HISTORY

Established in 2017.
I started out in the construction and demolition business about 20 yrs ago and was doing commercial painting. I have been doing maintenance and repair now for over 15 yrs and love what I do and was tired of seeing slum lords getting over on tenants in the apartment maintenance business, so I decided to go into business for myself.

I am the co-owner of this business with my wife. We want to make sure people are getting the best service and the best price! I have been in the construction and maintenance business for over 15 years and was tired of seeing people be taken advantage of.

Today was the first day on the job. So I can only rate 1/3 of the job done. But I have to comment early how we are so impressed by the care he takes in the detail. He is just focused and unstoppable -- worked straight through from 10am to 5pm...What I love most besides the meticulous job James is doing, is the fact that he seems to be paining his own house by the way he goes back over his work to look for flaws, etc. it's exactly what I was hoping for -- our basement looks amazing...and it's not even an impressive house but he is treating it like it is!! And we appreciate that. His quote is beyond reasonable. It's almost a steal ... wow. So happy.
