I called Jeromy to disconnect a gas hot tub heater, and to replace a leaking outside faucet. Excellent communication, he arrived on time, did the work we required, and charged a fair price. Courteous, honest and professional, I would highly recommend Krome Gas & Plumbing.

We have used Cornerstone Plumbing for a few different things now and each and every time they have been prompt, professional, and thorough. They replaced our water heater, the anti-siphon valve and a busted pipe from our hose line, as well as minor maintenance calls from within the house. Tony, the plumber who performed the work each time, is always on time, courteous and explains the work he does and does a fantastic job getting things done quickly and accurately. If you want an honest company who does great work, choose these guys!

Vince is AMAZING!  Literally the best handyman in town.  I originally hired him to install a chandelier in my breakfast room. I was so impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail that I promptly re-booked him with a list of projects that needed to be done around my house.  He has done everything from small honey do projects to oversized chandelier installations requiring scaffolding (and a little creativity and ingenuity to navigate a three story spiral staircase for installation), to a complete redesign, demolition and rebuild of our Hearth Room bar.  Vince's skill set is truly impressive; I have yet to find a project he can't handle.  I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a highly skilled handyman!

Contacted Efrain, hoping he would be able to help us with a plumbing repair AND repair some drywall that had been damaged as a result of a leak.  He was not only able to help us but did so quickly and repaired some additional drywall that had been damaged a while back.  He was very responsive, on-time and professional in every way and his rates were very fair.  I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for services he provides. - Barry Cook

John is was great and fixed our plumbing issue.  More importantly he was responsive, professional and reasonable in price.  All other plumbers in this valley are garbage.

The water heater at our rental property was slightly leaking and stopped heating.  Of course I find this out at 4pm from tenant.  Luke came out first thing the next morning, discovered entire bottom of water heater was badly rusted and was able to replace water heater same day.

These guys were phenomenal. Can't say enough good things. They not only got our hot water heater up and running, but they did it with smiles on their faces, complete professionalism, AND during both a pandemic and a blizzard. I'd call them again in a heartbeat. Thank you!!!

Called about getting my ac unit serviced and the fans cleaned.  The first time I called, I was given a date and time by a technician for service.  He never showed, so I called  back and set up a second date.  This time they came out and serviced the ac unit and and cleaned the condenser coil.  Time on:2:14pm  Time off:3:19pm.  When they arrived, it took them about 5 mins to get to the door and 5 mins to get me my invoice.  Price: $232.10 with a $99 ac service special.  I wouldn't exactly call affordable $132 for cleaning a condenser coil.

I was extremely disappointed with Landmark Plumbing. They have poor customer service, required multiple trips to fix a water heater, ordered the wrong part (they charge hourly so their customers feel the burden of their mistakes) and charge exorbitant fees.  A home water heater inspection typically costs around $45 (they charge $100 to schedule an inspection). Simply put, they turned an easy job into a huge headache and left my wallet considerably lighter then it needed to be. Do not use them, I know I won't again

Beware of this company!   Outrageous trip fees; $475 minimum.   Pressure tactics!

My 92 yr old mother and her elderly housemate discovered  water in the basement.  They called ALD (John Davis) and was told the trip charge is $475 but was led to believe that depending on the issue it might be reduced.  Not knowing what else to do they agreed.   ALD came out and immediately saw that it was a sewer drain clog,  no leak investigation required.   John Davis of ALD then called a drain cleaning company to snake the drain. According to the drain cleaning company, ALD insisted on the line being TV/Video'd as well adding an extra $150 to the drain cleaning companies bill.  According to the housemate she felt pressured by ALD to accept the TV/video.  ALD also pressured the housemate to replace the main sewer line which she fortunately refused.  That would have cost thousands.

ALD charged $475 to come out to her house and call a drain cleaning company.  When asked to re-negotiate this fee, John Davis insists that he is entitled to it since he mentioned it over the phone.  The drain cleaning company also charged $270 for the main line clean w TV.   A total of $745 was paid by my 92 yr old mother for  a simple sewer snaking.

Was in a bind with sewage coming up our shower at 1am.  Called them as a referral from Parkeys.  Explained my situation.  Gentleman who answered phone advised the soonest they could get someone out was 6am.  Advised that would be fine.  He asked that i call back if I were able to find someone else before then or they would just be there at 6am.  I agreed.  I tried calling back after that and all i got was a busy signal.  No one ever showed up or called at 6am.  Finally, their answering machine kicked in after 6am and I kept calling until I reached someone.  They said somebody was hospitalized and couldn't make it.  I can understand but at same time, there has to be more than one employee.  Someone could have called me, at some point, to advise they had no one to send.
