Green Plumbing

Can't say enough about these guys.  First, I appreciate multi-generation family-owned businesses.  Second, these guys were stellar in their responses always returning calls the same day, very polite and respectful.  Third, had a complex new kitchen sink layout and these guys created a much more efficient drain system than the previous layout.  Fourth, due to a contracting error, Zach could not complete installation on initial visit but was immediately available the following day to return to complete the installation.  Lastly, when I needed information about the installation several days later, Zach returned call very quickly and helped with needed information. Very professional in appearance and knowledge saying whatever kitchen layout we had, they would make the plumbing work and they did a great job.  These guys are definitely my go-to people when I need a future plumber.

We have used Green Plumbing a few times and have always been impressed with their customer service, knowledge, and skills base.  They installed an outside sink in our garage, which was a great addition to our home.  Jeff did a wonderful job; efficient, fair price, offered knowledge and expertise.  We had a major leak in our kitchen at Thanksgiving time.  He came out and fixed the problem at short notice and still charged a fair price.  After the holiday, he came out and installed a new kitchen faucet.  Now two years later, we had a problem with the handle.  He came over the same day I phoned and fixed the problem at no additional charge, even though it was no longer under warranty.  This is the type of company I want to do business with:  caring and competent!  Green Plumbing is the company that meets all of our plumbing needs!

An absolutely wonderful business, managed by wonderful people.  Jeff and Jason are always a pleasure to work with.  We've enlisted them for both small and large commercial projects and always had a great result.  I've never had another issue with any plumbing they've ever worked on, even ones looked at previously by other companies.  Even when unforeseen obstacles come up, they're handled with ease.  They are experienced and consummate professionals who do amazing work for more than reasonable prices.  If you ever need to have plumbing work done, and you don't want to have to worry about it again, you need to call these folks.  Five stars is not enough!

If you need a plumber and appreciate honesty plus a job done right you will have to call Jeff! Jeff will go above and beyond making sure whatever needs fixing is done correctly, won't pull you over the table with unnecessary repairs and his prices are more then fair! He has been to our home twice for repairs and he is the only one we will now call for any plumbing needs. We know he will do the job right the first time for a competitive price! This is one honest man taking pride in his work and it shows!

They fixed the leak and ran a water line but for those two things it was 700 dollars. Ridiculously expensive and I'm sure the guy ripped me off because he seemed to be making up prices off the top of his head. There are much more professional and cheaper plumbers in town that do great work. If you are shopping around for a plumber, look elsewhere.

Jeff is amazing.  I called just around 5 regarding my water heater not working, and he spent his time after hours talking me through the restart over the phone.  I will definitely contact him next time I need a plumber!

We had a HUGE plumbing issue come up.  Our old house, built back in the 50's, needed a complete sewer line replacement and changeover from the clay lines to PVC.  We initially called Green Plumbing when we had a backup issue in our bathroom, and they tried snaking the line to clear the blockage, unfortunately to no avail.  After getting down in there and seeing what was going on with the line, it was evident we had a huge problem that required an entire sewer line replacement.  Jeff and his team were very courteous and professional, and Jeff checked in with us nightly (it was a job that took days) to see how we were doing.  Jeff was incredibly honest and up front about what we were facing, which was greatly appreciated. We will use Green Plumbing for any of our plumbing issues without hesitation.  We know we can trust him because he and his team did right by us on this huge replacement job, and I'll recommend Green Plumbing to everyone I know in the area.

Green plumbing was able to get someone out quickly and fix the problem immediately. No complaints!

Jeff replaced a dead water heater for me.  He was quick and thorough and the new water heater works great.  What impressed me most, though, was how concerned he was with doing things right.  He truly wanted me to be happy with his work, and I definitely was.

Awesome! The man saved us 5000.00 by telling us that we didn't actually need the services that another plumbing company told us that we needed. He was even able to show us in detail on his plumbing camera all of the reasons that the other guy was conning us. My wife and I highly recommend Green Plumbing. Honest and reliable.

Mr.Jeff has serviced our home twice and has done a superb job at great prices both times. He's professional, nice, polite, and his work is top notch. So this is what happens when you leave a 3 Star Review about this Business. I was sent this in an email. I clicked on the profile of the apparent Online Rep Manager. It seems to not even be some sort of Rep. I took a screenshot of their Profile. I contacted Jeff about this threat it seems to be about taking me to court. And they sent me another NASTIER email. I'll have no Problem spreading this across all the Sites that are capable of leaving reviews about companies if they continue. Yahoo, Google, Angie's List, About, Facebook, BBB, and whatever else I can find. Apparently I'm not a customer...My bank statement says otherwise TWICE. As I stated in my previous review. I had used them twice.

I wanted to reach out to you about this review on Green Plumbing. I have been dealing with Green Plumbing for several years. I am not related to anyone there. I do however manage their reputation online. When I read this review, I realized immediately you were never an actual customer of Green Plumbing. You obviously were trying to save some money and decided to do the repairs yourself.  I called Jeff and asked him what happened. He explained the situation. Your version makes it appear that Jeff told you $700 to change the cartridge..which is not the case..Had you pursued more information, you may have found out, it was possible for him to come to you and fix JUST that for much, much less. Now you have posted derogatory information on a public forum that is going to be detrimental to this man's business. You have made it appear that HE was incompetent vs it being YOUR PROBLEM.. Jeff has never has one bad review, ever. He is an honest and caring person. He is more than likely, going to undercharge vs overcharge for everything. Your attack is going to eventually cost him money. That is a problem. Because the review you wrote was based on your own lack of experience and your desire to overwhelmingly naive understanding of plumbing repairs, you have slandered the Good Name of Jeff *********** and of Green Plumbing. Because you wrote it in this public forum, you have committed Libel..Defamation of Character is a civil suit, that is winnable because  YOU were NEVER a customer..YOU just didn't know what you were doing..which is NOT the fault of Green Plumbing or Jeff ************. So I am requesting that you remove this review from this and any other site you have put it on. I am retaining a screen shot of your attack for further legal action, should you choose not to remove this immediately.

Jeff is amazing! He fixed our dishwasher for us when we were in our old house and we called him again to help us with the dishwasher in our new house. He is so knowledgeable and responsive. He called us back right away and was able to provide us with a solution to our problem. We will call Green Plumbing EVERY TIME we have a plumbing issue from here on out. all i can say is wow!!! dont even waste time looking for a professional plumbing company!! i just had a plumbing nightmare snd had no idea eho to call snd lucky for me i found green plumbing!! they came right over, did an incredible job the price was very fair snd my crisis is over and i cannot say enough good about the level of professionalism this company has. no need to look any further. you will have your problem resolved quickly and you will be so thankful you did not waste time looking for somebody else!! trust me im very very happy!!!
