, he also ran a camera and pointed out areas of interest/concern and ran through them with us, giving us advice on the best way to self-manage maintenance throughout the year. All while offering a new customer discount that made their pricing at/below market rates.

There is a reason I like to support local business and this is why. Beyond my expectations for customer service and beyond dependable. I'll definitely use them again.

I met Lorenzo 25 years ago, yah, I know he doesn't look that old. Anyway, he was my apprentice back then. Today he is the only one of the bunch that I would let work on my house.

He was taught the old ways of craftsmanship by several of us old plumbers. What that means is, that he not only knows the plumbing code, has the skills necessary for the trade, but he also brings a respect for the craft. That respect carries over to your house or commercial building in that your repair or building project is not just a paycheck. He cares about how his work in your house affects you.

I had  Lorenzo and George help me on one of my projects recently and as expected they did a great job.

I gave a 5 star rating because he and George deserve it. However, if they continue to make fun of my work clothing, i will reduce it to a 4. Maybe even a 3.

Called them over a month ago to repair a leaking shower head.  Owner said he needed to order a part and then he'd get back to me.  Heard nothing after a month.  Called back a week ago to get him to call me back  - still nothing.  Their rates are egregiously high - even with the veteran's discount.  Charged me $400 to repipe the P-trap under a sink.

Matt did an amazing job fixing a plumbing leak caused by shoddy work done by the previous DIY homeowner. He showed up when he said he would, was courteous and professional, made the fix in a very short period of time, improved the plumbing setup, and was extremely patient with interruptions from curious cats, kids, and me. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.

I have worked with Nick and Lilly for over 5 years with service for my bar in Lone Tree. Nick has been wonderful to work with. He is extremely professional and has always gone above and beyond with his workmanship. He's handled everything from simple clogs to more serious commercial plumbing work. His prices have always been extremely fair - and downright cheap compared to the level of service provided. He also does regular maintenance for the bar and does things behind the scenes that often I'm not even aware of. I've recommended their company to several friends and everyone has always been very happy with their work. It's a family run company (as is my own) so I'm always happy to support them. Both Nick and Lilly are extremely friendly and funny to boot!

I had an emergency situation at a rental on a Sunday morning and was out of town. Called Planet Plumbing and they got to the house in 15 minutes and fixed what was developing into a major problem. I plan to always use this company from here on. They were fantastic.

Stuvantae responded to me very quickly when I reached out. He was also flexible with my changing schedule. When he arrived, he was friendly and professional, talking with me as he worked. I will not only recommend his services, I will definitely call him the next time I have a plumbing issue.

Second job for this company and it will be the last! Be aware the owner is rude and horrible to speak to. I was given a quote that is apparently not by the company so it was wrong. The owner said to cut costs they hired a third party that apparently they can't be accountable for on their pricing.

I called to get an estimate for some work to be done only to find out estimates are not free. I politely declined their services. They went behind my back and called my husband at work.  Note:  I did not give them his phone number!!!! I make the appointments so people are not bothering my husband at work. I found this very underhanded and unprofessional.

Leon is an honest small business man, a trait that is hard to come by these days especially from big-name companies.

Leon first came to the house for a free diagnosis of a leak saturating my dining room ceiling.  After 30 minutes, he thought it would be best to get a roofer out to take a look, to be as non-invasive to the ceiling as possible.  While waiting on an appt with a roofer, Leon told me what to look for in case it was a plumbing issue.  

Sure enough, the next day I discovered what Leon told me to look for and called him back.  He  came over that evening, cut the least amount of the ceiling out as possible and found the problem.  We then scheduled the plumbing surgery to occur 2 days later, on a Saturday (Doesn't charge x-tra for weekends either!).  All said and done, the final charge was $95!  Others wanted to charge much more to just come out and take a look where Leon made 3 trips, parts/labor for such a low amount.  

I will contact Leon at Royalty Plumbing whenever the need arises!

Two Kohler toilets with similar problems.  Joel Hart came over, diagnosed the problems.  He had to order some parts, but as soon as he received them fixed the problems within a short period of time.  He is knowledgeable, personable, and a great plumber.  I definitely recommend Hart Plumbing whole heartedly (hartedly, LOL!).

Matt has handled our plumbing and heating needs since we moved into Conifer in 2005. He and his team are always professional, proactive, and responsive. His prices are fair and the quality of the work is consistently excellent.

We highly recommend All Phase - and Matt - to anyone up here that requires plumbing and heating services.

In this detailed review I will do my best to be fair but my overall experience with Josh and Desarae was horrible. I used this company for several projects so I will detail what was done correctly and what was not.

Job 1: patch walls, fix crown moulding, install a light fixture, caulk down stove corner and hand held sprayer at kitchen sink, and paste wallpaper on ceiling. Most was done but 1) not in one visit (it kept running over and they kept asking more $) and 2) some of the work was done by Desarae's brother who eventually got fed up with the two and left the company. The quality was this particular project was done well except for the wallpaper. They pasted the precut pieces onto my ceiling and didn't even match up with the other row. Then when they tried to replace it started falling off. They said they'd reorder a new roll and replace. They did reorder but never replaced it and have not returned my texts. I paid for this and they never completed the job!

Job 2: replace window ledge in bathroom, fix vent downstairs, and finish kitchen sink sprayer. Josh gave me an estimate which differed than Desarae. I ended up paying more again for this project. I was initially told they would fix the vent once they got drywall from job 3 so I initially gave them leeway. In the end they just glued it up and never completed the job w dry wall as stated. The ledge itself is beautiful but the caulking and waterproof painting around the window is horrible. They kept saying they were gonna finish it after job 3 but they never did. In fact they never returned my texts

Job 3 repair basement. Had some water damage and needed dry wall, painting, flooring repair, etc. Well they got it done but it took forever! To be fair we also had a basement tenant who wasn't too favorable to them coming in. They washed their brushes and equipment in my laundry sink, permanently staining and scratching it. They did epoxy in spare room and fixed dry wall by I wouldn't say it was good work. It was fair. In the estimate they didn't even repair the baseboards. Of course I couldn't think of it all so they left it looking unfinished.

Personally, Josh seems like a nice guy but the work is shoddy, slow, and there's too much drama in him and his wife's life that impacts the job. Too often he had to go to court or car broke down or parent left the project. It was horrible. I kept paying bc in the end I wanted it done. It's sad bc I was really hoping this would work out so that I can have a regular handyman but these two were disorganized, unreliable, and unprofessional. I caution anyone to use their services. Btw in the end my ceiling has pieces of wallpaper falling down, bathroom window looks horrible, and they never won't honor their jobs once paid. DON'T FALL FOR THE WE CAN DO T FOR LESS GIMICK

Had a service appointment schduled with them. They didn't show up, call to cancel, call to reschedule, or anything. Just didn't show up. I find this very rude and unappreciative to someone's time.
