Stay away from these people. They also do business as Watson Rooter. They did severe damage to my sewer by abandoning their jet line in my sewer. I contacted several plumbing companies about digging up the street and removing the jet line hose and discovered that this was not the first time. I attempted to resolve this with the BBB and Watson/Reliable lied about just about everything concerning the incident. There are lots of rooter companies, avoid Watson and/or Reliable.

My washing machine was leaking and I had a lot of company arriving beginning that evening! I called them and they said they could be out in an hour, and sure enough they arrived within the hour! They were very knowledgeable and the prices were fair. They got the job done quickly and saved me a lot of stress! They did a great job and I would definitely hire them again!

These guys do a great job for less than half the $$% than the national chains.

Call them if you have a plugged drain line.

I've used Watson 4 times now for Sewer scoping and every time they have come out they have been professional and reasonably priced. I will continue to use them for my clients sewer scoping.
