We had a leaky valve on a water heater. Nathaniel came out and gave us a reasonable quote for fixing the valve. He was professional and honest about the price. He was also able to schedule to get the valve replaced and do the job quickly. We're super happy with the service and will use this company in the future when it comes time to replace the water heater.

We had Allen out recently to do some work and everything was done with excellent care.  He came back another night to finish up.  Top quality, fair prices, efficient, friendly, and I could go on. He has his trailer with all his gear so you can just get out of the way and let him do it. He came back with his colleague Frank who was also excellent.  FIVE STARS!

Our master bath toilet backed up into the shower.  They come out in a very short time, did all the drain clean out and inspection.  We made a second call a couple of weeks later for the same problem, again they came out in a jiffy. This time they found the problem and fixed it.  The guys that were here were great, clean, courtious and knowledgeable.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

He was very professional, very fast response, and courteous. I couldn't say enough with how much he helped me out and how fair he was. I gave him a call and he was out within 2 hours. I had a leak in my front yard that he detected in minutes and got to fixing it right away. If we need anything else done he'll for sure be getting a call from me!

Nobody likes to deal with a backed up sewer system, but the nice folks @ TTC made it as painless as it could be. From the sweet/efficient dispatcher to our timely, knowledgable, communicative tech, Martin, it all went smoothly and for a darn reasonable price.

Neighbors tried to talk me into renting a rooter, but they were $59 for 4 hours and I decided for another 40 bucks It was worth it to have a pro come out and do what they do all day and the camera at no extra cost cinched the deal. It's fascinating to watch the camera in action BTW.

Martin was educating me from the time he jumped out of his truck (after he called to give his eta.) and the blockage was right where he said it most likely would be.

A less scrupulous tech, and I believe his  actions reflect his employer, could/would have taken advantage of the situation to pump the bill up, but Martins moral compass is true and he did what needed to be done in the most cost efficient manner.

Larry is awesome! We had a slow leak near one of our toilets, but we weren't sure it was the wax seal. Larry made time to check it out as soon as he could, gave us troubleshooting tips and then gave me a quote for what it would cost to replace the seal, if it ended up being that. I contacted him a few days later, not entirely convinced it was, but desperate to confirm - and we got an appointment the next morning! Sure enough, when he pulled up the toilet, there was plenty of evidence the seal was the problem. He replaced the seal (double sealed for a tighter fit to our flooring), the rusted bolts, and the nearby valve, topping it off with a silicone caulking. He did quick, clean work at a great value. I used this company for my business and each time they come out the job is never complete.  Since September I have paid over 6,000 and the issue still exists.  I asked to speak to the owner and the manager says he is not available.  No worries we will take our business elsewhere.  My advice move on from this company and don't waste your money.

They showed up when they said they would.  Workers are friendly and have awesome attitudes. Work is professional. We had an issue with a specialty part and they resolved it at no extra cost. Have used them 4 separate times and always a job well done.
