We recently had to replace two toilets and have a third one repaired.  Terry Koch was recommended to us and we are very happy we called him.  He was here right on time and completed the job perfectly.  He was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and we would definitely call him again if the need arose.

Fantastic service, he was fast (same day) and reasonably priced. I also enjoy working with a small local business, if you do too this your your new plumber.

Travis, a Hardcastle Heating & Air technician installed our HVAC system and tankless water heater in Green Mountain Falls.  We were particularly impressed with the quality of his work, customer service, and his professional, friendly and helpful explanation of the system controls and maintenance tips.  In addition, Hardcastle also plans to conduct a final walkthrough to confirm our satisfaction prior to final invoice remittance.  Very impressed two weeks out after installation!

We have had Top Notch out and they have done some minor work for us.  We then decided to have a new furnace with air conditioner installed for us. Top Notch installed our new Unit today.
They are friendly, professional, affordable and explained everything to us.

The technician himself was great. But the follow-up was not great: after diagnosing our air conditioning unit on a Tuesday, and promising to replace a part on Thursday, we heard nothing from them about whether the part was available or when they expected to get that work done. A call over the weekend to them only got us a promise that someone would call the following week. This after having charged $89 just to show up.

Worst experience ever. Very rude behavior. They came in thru our home warranty company to fix a leaking Delta faucet.  Delta offers warranty only to the original purchaser, and I clearly told them I am NOT the original purchaser. Still they insisted I contact Delta to warranty the faucet. After a month of back and forth, I called Delta and admitted I am not the original purchaser.

Delta, as a one-time courtesy, sent me the replacement cartridge although I am not eligible for the warranty.

Pikes Peak Mechanical came over today to replace the cartridge. It was done, but they damaged the handle. Again they insisted that I call Delta to get a replacement handle. Why will Delta pay for their mistake? I'm now left with a damaged handle, not knowing who will fix it.

Pikes Peak Mechanical might justify their side of the story, but I have a right to post my review.

I hired this contractor last fall to replace a bathtub & shower surround, install new tile and an exhaust fan in the bathroom.  In my opinion, this is the worst contractor I have ever dealt with!  Every piece of plumbing they installed leaked, which caused a huge water leak and flood into the basement, which brought down the basement ceiling in the room underneath the bathroom where the work was done.  I had to file a homeowner's insurance claim.  I can't believe this guy actually had liability insurance!  I asked for a refund plus the money I was out for plumbing repairs that my insurance (and his insurance) didn't cover, and I've been ignored.  They apparently also refused to provide me with proof of any licensing they hold for the work they did, since my request has been ignored.  In addition to the botched plumbing/flood incident, they had to come back repeatedly to fix the tile flooring, which is still unacceptable, and there was exposed electrical wiring left in the attic from the exhaust fan they installed.  I'm glad I didn't decide to let them try to fix the problems.  In my opinion, this contractor is very unqualified and very bad customer service, with a terrible attitude!  Steer clear!

I brought Kacee on for a full remodel project, when he came out to bid the project he had said his start time would be with in that week or early the following week. Once contracts were signed he claimed he couldn't start until after the check cleared, something not discussed before hand but had said that it should take a few days. About 3 days pass, I reached back out and he had said that he couldn't deposit the check because he didn't have a business account so he needed a new one. Lined up the new check which he wanted it split into 3 separate checks so they could clear faster into his personal account. Still no word from Kacee about a start time so I reached out and was told he would be there to demo lines Thursday June 1st, that was a lie. He never did any demo. Once I was back on site and he wasn't there working and no demo done, I reached out to him as no communication efforts on his part to let me know what was happening yet again. Once confronted he blew up at me saying he told me he was sorry for the delays, wouldn't let me talk about what needed to happen, he got more upset and started to tell me to suck the fattest part of his d**k and to find another plumber. Very unprofessional plumber, his website and Facebook say he is licensed in Elpaso County to which he is not and I will be letting PPRBD know about these actions.

the plumber from jim's  put a toilet in and did shut off valves in  replaced washer machine box and other things. we paid him $2,875.00. the front part of my home has 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. we rent that out. he left for a business trip and was gone for 3 days. he came home and told me the hold back of house was flooded. call  jim's back and came back and said he fixed it. by late that day it was leaking again so, had to call jim's again while we waited  for him, we started cleaning up again. two times and now our toilet is falling thru floor. the plumbing put some t shins to hold it up. it cost over $14,000.00 my deductible was $1,500.00.  i lost over $2,00.0 in rent. they did a terrible job. the person at jim's said don't weary we will help you with  everything. all the trouble jim's plumbing has cause. i'm sick i can't leave the house, i'm old and tired i have been thru hell. i have cried many tears and sleepless nights. i'm tired. all i wanted was a little help to give me back what i losted. bet they didn't weary about  eating, and rent. judith brunetti      don't hiar them , don't stand behind work

I made the mistake to have hit a 3 inch pipe in my daughter's wall with a screw.  The leak was noticed on a Friday in the morning, while I was at work.  My wife began working to get this fixed and couldn't find a plumber who could come out that day until she reached Superior Drain and Jetting Service.  The technician assured my wife and I, that he could fix the problem.  He came out and told me that he would do as little damage to my wall as possible.  I made it clear I don't care what he has to pull out, I want it done right as the home is less than a year old.  He proceed to do the work by putting a rubber No Hub around the pipe to cover the hole.  He told me this would guarantee to fix it and even wrote on the paper he guaranteed it for life.  In addition, he charged me $225 for the work and the only part he used was a $10 piece of rubber from Home Depot.  The following Monday, we then had the service team come in, remove remaining sheet rock, insulation and spray with a hospital disinfectant to get the home ready for repair.  Right before the service team left, my wife noticed a drip...drip...drip.  The service tech confirmed the pipe was leaking again from the back side, mind you the hole was in the front.  I called Superior Drain and Jetting back and told them the problem.  The technician first said he would be out at noon, then he changed it to 3:00 pm.  I convinced him that he guaranteed me this WOULD not leak and it didn't last for 72 hours.  He tried to say the service tech doing the cleaning must have loosened the brackets and my wife assured him that didn't happen as she watched the entire process that day.  I asked the technician how he was going to fix it this time and he told me he went from telling me was going to get some epoxy glue to a silicon based patch and the he would put the No Hub over again.  I called three plumbers in the Colorado Springs area and ran this guy's ideas for repair by them as I have NO plumbing experience.  All three said what he is doing might work, but they all three told me if you want it to last, the section with the whole has to be cut out and connected on both ends.  I told Superior Drain to not even come out as I don't trust their work and told them I want my money back.  Another company came out within 2 hours, repaired it the way it should have been done from the start, and they only charged me $150, $75 less than Superior Drain.  They even commented about what the previous guy was trying to do.  Superior Drain and Jetting Service is refusing to give me my money back now because they are saying I didn't give them a chance to repair it.  Bottom line is if you want your toilet unclogged, Superior Drain and Jetting Service can get it unclogged but they do not know how to do standard plumbing repair.  I feel the company should have made us aware if this was out of their league from the start and I can't justify why they charged me so much for so little that they did.
