Bill and Mark are the best!  It is just so nice to find plumbers who do their best to satisfy the customer!  Honest, professional and on time!  Great job guys!!!

We woke up to a leaky faucet in the basement on a Saturday morning and I called around to a few places I found on Yelp with good ratings. On Monday, Legacy called me back (one of the first to call me back-only a couple actually called back). They said they would work me in that morning-awesome! Harry arrived on time, was very nice, friendly, didn't seem to mind our puppy, and he was very knowledgeable, professional and even happened to have the items and faucet he needed for our repair -outside in his truck (it's an older house, so kind of an old type of faucet/fixture so we didn't expect him to have it). He was here an hour or so and while it was more money than we wanted to spend, we felt the pricing Harry offered was fair and we trusted he knew exactly what he was doing and would definitely use them again, although we hope we don't have to!

Only 15 months after a drain pipe replacement we have to have the whole thing replaced! $6k down the drain!!!! And now because they messed everything up it is going to cost $10k.

I bought a condo in an old building about a year ago. When I first purchased my place I had a lot of major plumbing issues that I needed addressed. I went out and got about five bids from various plumbers, all wanted more than double what Les's estimate. Les has been my go to plumber since then for all issues in the past year, I've had 7 calls.

He is reliable, good at what he does and a great fair price. He has replaced cartridges in both of my showers, re did the plumbing in my kitchen, installed new toilets, fixed leaks, snaked a couple of drains, installed new faucets. I will continue to use him.

These guys were able to make an appointment during the pandemic for my rental unit but charged $165 to replace a handle, yes, just the handle - on a toilet. I was told it was a $65 assessment and that would come out of parts and labor for the job. A handle on a toilet - $165. Can't imagine what a larger job would be!

Wow.  These guys were great.  I had an evaporative cooler installed, and the faucet where the cooling company installed it started leaking right away.  The cooling company said I needed to call a plumber and recommended one, but that company wasn't really interested in such a small job.  I found Good Plumbing in my local Northwest Denver Tribune newspaper and decided to give them a call.  They were out the next day and fixed my problem right away - and the best news is that they charged me nothing.  They are super nice, very knowledgeable and very responsive.  If you need a good plumber that you can trust, look no further.

My husband and I recently purchased a condo, and as part of our home inspection, the inspector noted the water heater was 17 years old and that we should prioritize getting it replaced. Okay, no problem--I called 3 plumbers as well as Home Depot for quotes.

On the low end (Home Depot) I was quoted just over 2k for a new 40gal heater. On the high end, I was quoted $3200. I decided to go with the middle option, Courtesy Plumbing, which came in around $2600 and included the tank, labor, disposal of the old tank, and modifications to put the tank in per updated codes. Ryan took the call, came out for free to check out the space, and came back a couple days later for the install.

I appreciated that Ryan was transparent, courteous, and diligent. He and his partner got it done correctly and they left no mess or evidence of their work besides my brand new tank. He even did a water pressure test for me after he had some concerns that our pressure was too high. Rather than immediately try to upsell me on a regulator, he got creative and found a way to test the pressure, only to discover that it was actually fine. As a layman myself, I felt reassured that Courtesy was not trying to trick me out of more $.

I also upgraded to the silver client package after they finished the job because I liked them so much. We'll eventually need HVAC work done in here, and I will be calling Courtesy.

Gilbert from quality is by far the best plumber. He is a 5  star plumber he cleared my main line that a nation wide pluming service told me by the tech and supervisor that my main line was broke and totally out of service. They said it would be between 15000 to 16000 dollars.Gilbert had mainline cleared in less than 1 hour.my lines are 100 percent clean.Again thanks to the one and only Gilbert from quality plumbing.

The team of men that came to my house were polite, articulate and considerate of my time and property.  They offered the best solution faster than any other service, they completed it at the lowest cost but left my property clean.  They went above and beyond in how they left the area which had to be totally dug up for the repairs.  Locally owned, this was by far the best company to work with.  I did have four total estimates and companies come out.  I would recommend them for quick response, professional work and affordable cost.

On the recommendation from a local Facebook site, we decided to give them a try. We have a leaky toilet. After a call back, I was told the plumber would be there sometime after 2 pm. At 5:30 as I was pulling out of the driveway, the van pulls up. He replaces a damaged gasket ($10) and charges $110 for the call. Ten minutes of work at the most and $120? Why would we use them again?

This company has really went above and beyond my expectations! The quality and work ethic from Tyler and his employees in my opinion are unmatched. Thank you Tyler!

Did a hot water heater replacement for us...pricing changed by $300 after the old one was ripped out. They tried to argue that they can leave the old one on our family room floor, after taking it away was part of the original agreement (I have a spinal injury and certainly couldn't move it). When new water heater began making banging noises, called them out under the warranty agreement...when they came out, they demanded $100 AND did not fix anything. Threatened to put a lien on my house if I didn't pay it. Would NEVER use these guys again and warn everyone about my experiences with them. City of Arvada couldn't even find licensing on them, but I haven't dug into that issue, so that may be in error.

We had an outstanding experience with Bell Heating and Plumbing.  Gutting a master bath can be a frustrating project, but Bell made it a smooth process. We had our own contractor, but purchased most of our items from Bell.  Everyone we dealt with was very knowledgeable and professional.  But there are two standout employees I must mention.  Ms. Kristy Hensen-Hillestad and Sean (works in receiving).  Kristy's eye for detail and color is amazing.  Her vast knowledge of the products that Bell offers made our selections easy.  She is the ultimate professional.  Her customer service is top notch.  Our new bathroom is stunning thanks to Kristy.  Sean assisted us the few times Kristy was with other customers.  We sat in the Mystic tub on the showroom floor but wanted to try the Mystic Jr as that was more appropriate for our bathroom.  Sean took us out back where the tubs are stored.  He unpacked one so I could sit in it to make sure it was right for us.  Wow!  That is just one of the ways these two fine employees went about and beyond.  Sure Bell might be a little more expensive.  But you get what you pay for.  There is no way we could have gotten the same personal service and expertise at Home Depot or Lowes.  Bell sells only quality products so we knew we were getting the best. We would definitely give Bell our business in the future.
I would also like to give kudos to Ishmael and Jeffrey from Desert Eagle Stone.  They were our installers for the granite counter.  Very professional.

The folks are barely better than con-artists. DO NOT EVER CONTRACT THEIR SERVICES.

At the beginning of COVID-19 lockdowns, our master shower/tub went out. When we finally felt comfortable bringing someone in, we called Action Appliance, who recommended these folks. We've had fine experiences with Action in the past, so their recommended plumber seemed like a guaranteed good deal. We were SO WRONG. The only prompt appointment was for our initial estimate, at which point we were told that it was a simple fix, and that a part would be in to do the work in a couple days. We were asked to pay 2/3 of the bill up front, but the man instead charged the entire total, without informing us. Then, the no-call/no-shows began. Three appointments over five days were cancelled on us AFTER the window, and only when we called to ask the status. Furthermore, each time we were informed that the part would be in soon, and another (fake) appointment was scheduled. After a week without out money or our repairs, we called and asked for a reasonable accommodation for the hassle and lies. We were informed they would only offer a small discount - approximately $100 out of nearly $1000 total work. When we informed them that was not acceptable, they then told us they would cancel the work, but would be keeping 25% for a cancellation fee! We were left with no work, and have had to appeal to our bank to attempt to have any of our money returned (they to date have not returned a penny).

Needless to say, we called another plumber, who was professional, punctual, and more than happy to get the work done in a beautiful manner.

Anywhere Rooter are frauds and crooks. DO NOT EVER HIRE THEM. They are more likely to steal from you than help.
