Had them come out to diagnosis a pressure issue. They seemed very knowledgeable. Spent a good deal of time checking this and that before deciding it was the check valve at the pump letting water drain back. They also said it would be only a short time before I needed a new pump switch due to corrosion. I could see this. They replaced the $25 pump switch and charged me for 2 hours labor. This then resulted in some additional issues with the system not present before they checked it out. (water hammer sounds from pipes) When I called them back just to ask, they were defensive. I was only asking if there was something I could do, not that they did something wrong. They also never returned my first call which went to voice mail, I had to call them 3 days later which they answered I then proceeded to get a second opinion from the company that installed the well 17 years ago. They came out, diagnosis the problem in 30 minutes. No charge. Just presenting the facts.
