I had a toilet back up and RMW did a great job. Not only thorough but tidy too. Highly recommended!

We would definitely recommend Baird and Sons plumbing. John Baird completed our Master bath remodel recently--and we were very impressed with his knowledge and experience. He set a date when he could start our project and he was there on time. We wished we would have purchased our plumbing fixtures from him, versus buying them ourselves--as some of the pdf files on the whirlpool tub and shower base were not on the file. He was able to immediately call and get the information on the fixture we had purchased though. We did the project on a time and material basis--which most homeowners are intimidated to do. We can assure anyone that John and his employees do not sit down for a second. They work very hard--quickly and the added quality and professionalism that this company provides is just icing on the cake. Baird and Sons plumbing gets a five star rating from us.

Response to ownder's public comment to my review:
How many times did I ask you if I needed to pay you anything? How many times did you say you would invoice me? When you came on 4/26/22 to help I asked you how much for that day as it was not planned, (we waited your availability) and I paid you that day with a check prior to you even invoicing me. I also paid your requested deposit on 4/26/22. I thought you had purchased 2 toilets, and did I not reach out to you to ask you if I owed you for a 2nd toilet? (You told me it had not been ordered.) If you think I owe you more money, minus the cost for toilet installation which is paid and not done, then you need to bill me so the bill can be reviewed. When you had me on the phone yelling at me and I was in tears starting to cry I told you, I can't talk about this right now. I am hanging up now. Goodbye. Then you texted me trying to argue with me telling me, I don't appreciate you hanging up on me. I am the customer. You had me in tears because again you were telling me I had to back up deadlines because of you. This was the 2nd time you attemtped to fight with me via texting. Mature business owners do not make their customer cry. And if I was a man, you would not have done what you did do to me. Others I employ on this remodel have complained because you put them behind and they had to clean up your work mess. I myself hauled the crating wood, bands, etc from the bathtub (which you could not get into the house for 10 days) to the dumpster. You left that for me to clean up. I myself scooped and put dirt and concrete debris from the bathtub installation into a large orange builders' bucket. This filled the bucket and I hauled it to the dumpster as you just left the trash instead of taking it out yourself. I did this so the tile person could work without having to clean up after you again. You removed the toilet and then put it in a bedroom. I had to pay someone to take the toilet out to the dumpster. You and one other person are no longer working on my home as not reliable. Everyone else is happy. I pay right away. What a shame that when a customer asks you to keep your time commitments that you believe the customer is too demanding. Perhaps if you showed up when you commit to being at a job you would not think the customer is too demanding and rude. Do you really want me to type out every date you said you would be here, and you did not show up? I think you will be very embarrassed if I type all these dates as well as the dates you didn't even bother to let me know you were not coming and then did not respond to phone call and/or a test. It is not demanding trying to coordinate others work around someone who does not show up. Perhaps if you don't bully a female customer and the customer has to tell you goodbye and hangup the phone you wouldn't think the customer was rude. I am not demanding. I am kind and I do not yell or shout. And in fact, I had consideration for your personal situation, and tried to work with you. You arrived one day, when not expected, and while I was talking with another plumber. I was trying to decide if I was going to change so I could get the work done. You saved me the trouble as you came the next day, again unexpected, and told me that I was not a good fit for your company. Note, for weeks instead of getting a different plumber I tried to be loyal to you understanding your personal situation. And here I thought I was being flexible agreeing to allow you to work one night from 8:30pm to 12:30am and another night 9pm to 11:30pm. And here I thought I was helping you when you told me you were too busy to keep the deadlines but if I allowed you to work in the evenings, you'd get my job done by the deadlines. I stand behind my review.

Jeff is fantastic. I can't say enough good things. He came to our home to snake out a seriously clogged drain (bottle cap, baby wipes). My kids (3.5 and 2 years) were super interested in him and his tools. He took them to his truck multiple times - and even put on their shoes when they went outside! He then carried my daughter upstairs (she's a little wobbly). He just goes above and beyond. We have since hired him to fix a leaky valve and replace our water heaters as well. He does excellent work and is just a very kind human. To top it off, his pricing is excellent.

So reasonable in prices, he very reliable...he does not do hot water replacements cause he works alone, so call ahead if it's on the big side and see if he does whatever.

Today was the first day on the job. So I can only rate 1/3 of the job done. But I have to comment early how we are so impressed by the care he takes in the detail. He is just focused and unstoppable -- worked straight through from 10am to 5pm...What I love most besides the meticulous job James is doing, is the fact that he seems to be paining his own house by the way he goes back over his work to look for flaws, etc. it's exactly what I was hoping for -- our basement looks amazing...and it's not even an impressive house but he is treating it like it is!! And we appreciate that. His quote is beyond reasonable. It's almost a steal ... wow. So happy.

No water on a Saturday. Holiday weekend. My wife and I take care of special needs adults. Have to have water. Call Kamerzell and talked to Mike. Mike showed up had water in a half hour. Professional, communicated on what happened. Even answered my dumb questions. Thank you for getting me back up.

Stay away from these people. They also do business as Watson Rooter. They did severe damage to my sewer by abandoning their jet line in my sewer. I contacted several plumbing companies about digging up the street and removing the jet line hose and discovered that this was not the first time. I attempted to resolve this with the BBB and Watson/Reliable lied about just about everything concerning the incident. There are lots of rooter companies, avoid Watson and/or Reliable.

I made an appointment to clean and inspect my furnace. Eric was very responsive after I made the appointment that same day. He confirmed my address and showed up during his designated window. He accomplished the work quickly and gave me a full report of what he found. He only charged $44 so best value out there.

This business is by far the worst customer service and experience I have had in a long time with a service company. I was having this company install a garbage disposal at my property where I have tenants in. I live in California. Before work was done , I spoke to mike, who ensured me that he would take a pic of the finished work for my assurance as I requested. This was not done. I had to call the company and when I inquired about my request, the Secretary stated it wasn't done. They then called my property management to bug my tenants to take the picture for them. This is not how business is done. When I called again about the pic the Secretary got an attitude and said that my property management was upset at me. Excuse me? My property manangement and tenants were fully aware. In fact this company had no right whatsoever to contact my property management. I told the Secretary the only person upset was me. She then said, then next time call your property management and not us. I can make any decision I want with regards to my home. I called mike the owner to notify him of his secretary's unprofessionalism. He then accused me of cussing her out (which never took place) and stated that he didn't want to do business with people like me. People like me are retired veterans with active duty miltary in their home in a military community. People like us, don't like businesses like this. He blamed me for breaching his contract with my property management and said that doing the job was a hassle. He was pushing blame on me for losing his contract due to unprofessionalism. He laughed and scoffed at me. He was just as rude as his Secretary. I would advise any military family or anyone for that matter, not to use this company. Beware of mom and pop businesses that have no idea of how to run it properly.
