I haven't used many plumbers in my life so I can't in all honesty give them a 5 star (as I have nothing to compare it to) but I was really impressed with the professionalism of Mark who showed up this morning after a call last night to install a sink and toilet for me. (Being INSANELY unhandy as I am)

The cost seemed a bit high, but I didn't think much of it as getting a plumber last minute generally isn't easy or cheap.

The work done was excellent and I don't feel like I've been ripped off or anything. The phone staff was all very polite and helpful. Even at 7 and 9 pm when I called about this morning.

I'd recommend them for promptness, professionalism and, what seemed to me, a pretty decent job doing what needed doing.

We had no hot water so we called affordable plumbing we had this guy come out and was going to charge us 4500.00 to 2800.00 this guy was so full of crap it was unbelievable he never even check our pump a fuse on the circuit blew that was the problem due to the pump !we ended up just having a pump problem which alphalete help us and they were honest and only charge us 85.00 we had this guy name Roland quinones very nice and trustworthy man our plumbing problem is gone we have hot water and I am so happy with them please if you are reading this don't go to affordable plumbing use alphalete they are so good thanks again for your service and I will recommend your business from here on!

We arrived to our new home in Colorado Springs late Wednesday before the first big storm. Our water heater did not work. I scheduled a plumber of come out Thursday. No show. Desperate for hot water I called Joeagle plumbing and Joe came out. It was a quick fix and we had hot water. I would recommend this service because when I called the other service I was told all the servicemen were pulled but they neglected to call so I waited until after 3:00 pm. Joe came out after 5:00 on his way home and was so nice about everything. Thank you Joeagle Plumbing! You are the best!

Can't give them enough stars. He came out on a late call and helped us with a harder problem well after business hours.

I needed to call for assistance as my RO system tank wasn't filling up. James was dispatched to my residence by Melissa and quickly diagnosed the problem; I had accidentally moistened the RO system leak detector, which is very sensitive to water intrusion and will shut off the system. James resolved the issue in a very few minutes and provided an instructional tutorial at the same time. I really enjoy working with the people at Superior Water; Melissa and James are just great, always professional and friendly and caring about their customers and their water treatment systems.

We were referred to Greg to work on a small business hot water heater replacement. Greg was fast and efficient, The work was top notch and affordable. We highly recommend this company.

Tombstone Sewer & Drain did such a great job!!! They just completed our pretty huge sewer fix on our house we were selling in Colorado. The street and sidewalk ended up needing to be torn out, city permits and traffic control, etc., and it all seemed to run smoothly on our end, which is exactly what you want from a company.
Bonnie was so great at communicating with me through text and calls, she made it seem like a friend was helping us out with our sewer! :)

I had a leak in my sink, a refrigerator that didn't have water hooked up, and a toilet I wanted someone to look at.  Start New Plumbing was very quick to respond and very communicative.  The service was incredibly professional, and Tae worked hard to make sure everything was done properly.  I would highly recommend Start New if you have any work that you need done!!  I'll 100% be using them again!

Used these guys for my business.  They did a pretty good job.  I loke the products the the quality of them.  The down side was we had placed the order via fax with a note saying to call with questions.  After a day, I can''ed them to make sure the order was received.  They told me it had been received and should be ready for pick up in a few days (they had to transfer a couple items from Denver which was expected).  I called a few days later to inquire and the order hadn't been processed yet...But, they realized the mistake and took care of it for me.

Note:  If you preorder your material, you can pick it up at the Kwik Desk and note have to wait as long!

Mark arrived here on the day he said he would be here.   Calling the phone number is pretty much a waste of time.  Texting seems to be the best way to get him. Unfortunately,  he will respond sometimes in a short period of time, but other times it takes him some time to get back to you. He is great for providing direction if you want to try to do the job yourself, but it is not fun making numerous trips to the hardware store to get parts when he has them all in his van.  Prices are reasonable but do not understand the 10% he charges for invoices. Cash price is cheaper, but you do not get an invoice, so expect to pay more if you like to have a paper trail.  If you can get him Mark is a really nice guy, but if you have an emergency you may have to wait as I am sure he is a busy man.

Dewayne visited our house promptly and fixed all of our plumbing issues right away! He was awesome.

They came in as the cheapest estimate for my septic pumping. They came out in a timely manner to me calling. Driver asked how to get closer to my tank I showed him the only way. After pumping he drove over my new concrete walkway and busted it up. No offer to repair or discount price even after I brought it up with the main number. I would not recommend this company based off their customer care and service.

NEVER RELY ON THIS COMPANY TO PROVIDE RELIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE OR TO CONTACT YOU WITH ANY ACCURATE UPDATE. HORRIBLE Experience - only time they contacted me first was to set sales appointment, all other contact was initiated by me. Told me installation would be week before Thanksgiving.  I called a week after Thanksgiving because no one came to install and no contact that they wouldn't make it.  I asked to be kept updated during that conversation. I heard nothing and called week before Christmas to say postpone until new year. Received call back from manager (Brian) that installation could occur yet that week but didn't get expected arrival time for scheduled day. I asked at 9am when to expect crew since hadn't heard anything. Response was soon, crew just down street to do something quick at another site then be there soon. At 11, I checked since crew still hadn't arrived. Manager was surprised crew still hadn't arrived. Manager told me at 11:20 crew was driving on their way to be there in 2-5 minutes. At 11:50 crew still hadn't arrived and I called manager again telling him someone had lied about status and that I cancelled the contract to install.  The crew finally arrived at 12:01. I was extremely frustrated in the lack of truth and support provided to this point, but the story isn't done yet. Manager stated they would mail refund check to me. I said I didn't want to wait that long to receive it. The check needed 2 signatures and wouldn't be available until late Thursday. Manager said he would let me know when we could meet to get the check. Manager never made contact or responded to a request regarding availability of check on Friday. Manager finally responded to call on Saturday morning by texting at 9am instead that check was available but he was at job site and would return to office soon. At around 12am I arrived at the office and no one was there yet. Finally the manager arrived about 15-20 minutes later and I received the check.

DO NOT HIRE ZENITH CONTACTING. I got a message from Tomas Martin whe I went on Nextdoor about a landscaping job..They told me they had been in business for 15 years. What they didn't know, it that I looked them up on BBB prior to showing up and checked out yelp. If you are not even a member of BBB, you'll still show up. Nope, nothing, red flag. When the go here to look at the landscaping job I wanted done, the two of them didn't write anything down. Then I as them for references and immediately Thomas said we don't want this job and walked out. Hummm
